Having endured a house sale that has been unbelievably long and fraught with problems, my wife and I are now on the verge of completion. One of the only positives throughout this arduous process has been the way that Your Move and Josh in particular dealt with the situation.
I believe he did his very best to keep us informed of developments as and when they occurred, and acted professionally when others would've been tearing their hair out in frustration.
As such, I would heartily recommend Your Move to anyone selling their home, and would advise them to ask for Josh because he'll do everything he can to make the sale go as smoothly as possible.

The guys at this office have completely changed my perspective on estate agents. They have exceeded my expectations and we completed earlier than their rough timescales given the covid situation. David was great and showed a great level of experience. Josh handled my buyers professionally even when issues arised where I would have given up. I could not have done this without them. My last mention goes to faheem showing prospective buyers in his smart attire which certainly helped the situation. like a puzzle they got it all sorted and I am now off to my lovely new home thanks to these lovely people.

I would like to say that Josh Burn of the Leicester branch has been outstanding in sorting the rent payments for a property your move manage for me. Since the tenant moved in the rent has been late. As soon as I contact Josh, he gets straight back to me and the rent gets paid within a couple of days. Everyone is using COVID19 as an excuse for not been able to do there work. Josh has never used any excuses. He gets the issue sorted as soon as possible. Without his help, I don`t think I would have received any rent payments for the property. He goes above any beyond in looking after my account and is a credit to your move. Thank you Josh, you are a gent and a star .

This company is one of the most misleading and player. After my offer have been accepted and start preparing to get mortgage in principle and put my house for sale 3 weeks later there were no sold sign on potential new house neither on right move .
They waste my time and money.
PLEASE HOUSE OWNERS if you want to sale the house do not put it from YOUR MOVE or you want to buy a house don't waste your time with them at the end and at the final minute they turn around and disappointing you like they did with me and many others.
Technically they have wasted 3weeks of my time. Specifically DAVID Tomlinson. A branch manager.
