THEY MIS SOLD ME A FAULTY PRODUCT, WHICH RESULTED IN THE PRODUCT BREAKING MY PHONE.
When brought to the owners attention they offered no help or resolution and refused to take any responsibility. Instead blamed me. Not only do I have a broken phone, which now I’ll have to pay to be fixed. I am also out of pocket £10 because they didn’t even have the decency to offer me a refund.
I was asked to bring the product back to the shop, for it to be inspected. Which I was more than happy to do, But was met with nothing but hostility and rudeness from the member of staff.
Please be aware when purchasing from this shop and make sure you cover yourself. As they clearly have no intention in providing a good after sales customer service.

Huge range of DIY and hardware products and friendly advice. Went in looking for a way to loosen up a stiff lock and the guy not only gave us the right product but also some great tips on applying it to our issue. Will go back!

This hardware shop is a real gem, they have pretty much everything you could ever need for your home or DIY project and will always give you advice and help. We really need to support small independent shops like this before the big chains totally take over, its so wonderful to be able to pop around the corner to a small independent shop like this and get what you need rather than have to drive to a big out of town chain store. Please use it as we will regret it if we loose it!

A young lad of 16 was allowed to purchase a large machette type knife without even being asked his age.Knife crime is on the increase and Ransoms are so desperate for a sale of less than a tenner that they sold this knife to,what I consider to be an unstable young man...no ID check...just take his money.DISGUSTING.
