The better of the high Street jewellery chains. However staff do not have much idea on jewellery. I was looking for a diamond ring... turns out I knew more about diamonds than they did. Had no idea of the cut grades colour scale or florescents.. no info on certification. Needless to say I didn't buy here. That was the more senior member of staff. Maybe they had just transfered from Argos jewellery counter lol

Visited the store after ordering some jewellery online, click and collect. I'm glad to say I was well treated. I was greeted, welcomed and dealt with by a gentleman called Brendan who, in my opinion, is the gold standard in how to treat costumers. Professional, polite, good humoured and helpful. Fantastic service. Only 4 stars because it was my first time visiting this store, but so far so good.

Terrible customer service by a lady and a gentleman today, couldn’t be less helpful. Had been given a bracelet by a friend for my bday present- it broke the very next day. I didn’t have the receipt (yet had the Goldsmiths bag and box it had come in) they ‘couldn’t do anything’ and wouldn’t even send it off to be repaired. My only option was to buy another one, no apology, no other suggestions. Luckily I know someone who makes good quality jewellery who will be able to fix it. Surprised by how unhelpful the staff were and upset my friend had to fork out money for something that was such poor quality- avoid Goldsmiths and in particular avoid the Staines store!!

I went shopping for an engagement ring with my mum and we started our search in Goldsmiths at Two Rivers, Staines. I explained what sort of ring I wanted though my description was somewhat vague. My personal sales advisor, Heidi, presented a selection of rings as close to what I described as possible as well as some other rings for contrast and comparison. All this whilst my mum was sipping on her fruit juice that another member of staff had offered and provided. Heidi, answered all my questions and patiently put up with my ignorance, and therefore endless questioning, about diamond rings. I visited four other Jewelers that day and no other retailer could match the level of customer service and overall experience that I received at the hands of the Goldsmiths team in Staines. Thank you.

My experience at goldsmiths in Staines was fantastic!! I was served by what i can only describe as a TRUE gentleman. He welcomed me into the shop as if it we was royalty!!! I originally only came in to browse for earrings for my daughter and ended up buying a tag heuer watch. My first ever high value watch; he described all the functions and the history of the brand which really intrigued both myself and my wife. A beer and glass of champagne later i made my purchase (something we've never had in a jewellery shop!). The best customer service, hospitality and attitude i've EVER experienced in a jewellers. Even when the clocks went forward he was ready at hand with a drink, and gave us the SAME treatment when he was adjusting the time. Highly recommended; especially who can only be described as creme dela creme of goldsmiths tarik and the rest of the staff!!!!

Shocking customer service, 8 weeks to have enguagement ring fixed only to have ring returned still faulty, 2 weeks later I get a new one... I said I would take it up with head office and the sales staff keeps apologising as she knew it was winding me up (and I told her it was) another brat of a sales staff presented me with a box of chocolates...as a way of saying sorry and when I declined she shook her head and walked off.I was also asked what receipt I wanted, one for the fix or one for new ring, how do I know???..... Over all I would never shop with them again. Steer clear at all costs.....I'll spare you the story I had buying the ring from Westfield, staff not knowing difference in yellow and white gold...
