Holly was great, she was patient with me and my family while we were making a decision and was really knowledgeable about the car and it's features with no pressure, allowing me time to ensure I was making the correct decision. She also kept me informed of progress all the way between paying my deposit and picking up the car. This is the 2nd new Mercedes I've purchased from lookers and based on my experience dealing with Holly I would recommend Lookers Mercedes to others thinking about purchasing a Mercedes. All members of the team were polite and helpful including reception offering tea and coffee and making you feel welcome and at home with Mercedes from the moment you arrive.

Carl is an absolute credit to Merc Eastbourne. My preferred dealership for all my car needs be it service or mot. He is so helpful and keeps you posted about the progress of your car service whole time. Lookers Mercedes Eastbourne are really lucky to have him. Positive vibe in the dealership as we have all experienced during pandemic things changing everyday. All safety measures in place. Lovely front desk staff as well because they offer you coffee and look after you whilst you wait. Absolutely what you expect from Mercedes. Keep up the good work everyone at Eastbourne Merc :-)

Had the most excellent service at Mercedes Benz Eastbourne. Just took delivery of the New A Class Saloon Amg line. Arran Guest went above and beyond in looking after us. We were very impressed by the courteous and professional service that we received from him. Thoroughly recommend this company and especially the services of Arran Guest Sales Executive. Five stars all round would definitely buy again.

Buying a premium car at a premium price I expected a lot more. Maybe I shouldn’t have. There were issues with my car that I would of expected to have been picked up before I took ownership of it, as they had over a week. I’m saying that they did sort them all. The sales guy was good.

Arran Guest went out of his way to make me comfortable as I am disabled and gave me a very good explanation of my next step with mobility. On Monday 3rd May I made an improved offer on a Mercedes A-Class. Lucas said he would put the offer to a manager and let me know. I chased again on Tuesday 4th May and was told he was checking with another manager. A week later I have had no response at all and the car has been reduced on Autotrader to just about the money I was offering. I have bought a car elsewhere as it seems they didn't want my business

First class service today from lookers in Eastbourne and particularly from Will Foster. Full service and MOT carried out with great care by the service team. Very helpful and top quality video of my car and the condition sent to me by e mail. Quick and easy drop off and drive away in a loan car that was brand new. No waiting to collect in the afternoon. I recommend MB of Eastbourne to all MB owners / drivers.

I couldn’t recommend the service any higher, I contacted Holly Orme after buying a vehicle from her last year and she was very efficient and helpful. I was called by her as a courtesy call following a year after buying my first car to see how I was getting on, I informed her that I thought I needed to change vehicle and she helped me find the correct one with a price to suit my budget and with in two weeks I’ve picked up my new car.

Recently just brought my dream car from Mercedes-Benz Eastbourne. Hats of to the gentleman dealing with me from the Sales department, called Tom. Few knock backs with the car and its delivery time but he kept me up to date and informed with every step of the process. I felt comfortable Tom was doing everything he could to get the best deal possible for me and i could see his drive and commitment to me as a customer to ensure his team worked as hard as they could, to the best of their ability to make everything perfect for me and my purchase. I can't thank him enough for being so clear, honest and professional, he really did make my Mercedes Experience a great one and I'm very thankful. I'd arranged a meeting down in Eastbourne Mercedes and was delt with by a Professional, well knowledgeable and friendly young lady called Holly. After the test drive, i knew this car was for me. Under no pressure of purchase from Holly , l had made my decision to buy. With the helpful advise and friendly communication between us the paperwork was done. Yes. I was booked in for an MOT with the handbrake to be looked at first. I arrived early and staff ordered a part for the next day and deferred the mot until the part had been fitted. I could not use a hire car and leave the vehicle with you until the work and MOT could be completed as none were available. Staff apologised and booked me in for next day. My handbrake was repaired and the new part not used and car passed its MOT. Honest service by staff. Will return for MOT advisory work . Many thanks

Oustanding service from this Mercedes dealership. I have been a long time Mercedes customer, and without doubt what keeps me coming back to the brand is the level of service that they provide. No car is perfect and they all have issues, but the way that I have been treated when I need service from booking in, collection and return of the car is utterly faultless. Garry, the Service Manager at this branch seems to have really worked with his team such as Chris, Carl and Hannah to make sure that the customer comes first, and it really shows. I've visited many of the other German auto dealerships in the area and none of them can come close. If they can keep up their own very high standards they will have a customer for life.

I have had experience of a number of Mercedes-Benz dealerships to be able to give a valid review of Eastbourne. Dealerships are not all equal in terms of the service and care they provide to customers. After having some pretty poor experiences at other Mercedes dealerships nationally, Eastbourne really have provided an experience expected from a premium brand. I have always been looked after by Carl Herrington in the service department and he has always gone above and beyond to deliver an exemplary service. From booking the best options to suit me; informing me of service packages; keeping me updated whilst work is carried out on my car and above all, being personable and professional.
