The food was awesome. Without a doubt one of the best burgers we have eaten. But the service was shocking,constant interruptions, trying to clear the plates away before we were finished, we felt as though the staff could not wait to get us out of the place so they could return to their conversations at the bar. It was not like they were busy. £74 for 2 burgers and 3 drinks, very poor.

Needles to say, if you come to London, you must come to Harrods. The most beautiful and luxurious department store around the globe! Buying in this store is a whole “buying experience” You can find everything at this store! The store is so big that you could easily spent the whole day wondering around. Anyone can buy at this store!! Moreover, and to make your whole shopping experience a remarkable one, you can find a restaurant on every floor at this store! Breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee or dinner. You can also get pizza, a huge variety of desserts, and delicious ice cream at their ice cream parlor. In addition to all this the store has a huge delicatessen, in this you can find fresh bread, and food from several regions and countries.

We stopped at the Harrods Cafe on the third floor for some afternoon tea. The service was impeccable, it felt like the servers were always on hand and ready to help. Food was brilliant, I'd recommend the braffles! Everything, down to the dinnerware was perfect. Lovely experience in London. 5/5 Stars!

We are visiting this place regularly for years, but I never came to review it. Went for breakfast today and decided to finally give it five stars.
1. Quality of food is always exceptional, everything is fresh, with a lot of flavours. The braffle is definitely worth trying.
2. Great and very friendly service, especially from the staff that is here for a while. Special thanks for Gintare and Vitaly, for always taking care of us!
3. During half term, the kids get a free meal, if the parent orders some breakfast!
4. Atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed, very comfy furniture.
Definitely worth a visit!

Harrods set afternoon tea menu.
Removed a star for the strange matter stuck to the inside of my champagne flute. Sandwich platter tasty, if a little stale. Service exceptional, atmosphere... well it's Harrods. Scones are spectacular, especially the clotted cream, which should be a controlled substance. I struggled to finish it all.

Lovely coffee bar found inside harrods. Good selection of coffee and tea as well as cakes/dessert. The cakes/dessert are delicious and very eye-tempting. ???????? Customers sit surrounding the serving/preparation section on high chairs. Good experience even though the serving crew are a tad slow, maybe too many customers to serve at once. ????????????

They re-fublished cafe and after Tea is more reasonable than before. However, tea pot become much smaller than previous harrods cafe. It is really busy on weekend. But service is good. I had a cottage pie. It is delicious but quite small portion. It doesn’t worth 20pound.

Another wonderful and relaxing coffee and cake in our favourite treat in London. We always have a great experience sat in the middle of the bustling coffee, tea, bakery and cakes room in Harrods.
The Coffee Bar serves amazing pastries and cakes with superb tasting and well made hot drinks and served by professional, happy and courteous staff.
Althougb it is often busy and you have to queue to be seated we never feel rushed to move on once we have finished.
The chocolate cake is amazing and serves 2 people with ease.
If in Harrods then treat yourself. So much better than any other run of the mill coffee shop outside which may be cheaper but you won't be drinking Harrods coffee, eating Harrods cake whilst sat in the middle of the most famous shop in the world - Harrods!

Came here as a treat on my first trip to London/Harrods. Service was quite slow and we had to try and get someone's attention to order. Once ordered there was quite a wait between receiving our drinks and getting our food. We all ordered Braffles of various types which were all lovely. A service charge was added to the bill which although it is Harrods and this is probably to be expected we were not informed of beforehand and didn't feel we could "not" pay it. Very expensive but nice for a treat.

I came here for the free coffee benefit that comes with my Black Harrods Rewards Card, on top of that I ordered their ham braffle and a homemade lemonade for my husband. Coffee and food was good, however I find their servers attitude a bit ignorant…took me a good 10 minutes just trying to get someone's attention to get the bill. Then another 10 minutes trying to get someone to process the card payment. Hope they improve this the next time I visit!

An oasis of relief from all that walking & shopping in Harrods! This coffee bar is situated next to the pattiserie, with good selections of tea and coffee. We were spoilt for choice of desserts & pastries too. Being a big fan of pastries & cakes, i was practically drooling over the vast array of yummies available here. Sit around the bar counter, ask for the menu and order your choice. Simple as that. However, the staff were not so attentive as they were all so busy scurrying to take orders from the other side of the counter. Some other staff were just so slow in serving the desserts, we waited almost half an hour!As the food was good, service could do better.

Love this little cafe in the heart of Harrods. I've always had to queue 15 - 20 mins for a table, but once seated table service is fast and friendly. You have to try the #HarrodsBraffle. It's a combo of brioche and waffle and can be eaten sweet or savoury. The eggs Benedict with either ham or salmon are suburb albeit a bit on the pricey side at £13 and £15 respectively, but it is Harrods after all.

Their avocado toast is delicious and I recommend the rose tea which is amazing. Professional staff and good service, I recommend!
The only thing is that you may have to queue to get in, so plan to be early if you’re hungry !

Thought the service was quite poor. Waited ages for order to be taken,others got their orders taken before us yet we were seated first,when our order did arrive it came without our drinks so had to wait another ten minutes,I'm diabetic so needed my drink to take my medication before I could eat. Food was lovely though.

This coffee shop is located at the 4th floor at the famous Harrods store. It is a good place to take a brake from moving around many great shops.
The cakes are amazing and this time we tried Tiramisu it is WOW. The Coffee was really nice although not hot enough to my taste.
Prices were a bit high...expected.

This place is cute , quaint and the food is great. My waiter Gideon was great, he was very attentive and is great at his job. I had the Braffle which was amazing & so was my cocktail. I’ve been to a few restaurants in Harrods before but it’s my 1st time visiting the cafe. It’s worth the stop in. Brunch beverage is amaze balls

Greatest place ever! Had the best cappuccino of my whole life! I went there multiple times during my stay in London! Better than any other coffee shop in London. The coffee bar at Harrods is a must try for everyone! I had the best experience! The staff is so welcoming and warm and I received the best treatment ever, I have to admit that finding such welcoming people working there influenced a lot my decision on going there again and again! When you are well treated and welcomed so warmly you’re definitely gonna love it and go more than one time! Shoutout to all the staff working there, you’re the best! I highly recommend it! I ordered the cappuccino, which is perfect ???????? and you can also have it specially personalised for you (and its for free, there’s no need to pay extra for the personalisation) ???? I also ordered the honey cake which is so delicious and the almond croissant is so yummy ???? Everything was perfectly made. An unforgettable place ???????? Can’t wait to come back!

Their chocolate mocha is great. But be aware this is on the expensive side. The table is inviting situated at the center and the servers are pleasing. Down side is on a busy day crowds pass by and makes a less appealing ambiance

The Cafe on the 5th floor offers "Braffle" which is a unique creation combining BRIOCHE and WAFFLE. The texture was slightly puffier and bready than normal waffles, so it was really filling. It may look like a small portion, but it was the perfect size as a brunch for me. Expect to queue but it moved quickly. It was casual considered being inside Harrods, service was top-notch.

The staff were just lovely! So nice and helpful for fitting in our bigger than average group. It's a café - so don't expect extra special food. But if you choose carefully, you will get very tasty dishes and I would definitely recommend their Caesar salad. The major museums are about 10 minutes walk away and their food options can get crazy busy. So I'd recommend a lunch at Harrods then a gentle stroll to whatever exhibtion takes your fancy!

Service staff on the floor were good. However, ordered an Eggs Benedict Braffle and it arrived with two hard boiled eggs on the waffle. Had it sent back and what I then got was without a doubt one of the blandest tasting dishes I've ever had.
It's quite a shame as some other dishes like the pastries were absolutely delightful. Goes to show what a difference it makes when a chef is passionate and dedicated to what they do.

30 min for a chicken salad, 2 out of three drinks were forgotten about when the drink did arrive it was spilt by one of the waiters yes accidents happen but it didn’t make what was already a bad experience any better.

That was my first time visiting Harrods, and for my coffee break I chose the cafe on 2nd floor. Had a tiramisu, and an Americano. They were heavenly. The service was fast, and everybody was just so friendly. Would definitely return.
