Not pleased with the service I received yesterday & today. The only bright spot was my technician who worked diligently to get a hold of my warranty company. It is next to impossible to get a call transferred to service (as I was transferred 7 different times today) Also a person who was ahead of me was offered a loaner vehicle. I was told I have to wait for enterprise. Walked to the enterprise that they have on site & no one was there. Long story short had to walk to Monroeville mall in the rain to catch a bus to get home.

Bryan worked hard to get my car repaired. Since the issue was intermittent, that made it more difficult. Several attempts were required to figure out what was needed, but he and his team worked it out and my car is performing great again.

lies,lies nothing but lies from this place. Tried to lease a vehicle promised a certain price for the lease and was nowhere near what they said. I then asked Art the salesman I was dealing with about a used car he said that he would get back to me. Never heard from him again. I was preapproved by GM Financial so a sale would have been guaranteed. I went to another dealership and drove out with a used car with a warranty. I will never go back there for anything.

I was in contact with #1 Cochran for a week , had an appointment schedule to make a purchase, and when I arrived to test drive the car I planned to purchase they had sold it out from under me and did not contact me to let me know. I drove 2 hours down! I will no longer do business with #1 Cochran.
The sad thing is that I had great service the with my first purchase and this has now put a bad taste in my mouth! I get first come first serve, a sale is a sale, but when you schedule an appointment to purchase a vehicle all sales staff should be aware.
Secondly once they new I was upset they decided they were done assisting me.
Very disappointed. do not schedule appointments they will bale on you. They only care about getting the sale not about the customers!!!!!

My husband and I went to Number One Cochran last weekend (April 23, 2016) as our first stop car shopping. It was a terrible experience. We went in and the guy at the front desk finally looked up after five minutes and asked us if we needed help. When we said yes, he called a salesman who was seated at the back. The salesman stood up, looked straight at us, adjusted his pants under his round belly...and walked away. We were left standing there completely ignored. Finally, after another few minutes, another salesman finally came to help us. Our experience soured us on number one cochran. As a business, you should treat all potential customers with respect. As we are a young African-American couple, the salesman underestimated our seriousness as customers, prejudging us without cause. Little did he know we had financing in place, cash to spend, excellent jobs and credit, and our eyes on a certain vehicle. You just lost customers permanently and earned yourself a negative reputation. We will be sure to tell all our friends about our experience at Number One Cochran.

Tim Wills did a slam dunk of getting me the vehicle I needed and closed the deal in 1 hour. Brought my Yukon in for routine oil change and was in and out of there in 30 min. What a great salesman and great customer service.

December 2015: Vince Palmieri was great and I'm glad that we have a solid customer relationship with him. I feel I can trust him to be open and honest as well as direct us to not only an affordable car but something useful and enjoyable as well. The car buying experience is positive and not at all stressful as it has been with competitors.
