Serena and her team at Kings have been amazing and I'm very grateful for everything they have done during the sale of my house. Serena has been so helpful and professional the whole time and at times the only one who has helped with certain situations when I have been unable to get hold of solicitors! You will not find a better Agent!
Absolutely First Class service. We had lots of problems and hold ups along the way, none of which were any fault of Kings, however they were with us every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble, they checked in on us regularly. They were our guiding hand. No stone was left unturned each time we encountered yet another stumbling block.
All our calls were returned promptly. What more could you ask! A huge thank you to Serena, Harpal and the rest of there fabulous team. You got us through the most stressful time. We chose the best, thank you!

Purchased a investment property. Serena delt with the purchase was amazing! The solicitors were a complete nightmare and I completed a day before my mortgage offer expired, if it wasn't for Serena being persistent I wouldn't of have completed at all. I first had dealings with Kings Real estate a couple of years ago when looking to sell our home, always professional and well informed, even though we never sold with them in the end, it wasnt from their efforts - but a slow market at the time. We recently needed to rent a new home and we dealt directly with Krishan who was professional and kept us well informed of progress, happy to take calls even out of office hours. I would highly recommend Krishan and the team at Kings for either selling your home or going through the rental market - local knowledge and professional people which is all you can ask for.

We had our initial appraisal done by Harry. He made a really good impression and seemed to know about our local area. The team that showed our house to perspective buyers are very professional. Nothing was out of place and we felt confident dropping our keys off and letting them do their job. During the covid lockdown they also made sure that everyone complied with regulations (wore masks) to keep my family safe.
The pictures that kings took of our house are great and really showed off the best features of our house. We did unfortunately have many failed sales due to the complications that covid placed on buyers finances and other unforeseen circumstances. Each time kings swiftly put our house back on the market and found a new buyer.
Sarena worked tirelessly to get our house sold and also help us purchase our property. Even until the last minute problems arose in our very long and complicated chain but she worked exceptionally well to progress the sale.

Awful estate agent who I am sure is using poor practices. Booked to see a property and was contacted to say viewing needs to be rescheduled. They rebooked and cancelled again. Then they did not return my call to reschedule. Now the property is sold. Possibly sold deliberately to a close contact without showing to others ?

VERY DODGY! AVOID AT ALL COST.
If you value your property don’t sell through them. They’ll continuously keep telling you to lower the price claiming they have a buyer and you’d not get better deal only because they can make good money under the table from potential buyer. If you know what’s your property worth, avoid this dodgy company at all cost!!!!

Used Kings as previous high street agent gave me false hope and promises and after 16 weeks no buyer, Kings 1st viewing had a buyer sorted for the price I wanted and for less than half the fee the high st agent wanted. The buyer was verified very quickly and Serena who was progressing the sale kept in regular contact, even though our buyer caused us much stress Serena was always there to respond and get matters progressing. Next time calling Kings 1st!

SELLERS BEWARE! THESE GUYS TAKE BRIBES! Beware sellers! I would not sell your property with them. They will get sellers to accept a lower offer, by taking a bribe of thousands (around £5k) from buyers to get them a lower price on the property! Dodgy, dodgy dodgy! We lost out on a property and later found out that we just happen to know the who brough it, who said they had paid them to seal the deal!
Update: Funny they responded and rejected my claims but I just noticed a review from Rebecca 3 years ago that says she was asked for money under the table. Didn't realise they had been doing it for so long!
There are other reviews that also state these guys are dodgy. No wonder they list properties for small fees, they get their money under the table!
