Vines Mini quoted me £270 to replace my dipped headlight and they couldn't do it immediately. After a some internet research and a couple of phone calls I took my car to Halfords Autocentre where replacing the bulb was expected to cost around £30. 5 minutes later the mechanic Amir said that my car was fixed and there would be no charge as he had found a loose connection and rectified the issue. Thank you for your prompt and courteous service and the honesty of your approach - I will be back for my next service.

I had an excellent service with Amir at Guildford autocentre(service number 082190133110). I have problems with my rear indicator , he did a diagnostic test , unfortunately could not get to the root of the problem but but kindly signposted me to other services that I could use.
He was very polite and gave excellent customer service. I would certainly come back here in the future.

Had my MOT done for the second year at Guildford. This year it was done by Damien. I phoned on the morning of the test to explain that I had broken ribs and would have to wait whilst they did the test. Usually hubby follows me and we go off in his car but I could not drive. Damien took my car straight away and did the MOT. The staff were polite, efficient and respectful. I was so grateful for their care and they made sure I did not have to sit (outside under the gazebo) any longer than necessary. Thank you guys - but especially Damien! See you in a year!

Amir was so lovely and has great customer service!! Found the issue with my car and got in contact with me within an hour of me dropping it off!!
He then sourced the product for me and was able to fit it in to get fixed very prompt!!

I was delighted with the professionalism and helpful experience I had today at Halfords Autocentre, Cathedral Hill in Guildford. I took my car for an MOT there was a minor issue that the technician took time to rectify in order for the car to pass the test. He could have easily failed the vehicle but he decided to care and let’s face it given what we are all going through we should all do a little more caring ! Thank you very much Halfords and Damian in particular!

Real pleasure to get an mot and service done here, very professional and thorough. With discount £175 for oil change, oil filter, mot and a something point check, with a report excellent. Odd bits like air filters I don't mind doing myself so the basic service is great value for money.

Having had a shocking experience with Halfords OnTheDrive business, I gave the auto centre a go, with an MOT. Timely, polite and generally a good experience, though in Guildford the test centre is not at the Halfords Ladymead facility - and directions could have been clearer on the email.

I used Halfords Autocentre guildford very recently (Aug-20) for two new tyres and balancing on my BMW. They were great value for money for the tyres, for a start. They also offered half price on the balancing, which was great. As there is no waiting room at the moment, I asked if there was any chance my car could be ready ASAP and they got all of the workk done in about 90 mins. Very helpful service, great value for money. I'd be quick to complain if they did a bad job but they were great. Definitely recommended.

I dropped my car very late on Friday as a warning light had come on dashboard suggesting there was an engine problem. Despite being late in the day Amir greeted me in reception with a very welcoming and reassuring smile, he could tell I was in a panic. I explained that I needed my car as I have to travel long distance for my frontline duties but realised that I may need to leave the car over the weekend. Amir was very understanding and checked with one of the mechanics who agreed to book it in for the next day for a diagnostic test and they would let me know what it was wrong and needed fixing. As promised the next day while in duty Amir called me and told what needed doing and they would advise me when to collect it. By 4pm on Saturday it was ready to be collected. Amir and Owen stayed behind so they could hand over and have it for my journey the next day. I am so grateful to them both and I can't recommend this autocentre service highly enough!

My car has been recently in the Guilford auto centre, for Major Service. Yesterday I noticed that tail lights are not working( Luckily some other driver warned me about this). I checked the lights and found that both tail lamps are burned and rear foglight too. I found that the cabin filter was not changed, and lots of dirt and leaves was in there( though I thought it should be including the service). I couldn't find anything about break fluid replacement in the invoice, so not sure if that is done either. I wouldn't trust on this company as these may cause serious problem/incidents.

Michael did the MOT on my vehicle which I believe he did through hes lunch break which is above and beyond for me and Owen kept me informed of how my vehicle was doing at all times.
