I wish to thank 'Your Move' and especially Susie and Jessica in the Leicester Branch for the help and guidance in enabling me to become a Landlord for the first time. Their efficiency, understanding of my situation, patience and assurances gave me great confidence. The speed in which the arranging of the tenants agreement and all that that entailed, and the attention to detail, which was clearly explained, was excellent. Faheem, who works in the leicester city centre branch, is a must go to. Honestly, I was amazed by the amount of work and effort he has put into this job and it clearly goes to show once you speak to him. I originally went in to inquire about a flat I was looking to rent in the near future and I went in to speak to him and he enticed me into renting it. He is as honest as one could be. I tend to realise when speaking to other estate agents they can be a bit deceiving but with Yourmove and Faheem in particular I had no problem whatsoever. I have been renting for a few months now and Faheem keeps in contact with me to see how I am doing and to be honest I think that’s brilliant as not once have I been disappointed with my flat. I will be returning at the end of my contract to buy a house and there is no doubt to whom I will go see. I would recommend to go see him if you’re looking at renting a flat or even buying a house as he is honest and he tries his upmost best to keep everyone happy.

This is the worst letting agency(your move Leicester) I ever seen in my whole life and this is no joke. booked to view a property , agent no show but on that morning she called and confirmed our property viewing . Called the company after wait for 30 minutes she told me our appointment is not in her diary and said maybe our calls have been redirected to Southampton office and told us not to worry the property that we are interested in still available and would call us the next day to rearrange appointment . Check the property online on the same day and finds out the property is LET AGREED and to make sure what we see online is true so we asked the staff there and she still said yes it is still available . Waited the next day , haven't received any calls and the property we are interested Ads are removed from the website . So the story is , after the property is being let they don't bother to call u to let u know and even let u waiting OUTSIDE THAT LET AGREED PROPERTY FOR HOURS. they will gave u alot of excuse and make lots of story's and lies to make themself feels comfortable after what they have done . Seriously the worst company I ever seen. Would gave minus stars if I could. Avoid this company.

Unprofessional, dishonest. Could not get my reference checks in time and expected me to chase them up after paying £270. Then slapped additional fees to my rental contract. They also changed forms AFTER I had signed them. Neither professional nor Honest. I would rather trust a resident of Wormwood Scrubs

Please avoid these people if you can.They do not know what are they doing.They normally blame their southampton central office and southampton office blame local branch and unfortunately customer gets punished in the middle.They are only interested in their fee/charges but no interest in customer care.PLEASE MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID YOURMOVE RATHER THAN SUFFER LIKE I DID.

A very disorganised branch! They had all of my details on system but failed to call me back on a number of different occasions, regarding viewing a property. I had to keep calling them, only now to find out the property is under offer. Very unhappy. I do not recommend!
