Best desert shop in town. Macaroons are the main drifer but they also have some other amazing options. You have plenty of space to sit either outside on the piazza or at the fisrt floor restaurant.

After the amazing experience at Ladurée in Paris and in Harrods me and my friend have been really disappointed by the staff at Ladurée in Covent Garden. We couldn't share a tea so we couldn't have two cups of tea altought we had 8 Macarons each.
They just brought us one cutlery too even if we were two. For such a class place it's a shame having a miserable staff like that.

Good location to meet up with friends and the shop is so cute but I felt like I'm being overcharged for the awful service received from rude staff and the dessert were just ok.

Yesterday I was greatly disappointed with the service I recieved... or lack of service. There was only 3 people ahead of me in the queue. The elderly lady was served and then the couple. The lady serving then looked down then looked out the window as she walked away from me. Then served the couple who just arrived. I have been before and was really upset by the blantant rudeness that I experienced. I left without buying anything. No apology was given.

Absolutely blown away by the whole experience, 10 out of 10, and the upstairs secluded balcony overlooking covent gdns piazza a little known gem, for that special person in ones life. Will not let you down, I implore you to try it!!

I love Laudree, the macarons are beautiful to look and have a perfect crunchy shell with a delicate filling.
The staff tend to be a bit rude and the restaurant upstairs is lovely but looks a bit worn down.

Transports you to the centre of paris. The staff are well presented and friendly. The food is excellent although the lunch isn‘t the best. The macaroons are hands down the best I‘ve ever had and wouldn‘t go anywhere else now. The pistachio and salted caramel are a favourite and excellent with the hot chocolate which is made in the classic french style. So thick rich and delicious. Best for breakfast or afternoon tea. #GoogleGoesPOP

The location is nice but the qualiry is close to zero. I ordered an apple mojito for 8.50 and it was server in a small normal glass that they serve coca cola in... i dont mind to pay even 15 pounds as long as i get something good.. its a tourist trap

I gave Laduree at Harrods, the flagship branch 5 stars because I love the cakes so much. This branch is a different beast altogether. I have been a number of times and I gave 2 stars because the take-away counter is OK but the staff are not very experienced and the cakes are often tired and old, never as fresh as the main branch. If I was reviewing the restaurant upstairs then I would give 1 star due to the very inexperienced staff, including management who are inattentive, know little or nothing about the brand and just simply look tired and fed up of the covent garden crowd all the time. I have dined upstairs a number of times, not just once.

Terrible- I've just spent an hour trying to order an (astonisliogly expensive) selection of macaroons to no avail as their useless website constantly finds problems and empties my basket prior to checkout! Very frustrating. Will save my money & efforts for a company whose website works!
