I still love my Volkswagen. Although I feel it's old now, she's lived a great life. Thanks to Alfonso I replaced that Beetle last year and I love my new Jetta. It took a very long time... but Alfonso and the entire team were all so kind. Even when Alfonso answers the phone in the middle of a conversation, he somehow manages to me feel valued. Thanks to everyone and a special kudos to Alfonso and his amazing work ethic.

Lindsey competently performed the necessary transmission work, but they charged me $50 for miscellaneous fees. When pressed for details, the service desk responded with that covers the purchase of small items (nuts, washers, some administrative costs, etc.), yet I was also charged $9.46 for a sealant ring, and $3.48 for one washer.
They must have also done something to my car's radio and clock settings, but when we emailed them about it, they have yet to respond. much less fix it. We will only return if we absolutely must.

If you’re not buying a car from Marcus Dos Santos, you’re missing out. My wife and I had been in the hunt for the perfect Atlas for about 5 months. This hunt brought us to 7 VW dealerships in the DMV area before we found Lindsay VW.
From our first phone call, Marcus was a straight shooter and did everything he could do to get us in our new car. I have never dealt with a more transparent, kind and knowledgeable salesperson in my life.
We loved the car so much that we came back to buy it 48 hours after first sitting in it and Marcus came in on his day off and stayed passed closing hours to make sure we were all set. Once we signed for the vehicle, he walked outside with us and said “my job starts here, anything you need you can call me and I’ll do it for you.” That’s the kind of attitude that makes clients come back.
We have only had our new car for 2 days but we are already excited to buy another car from Marcus and the Lindsay team.

What a wonderful experience finding my VW Convertible Beetle was at Lindsay Volkswagen. My sisters and I drove 6 hours from Southern WV to find my car. I was lucky enough to have Bob Derby answer my call. What an awesome salesman and gentleman he is. He and everyone there made the trip and buying experience so enjoyable. I can’t say enough about how Bob listened to me about what I wanted, pulled up several cars on the screen abs found my perfect car. Highly recommend them even if you have to drive 6 or more hours. ❤️????????????

Lindsay VW Dulles has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!!! Carlos Fuentes, Erik, William and the Technicians (sorry I don't have all the names) that took care of my crazy car did EVERYTHING to fix and take care of me because I'm a first responder and I need it a car wild my was getting fixed. They look for safety options and they give 500% effort on the job. I recommend this AMAZING TEAM and they should get a BONUS+!!! I'm really grateful for the detailed attention, Thank You!!!

I requested fuel door replacement under warranty. They rook my car in for an entire week for diagnosis and replacement. Called a week later said the part is still in transit and told me to take my car back until it arrives. Refused to give me loaner for the week they took my car. Its been a week since i took my car and still no communication. Two weeks wasted with no proactive communication and cannot get an answer when I call.
Also it takes more than three hours for dealer services to fax over a payoff quote and i am still waiting on it

Will never buy a volkswagen nor recommend to anyone ever again.

I was coming out of a three year lease with my previous Volkswagen and I was unsure of what my next car should be. I came to Lindsay at first for the convenience of it being next to my place of work. I then stayed with Lindsay because I was treated with only respect. My sales consultant, Marcus, was amazing from the beginning. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately answered. I wasn't sure which car I wanted and he gave me many options to choose from without forcing me to pick something that was in the dealership's best interest. I left with an Atlas Cross Sport yesterday afternoon and I've had a permanent smile on my face ever since. I want to say one more time-- ask for Marcus when you're ready for you next vehicle!

We had some issues with the first car we were trying to purchase that led to a disappointing experience at first, however the team at Lindsay was able to turn our disappointment around 180 degrees. Mark, the sales manager provided an excellent customer service and was able to make us forget about the issues we had with the first car. He went above and beyond to show that he truly cared about my family’s buying experience! I’ve bought several new cars from different brands and dealerships and I have to say not one of those other dealerships comes close to the way the team at Lindsay VW handled our purchase. Our sales man, Jose, and our finance person, Sean, were also extremely accommodating and provided us with great customer service. We definitely left happy and will be recommending Lindsay to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Wow! Buying a car has never been so simple. I just wrapped up purchasing an Atlas from Lindsay Volkswagen and want to share my experience. To start, I browsed a massive inventory (100+) of Atlas vehicles available and narrowed my search to a handful that I wanted to see. From there, I submitted my contact info and within minutes, Debbie G. connected with me to learn more. I was multi-tasking at the time and she was more than willing to text with me to get only the necessary info so that she could set me up with a visit. Within the afternoon, Debbie had gathered pricing, incentives, availability, and some thoughts on how to best approach my trade-in! I decided to visit the next day and Debbie was prepped and ready to go with the keys for each of the vehicles I wanted to see. Having done my research ahead of time, I knew the Atlas was the right vehicle for us - after deciding on the white R-Line, Debbie quickly put the process in motion. While I waited for the vehicle and paperwork to be prepped, Debbie introduced me to the General Manager (Jerry, great guy!) and many others in the Sales and Service staff. After ~30 minutes of intros and light discussion, the paperwork was ready for me to sign. The Finance Manager walked me through each of my options but didn't push back at all when I declined to add additional products/services. My terms took 10 minutes to complete and I was ushered down to the Service Bay for a walk-through and demo of my new Atlas with Debbie. After 15 minutes getting setup in the car, I was driving away in my beautiful new White R-line Atlas. Like I said... buying a car has never been so simple. Thank you so much Debbie, Jerry, and everyone at Lindsay Volkswagen for making this such a great experience!

Their actions when the car I originally set out for didn't pan out made me feel comfortable in knowing I was getting the best treatment a dealership had to offer. I leased 2 cars, a Passat and Tiguan from Raj Mishra and I will say the experience was close to perfect. When I say Raj hustles, I literally mean hustles. He was sprinting around the dealership getting us keys for test drives and helping another customer at the same time. If you want someone to listen to your needs and work with you Raj is the man.

At first I thought everything was great and my deal was the best, but after a few weeks and having second and third opinions from reliable sources I found out my deal was completely upside down and I was taken full advantage of since a single young female and not really having a clue on what I was doing.
After multiple times of trying to get everything resolved I was offered zero help and only pushed to get into a more expensive vehicle with higher payments. I have been getting the run around and sent through the ringer.
Never again will I deal with Lindsay.

I had a great experience with Bob Derby here. I took my time researching local dealerships' certified preowned inventory and comparing to the expected valuations from KBB and Edmunds. Lindsay had the biggest inventory and the fairest prices by far. I called them up, told Bob which models I was interested in, and showed up first thing the following day. He'd already pulled them out and had them ready for a test drive. I talked over my options with him and was in and out with a car in three hours. No pressure, didn't feel like I was getting worked, definitely no 'used car salesman' vibe. If you want to walk in and buy a car without hassle, this dealership is the place to do it.

Poor customer service! They treat you like royalty when they went to get the sale, then the bad service begins. This dealership and the rest of VW dealers do not care about their customers. Lindsey VW sold me an extended care coverage and have ambiguous information that is NOT provided in the contract and will not honor it despite my car having the mileage to qualify for the 40k mile service. I will NEVER purchase another VW again as customer service and the quality of service has been abysmal across the board.
