I invited a number of Estate Agents to view my property and had a list of questions for all of them. At this stage I was impressed with Kings Real Estate as Harpal had good local knowledge and understanding and knew the profile of buyers interested in the area. Kings Real Estate had prospective buyers in place very quickly and I had an offer in a matter of weeks.
The sale was handled by Harpal Sian and I cannot praise him enough. He kept me up to date at all stages, was easy to contact and speak with. My solicitor also said that he found him very easy, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I am more than happy to recommend Kings Real Estate to any seller and I am sure they are equally helpful , friendly and efficient for buyers as well.

My experience with Kings have been very poor, I was looking to buy a property (I was interested in at least 3 properties advertised by Kings) after numerous calls no effort had been made to update or call back. All was said is we will get back to you and no reply at all. Harry came to value the house which was the only positive thing I can say. From experience and after speaking to a few friends who has dealt with Kings before it seems Kings like to keep their customer in a Limbo. When I rang the office a few times to check for any update, the advisor sounded so disinterested. May have worked for others but definitely not for us and obviously will not be using them again. BTW (I use your sister company to Let my property, so far they have been really good)

I instructed Kings in respect of a sale. I found Suki to be very helpful and professional and commited to achieveing my objective. The sale was managed by Serena Sangha who nothing short of absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, diligent, fast and ironed out any issues timely. She was always available to discuss my matter and nothing was too much for her. The service I received from Serena and Suki is testament to Kings being a class above the rest. Kings were the second co agent to be instructed after several weeks of no joy with another agency. Kings agreed a sale within a few weeks of being instructed - that alone says it all. I would definitely instruct Kings again.

My review relates to a property i was going to move into a few years ago on london road, after speaking to a recent estate agent, they mentioned it was illegal, and I'm still within the time frame to take this company to court and the ombudsman.
The agent I dealt with, if I remember properly was suki.
I viewed a property on London road, in Leicester. The property seemed very good, albeit a bathroom with a very bad damp and mold issue, and a little too expensive at the time (£600pm for a pretty tiny flat)
I paid the deposit, agency fees and everything necessary (this was 2017) and was due to move in. Then I got a call out of nowhere, the land lady pulled out apparently, with no reason whatsoever which seemed a bit odd.
At this point, I was £1000 down, I asked for my money back, as I did nothing wrong, and as it turned out, what they did wasn't legal at all.
At first, I was told I don't get it back, as I payed fees, but the law was that if the landlady pulls out, and everything was previously accepted, legally they cannot keep a penny.
After a week of calling daily, being hung up on, lied to etc. I was promised my money back, within the week.
Suki, then lied, every single day for a month.
"Its been sent" "sometimes payments take time" "well I sent it so stop calling"
I then threatened to get the police and court involved, and suki, oddly, payed it into my paypal, out of her own personal account.
At this point, 3 years on, I have only recieved £350 back. I actually needed up homeless for a small period due to this, as I spent my money on this place and never got it back.
By the 15th june of this year however, I will be contacting a legal firm and ombudsman, as lucky for me, I keep my calls recorded and never delete important emails.
After checking too, many of these reviews are bot reviews. Many estate agents have very bad things to say about this company.
I would avoid, they stole £650 from me.

I decided to sell with Kings as they dominate the LE5 Area, the £995 fee was also very attractive. We received a quick market appraisal and the property was up on the market within a day or two. Kings must have brought in over 40 buyers for viewings in the first few months.
The team are very helpful and friendly, Harry always kept me informed and responded to any queries quickly. Suki is extremely hard working (even works bank holidays), committed, and passionate about providing an outstanding service which clearly rubs off on the team.
As the £995 offer came to an end Kings kindly agreed to honour it going forward, rather than charging me the usual 1% plus vat. Saving me over £1700, now I doubt any high street estate agent would do that.
Overall I am very pleased with Kings and highly recommend them. I'll be using again very soon. Thanks Suki and the team @ Kings. Keep up the great work ???? ????????????

AVOID AVOID AVOID.... told the seller that I didn't have the correct finance and told me that the seller had accepted an higher offer... having spoken to the seller told us both LIES. Having dealt with many estate agents in my job and buying and selling property Kings is by far the most untrustworthy, unreliable of agents out there in my opinion. You only need to google Sukhvinder Kaur Gill which I believe to be the same person as kings to know the people you are dealing with. AVOID.
