I turned up just before closing in a panic as I had a flat tyre. The guys there were outstanding, staying late to help me and assist me as much as possible. I didn’t feel rushed and they went above and beyond to get me out of trouble. Wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone there no matter how big or small the problem would be. The best service I think I have ever received. As I say outstanding ⭐️

They did the work really quickly and were open about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I arrived two hours after they rang me to collect my car and it was quite ready but they were very hospitable while I waited. Overall very happy with my experience ????

Couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish. I had an issue with my car that my local garages misdiagnosed, ignored or told me I was imagining. 2 month old 30k Mini Cooper S convertible with electrical fault. Wiring fault diagnosed & hopefully fixed. Car returned dirty on inside and charged £10 fuel so that mechanic could test it. Demanded hire car returned by 3pm same day after 10am phone call. Not impressed mini. Get the hoover out, apologise profusely for fault to brand new car and don’t demand deadline time to return hire car. Rude.

Took 3 calls, I either got cut off, call not returned and 1 contact form to actually get a service booking. Mot and service then took 2 full days due to a bulge in a tyre needing replacement. Didn't get a call until end of both days to inform me. So wasn't able to collect vehicle. So now carless until Tuesday as its a Bank Holiday weekend

When I booked my car in for its service I requested a manual loan car. I was told this would be fine. When I arrived at the garage they were only able to provide me with an automatic. Having never driven an automatic before I was hesitant so they offered to service my car immediately saying it would be an hour and a half wait and I wouldn't need to take the automatic. I agreed to this; however, three hours later I was still sat at the garage!!! At this point they had only just finished with my car and had not yet even given it the complimentary wash and clean. I decided I would now have to forego this as i had already sat for three hours waiting and was late for an appointment. This was double the amount of time they had said it would take when I agreed to wait and when updating me throughout the service they under estimated how long it would take every time. As way of an apology they said I could bring back my car anytime for a complimentary clean- as this is something they do as standard it wasn't much compensation for a whole wasted morning. Sadly, this is not the first time I have had trouble at this branch.

Car returned after first service. Number of irritating issues - radio untuned from my chosen station, passenger seat left moved right forward ( I expect driver seat to be moved), auto stop/ start switched off, dashboard display changed, clock times altered - I LIKE it on GMT all year but most worrying was that tyre pressure problem indicator was on - couldn’t have been missed by delivery driver! I had to check pressures (all ok) then go through the whole reset process which includes driving it around unnecessarily. Also random alert indicator - now gone off but no idea what it was for. Not the standard I have received before. Not to mention total misinterpretation of GDPR so they couldn’t tell me a service was due - though happy to send marketing emails!

The best Mini garage there is!!!! We looked at various dealerships in and around London and even paid deposits on two cars that turned out to be sold. I found my countryman (used) and purchased with inspection on delivery. As I hadn’t seen th car Jake had to respond to my hundreds of questions and did so promptly and professionally. I had an issue with car later on while still in warranty, such is the nature of cars and it was booked in to be repaired. This dealership were not great and so Jake arranged for the car to be collected and repaired in Hallisham, this was really above and beyond and it’s some distance. My car has been returned to me and all is well and I am delighted with the service and updates received. I change my car every couple of years and will definitely be returning to this dealership.

Test drove an automatic mini countryman, never driven one before or even sat in one. At that point I was sold, however a looming brexit put me off. Would like to try Electric Mini when it comes out. Can't fault the service from garage, top staff. Watch out for slamming on the break, if you are used to a clutch it takes some getting used to.

Mechanic failed to pick up in health check a screw in the front tyre and that both back tyres were perishing and cracked and were dangerous. Shame on you Chandlers, charge the earth and give poor quality, you certainly don’t get what you pay for.

Worked on wheel - new tyre but did not clean area so tyre looks awful ☹️ not impressed Says no valeting available due to covid but wiping a alloy and tyre should not be an issue as they need no access to the vdd we inside. Very unsatisfactory

I arranged for my Wife’s Mini to be booked in to have a door trim replaced and was informed at this time that the trim would be covered by the warranty. Upon your receipt of the car, I received a phone call from your service department to say that the oil service was also due, and did I want this to be carried out in addition whist you had the car? I agreed to the service. The car was delivered back to me that evening along with your invoice, not only for the oil service but also for the material and labour to replace the broken door trim. I contacted your service team the following day to question the charge, and was told you’d get back to me, and this you did a little while later, to confirm the charge shouldn’t have been made, needless to say no apology was offered. I was asked whether a credit note would be acceptable, and to be sent to my email address, which I agreed wouid be fine. That was Tuesday morning and I’m still waiting for it. Just purchased a BMW i3, researched the car thoroughly before buying and now I have had for a week, definitely not disappointed. I Bought a used car from chandlers hailsham, even though I do have 2 other bmw dealers closer, not just because they had a car with the right spec, but also because we bought a mini from them 2 years ago. Both occasions, we have found that chandlers not only provide a pleasant car buying experience, but they listen and give you all the information and time for you to make an informed and right decision when buying a car. Would my wife and I buy a third car from them or recommend friends or relatives, if we or they want a BMW or Mini.... Definitely.
