Ashley was very kind, friendly and a real charmer, great to see amazing customer service and a great personality bringing a smile to myself and other customers. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic shopping experience. Visited the Brighton store at least 4/5 times over the past month as I’m in Brighton for a short time doing up my holiday let, but I’m not very experienced and I know when I visit the Brighton store not only am I greeted with a smile and good morning/afternoon, I’m always given advice on the jobs that I need to get done ie what materials I may need and a rough idea of how to do the job. I have spoken to various members of your staff who all seem equally helpful but I tend to make a bee line for Geoff as it’s he’s knowledge that has helped me with my projects, I’d like to take this opportunity to say a big Thankyou to Geoff for your advice and customer service and a good job all round to the Brighton team.

I have been using the Brighton branch (Freshfield Industrial Estate) for several years for several reasons:
1. They almost always stock the item I am looking for!
2. They offer fantastic customer service.
I would particularly like to mention Asst Mgr. Natalie and staff members Ellie and Cat. The three always have a smile and go the extra mile to assist me which always makes my experience enjoyable whenever I set foot in the branch. It is the reason why I always choose Toolstation over their competitors!!

The team at Freshfield Industrial Estate are Amazing! My novice skills in how to use and what to buy was helped out so much by the kindness and understanding of these lovely people.
Natalie as well as others, took time to explain certain technical terms within the catalogue and found me the correct tool for the job.

Absolutely shocked at the deplorable way Donna the manager spoke to both staff and customers. Deliberately rude, intimidating and unhelpful unlike her two colleagues Elle and a lady who's name we didn't get with short dark hair. They were polite and explained the situation without shouting across the shop like Donna - terrible people skills and attitude, should not be allowed to work with the public. Feel terrible for the colleagues that have to suffer her wrath. Customers should avoid - terrible service, no confirmation emails, ridiculous waiting times, no stock and then a forced refund because they couldn't be bothered to find our item and said it was probably miscounted or misplaced in the back. Would not reccomend. Should definitely look at some of the disgraceful staff they are employing who are losing them money and sales due to their bullying attitude.
