If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were in the area from out of town for the weekend (about 500 miles away) and about halfway into the trip we noticed that the car was not driving well at all. We were nervous about continuing to drive it for the weekend and especially about being able to drive it home. We called them Friday morning and they were able to squeeze us in that afternoon which was nice. I took it in and explained our situation and what was happening with the car. Bryan was very nice and everything appeared to be great. Late that afternoon we got a call back from him letting us know what they thought was wrong with it along with our options of what we could do to "fix" it. The options ranged from doing the repair to replacing the engine unit. Our car was a 2016 Yukon with ~145,000 miles on it so dumping a ton of money into wasn't ideal. The quote we got for the three options was way overpriced which basically backed us into a corner. It was end of day so I gave them a $2000 deposit just in case. I called my GMC dealership back home that I always took the car to and found out what a fair price would be to fix the problem. I called Cochran back to tell them I didn't want to do the repair, would like my deposit back, and would get my car in the morning. I feel like Cochran knew we were a long way from home and could strong arm us into overpaying as there was no way the car could make the drive home. On top of it all, I went to collect my car and they never put the engine back together, so that was another couple of hours before I could get my car and get out of there. Then, I was told I could not get my deposit back until Monday. I called them on Monday multiple times and nobody answered or returned my calls. Same thing on Tuesday. So I called my credit card company on Tuesday and filed a complaint. Wouldn't you know it that I got a call back later that day from them letting me know they were refunding my deposit. I couldn't even get the sales guy at Cochran to call me back. I ended up taking my car over to Riverview Chevrolet which was nearby and and trading it in for a Tahoe. That experience was MUCH better and they gave me a very fair amount for the trade even with the engine trouble.

I understand making money, but lying to your customers is something else. At least their Mazda counterpart across the street is honest. We've taken 3 cars there and never had an issue. They said my car failed inspection for a "burnt out auxiliary lamp." When I asked for the defective bulb back, they handed me a chrome bulb so I couldn't see if it was burnt out. The car never had a single chrome bulb in it, and I replaced all of the bulbs except the high beams within the last year. When I got home, I checked the "burnt out bulb" and it worked just fine. They were pretty upset about taking their mailer coupon for the inspection too. When I went in to pick up the car, there was another customer who had a car fail for "torn wiper blades" that she said were brand new and had the receipt to prove it. Also, good luck getting them to answer their phones. They called me about the bulb, but I missed the call. When I called them back an hour later, I was transferred to another department that correctly transferred my call to service. No answer, so I left a voicemail, and no call back. When I showed up to pick up the car 4 hours later, they insisted I never called them back, and made me wait over an hour to "change" a parking lamp bulb. The second picture is the "burnt out" light bulb they handed me. The service manager stated "the light went chrome when it burnt out". Dunno, seems like it works just fine to me.

Very transparent. Left feeling like I got a good deal. Compared to other dealerships where you feel like you were worked over, Cochran doesn’t make you feel like that. Will be buying from them again.

This dealership acted as if they were doing me a favor by selling a car to me. They definitely do not like when you ask questions. I was about to purchase a new year car then received alot of attitude when asking for fee detail. Someone else will be receiving my hard earned money. Would not recommend, ever!!!

I absolutely loved it. The fact that they had to keep my car to work on it and I actually got a car to use in the meantime means the world to me. Shows how much they care and understand. Anytime I’ve been to shops they keep my car for over a week and I have to find rides to work and back. Cochran made it so easy and simple and I’m so happy I’ve bought a car through them and they’ve made servicing so painless! Something I’m not used to! Plus the employees were so professional and super kind!

Came here to get a car and to trade in my old one. We settled on a car that wasn’t on the lot, but they said they would be able to bring it in once it was ready. Then after we negotiated prices and etc. Things took a turn. He wouldn’t do any paperwork or anything in front of me it was always he will call me and let me know. Tried to give me way below kbb on my car. Gave me every reason possible why I could not be approved for this new car. After speaking to a family friend that works in a bank and knows about this stuff, she said the things they told me were false. Honestly I think while I was waiting for this car they probably sold it or had someone lined up to buy it. While the guy seemed nice there was something shady going on. I have never had so much difficulty trying to get a car. Total waste of time.

If I could give it a zero I would... so I got a 2016 Jeep Compass from them our sales guy was Victor. Told us it was bumper to bumper warranty and the best kinds we were paying for. Needless to say it was not. I only have the car for 8 months and put 5000 miles on it. and the front suspension and wheel bearings both broke... we took it to the Jeep dealership by us and they wanted 120$ just for telling us what was wrong for it. They said it’s not covered in our warranty it was going to be close to 800$. So we said screw that and went to another friend to get it fixed. We have tried getting ahold of everyone we delt with to cancel our warranty cause they lied to us and there’s 3 tiers to the warranty and we got the lower one. No one told us that when we got the warranty. If they did we would’ve spent the money to get the best of the best warranty. SO READ ALL PAPERWORK AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE SIGNING!!!

Took my car here for a major repair. Needed to come back twice because something was leaking and I was fed up because I spent so much-something wasn’t going right... Eventually sought help from the Service Director, Brian Bates. Brian addressed my concerns and anger with a sense of urgency and did not question me at all. He provided me with a rental car for my Inconvenience while they took their time to do the proper repairs, and ensured that the problem was solved. The #1 Cochran Monroeville Buick Service Department is truly HONEST !!!!!! They not only did a free complimentary multi-point inspection of my Buick they changed my oil, lube and filters, tire rotation, and check if i needed wheel alignments (all at a great and affordable price). The Buick Service Department noticed that my yearly State Inspection had expired and offered to do a "Free State Inspection with paid Emissions" for Buick Encore at the regular PA State Inspection cost which applied. Because #1 Cochran Service Department has a consistent policy of being honest they didn't make me half to pay for repairs and parts which i did not need, unlike my previous well know auto dealer's services department. Based on what i have paid to other past auto dealer's service departments #1 Cochran Buick Service Department has saved me "thousands of dollars" simply because they are honest. They had earned my trust and respect and i will always take my auto to #1 Cochran's Monroeville Service Department for all of my auto needs. I have to mention that they serve the best free cups of hot coffee and also have tasty sandwiches and other delicious hot food while you wait for the auto.

I brought my SUV in for inspection and was told there were 3 lights that needed replaced to pass, 2 lights on my gate and one of my reverse lights. When I picked my vehicle up, I of course was expected to pay in full. The invoice stated the lights were under $5, yet the labor exceeded $100 per item. When leaving, my husband noticed the reverse light that was to have been replaced was still out. When he went in to discuss with the person that checked him out, he was told we could " bring it back anytime " to be fixed. We drive 20 minutes to bring my car to this location, we have to pack 2 young children in the car each time we drive out to to drop off/pick up a car. After spending nearly $600 to fix some lights, I certainly expected the work to be completed that I was asked to pay for. Extremely dissatisfied as this is inexcusable.

Clean place, nice people, horrible service times. Every time I go I'm there super long for minor things. 1.5 hour oil changes and they're scheduled. For an inspection scheduled for 7:30am still here and it's after 10am, all to tell me I only need brake pads for the inspection. Was the 1st person here and saw 8 ppl come and go.That's BS.
