They Haven't Got A Clue In 2021 Eastbourne Motoring Centre are still relying on a paper based diary for booking test drives. The fact that Vauxhall's website shows availability it would appear that there isn't any.

Bad experience. (Covid click and collect) Selling cars from the website and then delivering the same car chosen by the customer but with more miles after closing the sale ,is not correct but an economic damage for the customer, because to close insurance and financing and return the car there was a waste of time and money. Total disappointment.

I've just moved to the area & took my car here for the first time for a service & fix my air conditioning. I booked online, which was painless & received an email confirming the booking straight away. Right from the start the staff were very friendly, including courteous & helpful, including Emma and Caterina on the front desk. The job only took five hours & in the mean time they lent me a small Susuki Sprint turbo (lovely car!). I had booked a Major service but when I can't back to pick it up they said it only needed an interim service, so I saved a ton of money. The car was handed back to me nice & clean & shiny inside & out. The air con had been fixed too. I love the idea that they send you a message where to can watch a video of the safety check they perform, great idea. Very pleased with the whole process & experience, thank you ????????

Bought our car from them a year ago and as they provided great service we took the car back to them for an annual service and MOT. Very busy in the Service department (it was lunchtime) but each customer was treated cordially and with a smile so all good. Completed the service and MOT on time and returned to us washed and with internal valet. EMC also run a voluntary monthly savings scheme which allows you to spread your cost over a year which is good news.

I was very pleased with the service received from Oliver at Eastbourne Motoring Centre when I bought my car in June, however it quickly went downhill from there. First time I left my car for service as there was an issue with the battery, I was told the car will be delivered to me the same day. I got a call in the evening that the car wasn't ready and it would be done by the end of following day. As I haven't heard anything, I went to EMC to enquire only to be told that they "don't know anything because people at ford are not answering their phone". This went on for 5 days, with absolutely no effort being made on EMC's side and I still had to enquire every day. This left me with no method of transport to get to work for a week. I was willing to let it go, however I am in the same situation right now. I informed EMC about an issue with the radio on the 14th and I was informed they would book me in with ford to have it checked. No further communication from EMC received until I called them multiple times on the 20th. I took the car to EMC today morning with, what I was told, was a simple issue with the radio and would only take until 5pm for them to get the car back to me. Having learned from previous experience, I asked them to let me know as soon as they know if it'll take any longer as I need the car tomorrow to visit family and I had to know by 4pm if I should arrange alternative transport. As I haven't received any information about delay, I walked to EMC at 5pm to collect my car, only to be told it's not there and they don't know where it is. I requested their driver takes me to ford to collect my car, which he did, however there I was told that they didn't have a chance to look at it and would do so overnight (I assume they have a night shift?). I once again reminded them that I need my car back by 12pm tomorrow at latest as now it's too late for me to arrange alternative transport. I was told that "maybe it will be done by 1pm". Absolutely appalling customer service from both ford and EMC. Considering that I am dealing with EMC directly, I expected them to at least communicate with me regarding any delays so I could make alternative plans. Would not recommend their service unless you like to buy a car and not be able to use it for unknown periods of time because they don't even bother to communicate with you, let alone actually solve the issue.

Eastbourne Motoring Centre Suzuki were fantastic because the sales and aftersales was excellent. I found that the CD player was broken when i went to use it, there has been no quibbles and am currently waiting for a replacement unit to be fitted. Top class

Very helpful staff. Bought some vauxhall parts for my car incl. paint, which they had to order in. They rang me when parts had been delivered. Not over expensive. Parking can be a bit tricky, as there's quite often alot of cars there. But would definately recommend.

Rip off on repair bills, quoted me 250% more then a local garage for a simple job, then when I refused and stipulated I'd take my business elsewhere they tried to charge me £81 diagnostic fee, I refused to pay as this fee is not in their T&C's or wasn't mentioned when I dropped the car off. If their repair charges were justifiable they would have one the job.. Be cautious when using them for repairs, I can imagine they try to bully some customers.

I am happy both with the service provided and the repair of 'Cyril' the Corsa after what I thought was just a flat battery involved being towed from Newhaven, diagnostics and a body control system reset! They also gave the car a health check and replaced the indicator bulbs and rear wiper blade. Post repair, they were happy to keep it on site until I was able to get there the following weekend. Thanks for all your help.
