Just called to pick up Click & Collect order, not as good as experience as ordering in Branch. For some reason despite giving last 4 digits of order reference & my surname, not enough to locate order(one Phillips Lamp). Had to spell out complete order number after looking it up on my phone.
What am I doing wrong?

Convenient store with wide range of tools and materials for all kinds of jobs. Staff are always cheery – friendly and happy to help. The pickup service is extremely efficient at the moment, but you can go and order at the door if you prefer. Some chains might have a slightly large range of stock items, but prices here are generally keen and I'd much rather deal with the people in this store when I can.

Great place im in there at least 5 mornings aweek. Flo and the other staff are brilliant and all ways help me if needed. All ways have loads in stock and just hassle free even with lockdown. My top store for matirels as they have every thing you need there. On the way there now.
