Simply awesome. Dean Brooks and his two MINI Angels on the Service desk couldn't be helpful. Dean will even accompany you into the workshop if you want to talk to the Technician who is working on your car.

I have purchased several cars from Chandlers, and always am delighted with the service that I continue to receive. I wouldn't ever consider buying a mini from anyone else, even though there are mini dealers nearer to where I live.

After service is appalling. Tried to get £500 refunded (I left it because it I did not have the correct log book at the time of the trade in) for circa 3 weeks and they seem to be unable to process it. Purchased a roof rack 3 weeks ago and they seem unable to ship it. I would avoid this dealer!!!

Unfortunately this establishment uses the park, laybys and side roads off Gleneagles drive to park their cars, parking badly preventing dust carts to get through on three occasions, only interested in closing a deal and not interested in their neighbourhood
