She navigated me through the online ordering process of the ID4. Providing me with additional information for VW CarNet and texted me directions for setting up my Electrify America account. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience.

This was definitely a one off situation. I bought a 2020 Arteon SEL R Line in December 2020 only to end up not liking the car. Lindsay's staff was very helpful in getting me out of the 2020 Arteon and into a 2020 Atlas's Cross Sport SEL Premium with minimal negative equity added onto my loan. My wife have been looking to get a Beetle convertible for the past 4 months. We contacted dealers after dealer only to find out that they only like to play games and sell your car before you arrive there. My wife some how noticed that Lindsay Volkswagen has quite a few Beetles on their website. We called Lindsay Volkswagen to find out if the Beetle we liked was available. We were transferred to Raj Mishra. When we told Raj that we are not local but want to purchase the Beetle, Raj said -"Sure, I can get this accomplished for you, I have helped quite few clients from out of state in the past" Given our past experience with dealers, we were like wow! is this guy real? Can he really help us with our purchase? Raj went on to explain the process of purchasing the car remotely. Within minutes Raj was able to provide us the exact cost of the car including our taxes and fees. We were super surprised to know that Raj does not charge for sending the paperwork to us via FedEx. The best part was when Raj said- "by the way you do not have to go to your local motor vehicle department to get your license plates for the Beetle. We are excited to pick our Beetle soon. Great experience - We will love to refer our friends to Raj.

First off I’m from out of town and chose this dealership based on a referral. Debbie Gonzalez was the sales person I worked with. She was better than great!!! She was so accommodating. I have a busy work schedule so I wasn’t able to go up and take delivery of my new car for a few days. That wasn’t a problem for them. Debbie told me that she would do her best to have me in and out of the dealership within an hour. I arrived and they sent me on a test drive. I loved the car as I knew I would. It was of the best quality. The finance manager was ready for me a couple minutes after I returned from my test drive. That was easy because another Finance manager has gone over the paperwork with me over the phone. After that, I was all set to go. I’m this experience was the best one I have ever had and I have bought over 30 vehicles!!!! This dealership is highly recommended!!!!

This dealership has lots of 5 star reviews, so I’ll keep mine brief. Needed to replace my 2018 Atlas since the lease was up. Wanted payments to be about the same, so I emailed around and Lindsay gave me the best deal on a 21 Atlas R-Line. I did everything online, found the car, reviewed the car, negotiated the price, and left a deposit. The day I picked it up, I signed all the paperwork and was on my way. John M. from Sales was fantastic and Joshua the sales manager was great too. Enjoyed the experience, very transparent, and easy.
I’ll be back in 3 years, hopefully the online buying is even better!!

I found my salesman, John Mule, to be very professional, informative and patient. He took his time and didn't try to push a particular vehicle on me and out the door. Buying a car at Lindsay Volkswagon was such a smooth and easy experience. I’ve purchased a number of cars in my life, but admittedly none during a pandemic. I worked with Al Singh as my salesperson who was amazingly responsive and attentive as we corresponded online, through email and via text. I wanted to limit my time at the dealership as much as possible and we were able to work out all the details and settle on the price remotely. Even when I didn’t realize that the model I saw online wasn’t the shade of gray than I wanted, Al was able to secure me the color and trim I wanted from elsewhere. 5 stars all around and will definitely be a return customer when we’re ready for the next one.

We went in to Lindsay VW just to peruse and test drive an Atlas. I had previously found some online that I liked and Dimitrije immediately sent me some options and pricing. When we came in he greeted us warmly and knew exactly where the cars were in the lot. After going over our options and what works best for our budget, we walked out with a brand new 2021 Atlas SEL AND they bought our GMC Acadia with no issues. It was easy and we love our new car! I had the best car buying experience here at Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles, I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by the general manager who was extremely nice and helpful. He introduced us to Thomas (TW) Whiley who helped me with the process of purchasing my brand new 2021 Atlas. I previously had an Acura RDX and had a terrible experience while purchasing the vehicle and with the vehicle itself. I had it less than a year and was pretty upside down. TW helped me and stayed MANY hours after they closed to get me what I wanted and could afford. Overall it was a great experience and I love my vehicle and would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and by Thomas Whiley!

After months of searching on the internet for a Tacoma, my search led me to Lindsay Volkswagen. I googled the dealership and was impressed with the reviews and satisfied that it was a reputable business. Being the first time buying a vehicle from a distance (1000 miles) I was apprehensive. From the first time I talked with Bob Derby at Lindsay I felt comfortable. He was very professional, personable and direct. He walked me through the entire process and made the the whole transaction easy and seamless. From the first phone call, and being nervous there were many, Bob was great. Obviously very experienced, Bob put me at ease and explained the entire process and basically walked me through from start to finish. I called and texted him countless times with questions and doubts about the long distance transaction and without pressuring me in any way, he worked with me to quickly close the deal. He was accessible to me even after hours and was on point on every detail. He was respectful and nice and did exactly what he said he would exactly when he said he would do it. He gave me some options on shipping, which worked out perfectly as well. The sales managers, I had to deal with two different ones as I dragged this out over a couple days, were also very polite and professional. 5 stars for Lindsay Volkswagen, you can’t go wrong. DEFINITELY make sure you ask for Bob Derby! As I told him, if Bob ever makes it to New Orleans, I have a steak topped with crabmeat waiting for him at my restaurant!

Carlos was fantastic. Hertz (The company lindsay uses) rental was bad. Lady wasn't wearing mask properly, sparse information, didn't do walk around with car, vehicle smelled of smoke, and car wasn't wiped down.
I'd suggest if you're doing a rental, go somewhere else or demand a loaner.

Bob Derby was our salesman and he was great. We had a bad experience at another dealership when we bought our first car years ago, so this was a refreshing experience. Bob is very knowledgeable about everything VW. He’s been doing this since the late 1980’s. He is not pushy, he’s patient and just presents the facts and allows the customer to make an informed decision. When we picked up our new 2021 Atlas, he sat with me for 30 minutes in the car going over all the cool features and how to access them. He has been available since driving off the lot for any and all questions. If you are looking to go into Lindsay VW, ask for Bob Derby. You won’t be disappointed.

My son and I worked directly with Mr. Bradford Burke to purchase his car and taking on his first car loan.
In my initial phone call with Mr. Burke, I explained the situation and that the budget we had was not be exceeded. Mr. Burke understood and did NOT push to increase the budget. He confidently, professionally, and kindly showed us Volkswagens within the budget. Mr. Burke was extremely respectful of the limitations and expectations I set.
I, too, may be looking for a new car in the near future and will definitely go back to see Mr. Burke.

We live about an hour away, but any time that we've tried to go to other dealerships that are closer, we always end up back at Lindsay. They have superior customer service. We had a fantastic experience at Lindsay this weekend. We found a great used VW Atlas that fit our budget, which we did not think was possible. I came looking forward to buying a used car (for which they have many) and ended up leaving with a brand new car with excellent warranties. Lindsay VW was offering 0% interest on newer vehicles. My salesman, Raj, was able to help me choose the perfect NEW vehicle. It came out to the same price the used one would have been (interest included). Could not have asked for a better salesman. Lindsay VW provided a great experience during the recent purchase of a CPO Jetta Sportwagen! Bob Darby was my salesperson thru the entire process and answered all my questions. It's nice to see Alfonso there still after all these years-we always say hello. He's earned our business twice and my wife and I are not easy to please when spending so much money. Do yourself a favor and go see Alfonso Monteverde, by far the most friendly and easy going dealer I’ve ever met. **He even went so far as to drive me home from Sterling to Winchester when my car wasn’t quite ready yet** Now if that isn’t AMAZING customer service I don’t know what is! Went in to look at a used TDI and ended up purchasing a much newer, much nicer GTI that I couldn't be happier with. Steven Kappler was unobtrusive and extremely helpful through all my questions, pondering, testing and general decision making. When we came back the next evening after work, it was late and our kids were starving, so Steven and Sean Cho bought them pizza and helped them through our car buying experience. I would highly recommend these guys and will not hesitate to return to their dealership the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

The sale process was great and I'm really happy with our purchase. Unfortunately the next day when I returned with my wife to finish the purchase and have a salesperson go over the vehicle with my wife and all the options it has we were very disappointed as she didn't know a lot about the vehicle. We had to research everything it has and learn about it in our own. We're pretty sure there are things that we still don't know about it.

My first vehicle purchase was from this dealership, and it was a great experience. Although there were delays before I actually received the car, Marcus let me get a loaner, and the dealership is reimbursing me for the lunch and movie I went and saw while waiting for my car to get Certified and Serviced. As an atonement for the delays, they also put a new set of tires on the car! Josh kept me good company on the test drive, and the vehicle was spotless when I left. We live some distance away and Marcus did a great job managing the process for us from end to end. Got what we think is a very fair price for the vehicle, took care of financing over the phone with a pleasant and capable woman (can't remember her name, unfortunately. After everything was ironed out and agreed we drove to Sterling VW, inspected the car, took a test drive, signed the paperwork and were out in less than an hour.
