I drove 1 hour to look at a used car. I was prepared to write a check if the price was right. The salesperson said " we do no haggle pricing here and it has worked out real well for us" . Their best price was $800 over retail!! And Dave didnt even attempt to take my full retail value offer to his sales manager. I called back two days later left a voicemail for Dave, who was working that day, and he didn't have the courtesy to return my call. Plenty of other dealers who offer the same product.

Well I will obviously adjust my review if I ever hear from you. I dropped my car off to get an oil change 3 days ago, since you guys did the last one, and to my shock, you managed to strip the oil cap on your previous attempt. Now, even though the car is under full warranty, AND, you admitting that it was your fault, you are trying to charge me 1200 dollars to fix it. I have called 3 times, no answer. My girlfriend has called 3 times, no answer. I have no idea what you are doing to my car. If you want to keep it, pay me back, as of now I have no problem with that. I promise, if I don't hear from you, I will not let this situation go quietly into the night.

I contacted this dealership to inquire about possibly leasing a GMC Acadia. I was very impressed by How courteous and professional sales rep, Sean Smail was. In an industry full of sleazy, pushy Car salesman it was refreshing to deal with someone like Sean..He went above and beyond for me and my family. He knew I was interested in the Acadia as well as a Durango. He priced out an Acadia and he even went out of his way to price out a Durango for me at the other Cochran store so that I had all options...That is The level of customer service that he provides...Please don’t waste your time if you’re in the area and looking for a vehicle of any kind ask for Sean Smail...He is truly an asset to Cochran.

Had airbag light coming on hours after purchase. Harmonic balancer wobbling off within 800 miles. Was told theyre my problems. Overall happy with the car,but an extra 2k in repairs after 800 miles on a 23k dollar car is no bueno.

I unfortunately had my time and money wasted after being misinformed on the terms of my trade in/down payment. It would help customers greatly if the managers, sales, and finance team had better communication amongst each other. No one likes spending the entire day shopping for car insurance and test driving vehicles only to leave empty handed, at no fault of their own.

Each of the 2 times they fixed problems for me that I've had for months in less than a hr with no hassle from my warranty. My Car wouldn't start when turning the key but all my lights,chimes and radio worked; I took it to a friend's mechanical shop and he tried to jump start it, he couldn't do that and informed that it was a electrical problem; And that it was either my neutral safety switch and connector or my ECM; So I brought it to 1# Cochran in Monroeville; they had my car for over week; then after a week they finally told it was my ECM; I spoke with the service receptionist at the counter Ron, and he explained to me that it was going to cost $1200 for parts and labor; he said the ECM would alone cost $526; so explained to him that I didn't have that kind of money for all the services; so I brought them a new ECM up to the mechanic shop myself; after bringing them the part, the Service receptionist at the counter Ron, called me 2 days later and said they installed the ECM I brought them, but the car still wasn't working; Ron said they had to go inside my dash and find the wire that was causing the disconnect; 3 days later he called and told me the car was ready; I told the service receptionist Ron I'd be up to pick it up that day and I asked can have my old ECM to get trade in for the part; My final total ended up being $964.00; when I drove off the lot my car was losing power my radio didn't work and the car wouldn't go up a small hill; I had to pull the car over to the side of the road on the highway and luckly I was with a friend of mine who's a mechanic and when we opened hood we saw that they never reconnected the air hose to the car and that was the reason it was losing power; the car was again running differently from what it normally does; I then call number 1 Cochran in Monroeville and explained what was going on to the service reception Ron; and also that the radio didn't work; I told Ron I would bring the Buick back in and for them to please check the fuses and go over their work; I then went to trade my old ECM and it turn out it was the same ECM that I purchased previous; and only reason I found out is because the receptionist scanned the ECM and the serial number came up; the next day I voiced my concerns to the service receptionist Ron ; he then tells me that he isn't the one that work on the car so I asked to speak with the technician that did his name ended up being Jeff; I told Jeff the issues I was having with the radio and the air hose; Jeff said to me that he never touched the radio or any of the wires pertaining to the radio; I replied to him Ron told me that you had to go inside the dash in order to get the car running Jeff then contradicts Ron story and tells me he never had to do that and he did what he was asked and got the car running; So I paid $964.00 and still don't know was done to my car; I will never again in life go to 1# Cochran in Monroeville it was the worst experience I've ever had at a mechanical shop I feel Hoodwinked and Bamboozled.

Bought several vehicles from Cochran of Monroeville, never even looked at another dealership. That ended yesterday. The salesman was great (we had him on one of our purchases). The financial man, not so good. He was not willing to work with us and had a little bit of an attitude (so did I at this point) he dismissed us and told us to have a good day!! After that we went to another dealership and bought a vehicle. No hard feelings but they lost a VERY loyal customer and they are hard to come by.

Deal with Tim Wills and we have a pretty good salesman customer relationship. He had to get the color of vehicle we wanted. Went to another dealer brought it in for me we made the deal and am happy with my new vehicle. The finance department with James Tompkins was just as good! In and out with no problems. I would recommend #1Cochran to anyone that asks me. Another reason I come back because when I have service appointment's I'm taken care of in a timely manner. All in All a great experience.

Normally my experience is great at Cochran GMC Monroeville. However, this past weekend made my stomach turn. On September 30th I scheduled an appointment for Saturday October 5th for my car to be inspected. I drove 4 hours from Maryland because I was taking care of my sister due to a recent surgery. When I arrived at Cochran I was told (I think his name was Mike) that my appointment couldn't be found. After I showed the confirmation email I received he said they closed at 3 and he wouldn't be able to inspect my car. He offered an appointment for Monday but I had to hurry and get back to Maryland to care for my sister. So he said leave the car here and we'll get it in. I called and uber and paid $20!!! to get to my dad's house to wait. An hour later he called to tell me that he couldn't work on my car. I told him that I just paid $20 for an uber and why didn't he tell me that before I left. He apologized but that doesn't cover my $20, time, gas and panic. I advised him just to leave my keys in the car unlocked with the window cracked. When I arrived the window was all the way down. Frantic I began to call various companies in the area and thankfully Mr. Tire on Mosside Blvd was able to fit me in.

We bought a certified used car from them a month ago and the check engine light has already come on. I would not recommend buying from them because they will not do anything about the check engine light even though we’ve only had it one month. Also the sales person told us to give him a five star review or don’t review him at all. This seems extremely unprofessional.

I know I am late writing this review but better late than never. A few months ago we leased a brand new 2014 GMC Sierra just off the lot. We called ahead and let them know when we were coming, which really helped us in saving time. This is the 3rd time we have leased from #1Cochran. We've never had a bad experience with them. The salesman Vince Palmieri was very helpful and informative. We informed Vince of what we were looking for and he was able to show us what they had on their lot and features associated. I feel very confident in recommending your establishment to my friends and family due to our positive experience that we had with Vince.

I bought a 2014 GMC Acadia on sept 16,2018. The car had cheese curls under the back seat and junk in the glove box. My first clue that Rocco the Salesman was garbage! He laughed and said well you get free snacks. Yeah not amused. The car had a dent on the front panel and only one key. I asked to look at a different one and he had Michael the sales manager come over and he said we will fix the fender and get you a second key. He said they only do keys on Thursday and I said I work and wouldn’t be able to be there till 530. They both said don’t worry about it, we can get it done. We were smart and had them put in writing what they promised. One week later they take my car for 9 days to fix the dent and supposedly properly clean it and get a key. Well when I pick it up guess no key or cleaning. Rocco was obnoxious and made a rude remark that I have four kids I won’t notice the mess and then said he would have the key guy call me and set something up personally. Well I never heard from anyone again! I made numerous calls and emails to Rocco and Michael for 5 weeks and neither answered any of them!! I finally called the customer service number and when she tried to call over to speak to them they were both conviently busy. She put me in touch with Mary at the front and I explained what was going on. She contacted the key man and I was able to go down and he met me and did the key and fob in 10 minutes. While waiting I asked Mary to call Michael who I could see in his office. She told him I was trying to speak to him and guess what? He told her to say he was with someone! I was staring right at him at his desk!!! Rocco was also there and was walking across the room looked right at me and did a 360 and didn’t come back from the corner he went around!!! I also asked the key man if he was ever asked to contact me and he said no. They say call with any problems but really don’t care! They are all about the money. 24, 000 car bought and that’s the customer service they give. Never again! Jennifer and Frank Ace

Bought a used truck here a couple months ago. The salesman was so concerned on making the sale, that he never asked me for the proper insurance card and said I could handle that after I bought the truck. Needless to say that's not the case. He told me I had to get my insurance card back dated and fax it back to him. The insurance company wouldnt do that. Now its causing problems with my loan and having to jump through unnecessary hoops to figure out what the salesman should have figured out that day of the sale.

The blower for the defrosted/heated quit working on my GMC Terrain. I was told it needed a diagnostic test for $120. Guess what? The car needed a new blower motor. Rocket science. I get a price quote of $607 to install a new one. My service advisor tells me the part alone is over $400. The part can be purchased online anywhere from $42-100. Easy to change the motor. I know everyone is trying to make a dollar. However, I view this as robbery. I have had nothing but trouble with this car, including a rebuilt engine. Haven't found a dealership yet that I trust. Kenny Ross and Bowser are just as bad. For regular repairs I will continue to my local garage. Recalls only to dealership, and those come on a regular basis.
