I normally come here to rest on a tea and some light food when shopping at harrods. You get complimentary coffee/tea if you have a black tier harrods card.
Good food and no faults to take rest if you wil continue shopping and don’t want to walk out harrods:)

Harrods prices as expected but not the quality I expected. The poached eggs were overcooked. Very posh, but very overrated.

Awesome experience! Food was good and service was excellent. After the braffle Benedict arrived (yes braffle, combination waffle and brioche) I realized I didn’t want the hollandaise sauce on it. Our server, Graziano, fixed it immediately, no questions asked, no funny looks. My daughter and I had lunch and coffee here. See Graziano or Barbara who will take good care of you.

Bad and very slow service. Cafe was empty but had to wait a long while before someone attended to us. Ordered a hot flat white and iced caramel latte, both tasted bad. Flat and bland.
