Very decent for a hotel gym, as a hotel guest is was very enjoyable and super appreciated having the facilities there. Not sure if I'd pay for it as much as they ask of members. I think the gym should be a bit bigger and newer equipment to justify the price

The swimsuits dryer is broken and after more than one month it's still not there, the last excuse is that "they are difficult to repair " when one of them new costs less than one night at this hotel.

Totally agree with this: Mismanaged.No Doubt the rating is poor. The place is managed unbelievably bad. It use to be a quality, professionally run place when Darren was the Manager, not anymore. No surprise most of the good trainers and staff have left. The senior management of the group should look into this, it used to be a lovely place once upon a time!

Rather upset with the visit today. Went in with my partner to have a nice relaxing evening. Instead was faced with a dirty changing room, there was someone’s clothes left all over the shower but no one in the changing room itself and then on poolside there was a group of about 10 lads that were just sat in the hot tub being rather loud and swapping between the hot tub and the steam room which then minimised the opportunity for others to use. When I did finally get a chance to use the hot tube after about 2 mins was then bombard my the group of lads again. So got out and left. All in all a very disappointing visit and I hope someone can take the time to read this and hopefully I hear back from you soon.

Some not all equipment in poor condition and in need of repair/maintenance. Lockers (mens) limited access availability. Reasonably clean but overall poor staff management Come on revive sort these problems.

I give them NO STARS. The place has gone downhill the swimming pool is always closed its closed more times then it's open! There's no classes any more you pay a lot of money for nothing, I have complained to the Hotel management if that's what you call them they don't care they just don't want to know very very unprofessional!

I was looking for a posher gym. Thought I'd give it a try so took a day pass. I lasted maybe 20 mins and then went back to PureGym instead. Will not be going there again. Machines are antiquated. Very crammed space. Probably fit one bench in the work space and that's it. It has one smith machine. It's got cardio machines but nothing spectacular. Most of the equipment looks rusty. If your staying in the hotel, I guess its adequate but wouldn't subscribe to it for long term membership. Didn't try the pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. so can't comment on that.

Me and my wife went there for spa day. We used some of treatments and facilities. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room was open. At the beginning you could see s lot of kids in swimming pool but after half hour get quiet. We spend there around three hours and we was very relaxed. Staff polite. Changing rooms and toilets clean. Probably we will visit this place again.

Membership isnt’t cheap, either the pool or jacuzzi are always out of order. Pool hasn’t been working for two months now, when you ask about compensation they won’t even entertain the conversation. They will still happily charge you for a towel etc. Management almost have an arrogance about the fact that they won’t discuss compensation. Completely unacceptable. My advice is to join a cheap and better equipped gym and then the Thames Lido down the road for pool and spa facilities.

I will explain my 1 Star rating, so please read it all. My Wife got a corporate membership for both of us based on the misleading advertisement. We trusted what was advertised on their website and on other platforms that they have posted. So we decided to do the membership. Our first bad experience started when their member of staff was rude with my wife when she was enquiring about confirmation of the membership not being sent after weeks, compensation was promised after few complaints but the promise was never fulfilled. Second, when we found out that the pool was under maintenance (for just few months without any notice). Third when I saw the gym the size of a bedroom and a half with few outdated and out of order machines, lack of equipment and lack of space.They refuse to cancel the contract and claims that all the facilities are 1st class. I took time to write this review not out of anger but to give a true glimpse of this place for what they claim. It's not worth the price and the effort comparing it to other places with high class service and facilities around. Please check all their facilities before hand(which we couldn't do unfortunately)

Avoid this place! Gone downhill and not worth taking a membership out. Only interested in taking your money and not proving a service. Management team are rude and arrogant. Was promised an email about my concerns from the operations manager on the 26/11/2018, nothing! Finally sent an email on 24/01/2019, 2 months later! Its no wonder that all the decent staff suddenly left! In all the years I was a member I only ever had an induction at the gym, no follow up at all. Please don't waste your money!

• Upon arrival the reception was chaotic with one person on duty and a load of unhappy children as the swimming pool was closed due to high chlorine levels • The therapist told us she was a temp and did not know what treatments she was doing as she had a list and no treatment against them. • We then heard her ask what temperature the hot stones needed to be – (not good when you know they are going to be used on you) • We had ask for robes and when given them they were dirty with sweat stains on them • The changing rooms hadn’t been cleaned and there were dirty towels everywhere • The jacuzzi was out of order and were where not made aware of this when we booked on Wednesday • When the pool eventually opened there was no section laned off for normal swimmers as very noisy baby /toddler lesson were going on • The water fountain was hot – this must be a health and safety hazard – Jordan did bring some bottled water for us • We chased for robes – but they never arrived • We booked lunch for 12.15 and it arrived at 12.40, I had a treatment booked at 12.45 • The hot deli sandwich was cold and came with no fries when I asked the bar man he rolled his eyes and eventually came out with fries. • I advised the spa I would be late for the treatment and they said it was fine but when I arrived she said would have to cut my treatment short and made me bad!!!!! • I was not asked or complete a health questionnaire – standard practise – again health and safety!

Very interesting reviews of late, I agree with all the negative comments and also particularly the bin in the ladies changing room being left, after Turtle Tot classes, for long periods, full of soiled nappies. My husband and I have complained to “management” and for our troubles have had our membership revoked. The only bright spot on the horizon is that we have been promised a three month refund of our subscriptions for all the “distress” caused - their words not ours. All pool users should request the same compensation.

I was looking for a mobile spa in Berkshire area and found Windsor Beauty Therapist. I called Windsor Beauty Therapist for a friends birthday with a group of 5 girls. Mariana and her staff were amazing, professional, and all around fun to be with! The products she used were natural and smelled great! I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Had to drop my rating, I thought it a bit naughty to give pool closure notice for 2 weeks just as direct debit is about to come out, so you have no option but pay monthly fee even if you don't use the gym :(((

Very poor customer service and old, outdated equipment I and my husband signed up for corporate membership from Jan 2019. When I called up the club on 3 Jan to ask for our membership details, I received a rather rude and unprofessional treatment from one of the employees (William) whose words were “I don’t know what you want from us - ask GymFlex for your membership details”. I was shocked, not least because GymFlex had instructed us that the club would reach out to us to provide the details! This prompted me to check the Google reviews and I was horrified to read what members and visitors to the club had to say. Therefore, after some consideration I requested cancellation of our membership on 4 Jan, with 0 visits. Alas, the club wouldn’t let go of our money so easily- they said they wouldn’t aporove the cancellation as they didn’t understand why I wanted that, plus they lied that they’ve been trying to contact me via emails to let me know the membership details! I had received not a single email or even an apology phone call! This was the worst customer service experience I had ever had in my life till that point. Anyway, it soon became clear that the club relied so much on our money that they wouldn’t let us go - I find this absolutely shameful!! Finding ourselves in despair, we decided we’d at least visit hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt. Our first visit was not great - we were not provided with any explanation as to the location and usage of the facilities- we were just rushed into the club being told that ‘we could figure it out’! At the end of that first visit we requested that we are sent the schedules of classes and any treatments provided at the club, and provided our email addresses! We received no email at all.... Today was our 2nd visit - this time to the gym. The space is limited and the machines are rather outdated compared to our popular gyms (such as The Gym). The atmosphere is rather unwelcoming as well... On our way out we requested again to be sent the activities schedules but again haven’t received anything. It’s very unprofessional, to say the least! Their staff don’t seem like qualified personnel at all. Absolutely regret signing up! Please don’t make that mistake!

Sadly my wife and daughter cancelled their membership today as the pool water was cloudy and dirty and jacquzzi bath was not working . This was the second time in month the pool was left in a disgraceful state for members. If Monday is going to a maintenance day then the pool should be closed for safety's sake whilst it is being fixed. They are very lucky that they did not get a visit from the Council EHO !

The health Club has Everything needed for a basic training: cardio Equipment incl. 2 Concept2 rowers, dumbbells and a view Kettlebells, leg press. What was missing for me was a Rack and some free barbells and medballs to do my crossfit excersises.

The pool has been closed for 2 months (with a brief reopening for 1 week and then it broke again!). Management has been very unhelpful regarding refunds of membership fee, no offer has been made so far! For members who only use the pool, this is totally unacceptable!!
