We drove three hours yesterday to Kernersville CDJR because of their large inventory. We purchased a 2021 Ram 3500 Limited cab/chassis. Jack Maxson was our salesman and he was great! He was patient and accommodating each time we asked to see four different trucks. He allowed us to drive the trucks and gave us the privacy to make the decision without pressure. It was a big decision for us and we wanted to be sure we chose the right vehicle. I reached out trying to buy a Ram 1500 and my experience was horrible. I allowed them to run my credit to show them that I was serious about buying a truck. After they ran my credit, I was told that my credit was good and that I qualify for the the 0% offer they got going on at the time. I assume that because I qualify for the 0% nobody follow up with the sale. I tried to reach out again to a different salesman and I was completely ignore since I never got an answer back. Weeks after they sold the vehicle I wanted, Mrs. Jones had the nerve to reach out and asked me if I was still in the market for a truck. Not only I wasted my time, I was ignore and not taken serious by more than one person at the dealership. The fact that they ran my credit, it cost me over 20 points on my credit score. I am very disappointed, I didn't get the truck I was looking for but also they mess up my credit score for no reason. If I knew they do business like that I would never let them run my credit.

Did a whole lot of research on the challenger that was getting purchased along with a trade in. Was greeting quickly by Charlie and he was awesome! They couldn't work out what myself and multiple other people thought to be a reasonable trade in price. They kept saying the motor work makes it really hard to sell. Offered 3 grand under payoff which we ended up agreeing on sadly. Came up to look an anniversary edition challenger. Figured a special edition would be sitting underneath the breezeway along with the hellcats but It was left out in the elements and had snow and a reasonable layer of ice on it. Once the deal was agreed on, everything went smoothly just took a little time bouncing back and forth getting information. Left with everything pretty much handled and a full tank of gas and was quickly cleaned off.
Left the dealership and was scrolling the menus and found that at one point in a test drive the car went 100+ when it was still in a break in period which is a little upsetting but not awful as it will get driven when the time comes.

Overall would be more like a 3.5 to a 4 from the snow on the car, the car wash, and the disappointing trade in value. Everything else was within reason or better.

My wife and I drove 4.5 hours to purchase our Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn. We started the process with Cheyenne. I stayed in communication with her as we traveled. When we arrived the additional selections were already on the truck and ready for a test drive. We were introduced to Mac who completed the transaction. He was very attentive, respectful, and assisted in continuing to make this a seamless transaction. This is the first Ram/Dodge vehicle that we have owned but based upon the level of professionalism that this dealership provided it will not be our last. In fact we have already told several friends and clients to reach out to our sales team.

Just bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn from this dealership last weekend and my experience with them went great! I was first connected with Daniel Pardon through the internet and he went over and beyond to answer all my questions about the Ram 1500 and he had it ready for a test drive before I even stepped foot on the lot. Once I arrived, Thomas Anderson was my sales associate and he was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable about the truck I was buying and he created a very relaxed atmosphere during the process (something you don’t get at a lot of dealerships). Overall, the entire experience went great and I will definitely be referring friends here!

I will start with saying that I've never had a very positive experience at a dealership. From the moment we pulled into Kernersville Dodge that changed. We were not rushed by salesmen. We already had found a truck online and had time to look over it in detail before making our way back to the building. That's where we met Lee Smith. We cannot say enough about this guy. He was very knowledgeable and his outgoing personality made the whole experience great! He helped us every step of the way and took care of every want and need we had. We then met Edward Petrovitch in the finance department and the amazing experience continued. He laid out everything for us and ensured we knew all the details before signing anything. Even after signing all the paperwork and officially owning our new truck, that didn't stop. Lee wanted to know what else he could do for us to ensure we continued to have that great experience. They made us feel like family through the entire process! By far the best and if you do end up on this lot ASK FOR LEE from the beginning. You will not be disappointed! We will be back!

We went to the service department for a power steering fluid leak. Was never fixed! After the third of fourth visit the technician said he couldn’t find a leak, and two managers said they couldn’t find the leak. We finally had them put their finger under the hose to show then that there was power steering fluid on the hose where it was leaking. They kept it all day....didn’t called to tell me if it was ready or not. When I called them near 5 o’clock they told me that they needed to keep it another day(we had an appointment and left it at 9 a.m.)and they we’re about to call me! Twice when we picked it up they had not refilled the power steering fluid in the reservoir and they gave us a bottle and told us to add to it.I do not trust this service department. I guess we are out of the money and time that we used for them to fix this! We will not be back. We do not recommend service here!

Buying may be “easy, easy, easy” like the dude on TV says, but getting a refund on a warranty is not. Still waiting on my refund for extended warranty I purchased on my truck. Traded the truck in January. I personally came down and filled out paperwork after trying to call multiple times and leaving multiple voicemails. No response. That was in January. In March I called the warranty company to find out if they’d received paperwork. They had not. Spoke with a gentleman who was going call the warranty company “and call me back in 15 minutes” that was over a week ago. Company says the warranty has been cancelled but they still don’t have the paperwork to issue a refund. The dealership’s incompetence is costing me additional time, aggravation, and money that I am owed.
Will never buy from this dealership again. I advise all my friends that are interested in any Chrysler product to shift their business to another dealership.

Quickest and Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Picked out a vehicle online. When we arrived at the lot they had it pulled out and ready to go. Was able to look over the vehicle alone without someone standing over us. Had a vehicle to trade in, they looked over it and gave us a great offer. Began the buying process with Nico who was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions and was transparent. We moved at my pace, didn't feel rushed or pressured. The finance guy was nice and didn't waste time trying to push us to buy stuff that we weren't interested in, such a relief. I've always used another dealership so I was super nervous about going to a new one but I was very impressed and will most definitely be going back when it's time to upgrade. Went to Frankie Peralta to get the buying process started because my daughter had already test drove and feel in love with the truck the day before. From the start it was a job for Frankie as he went for the keys and couldn't find them. So my daughter started walking the lot looking for the truck. We found the truck and what a relief. Came in a little over a week ago after scheduling an appointment with Paul and had the pleasure of working with Thomas. He made my experience very smooth and being a first time buyer that was not what I was expecting. I was quoted a price of $49,532 for a Jeep Summit 2020, with $9500 trade in for my Jeep Overland. I paid the $500 deposit and drove the 68 miles to trade in and pick up. I got there and was told the internet hadn’t updated their prices for the first of the month...it’s May 4th!?, and that’s not my problem!? I was quoted a price and paid my deposit!? The sales manager would not stand by my deposit/quite!? I walked. I highly recommend not to trust this dealership. They do not stand by what they quote to their so-called customers.

I was very impressed with the dealership! I first spoke on the phone to Annabelle who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I purchased this used vehicle from out of state so I had to fly in, they were willing to pick me up from the airport and when I got to the dealership Bobby took over and took me out to the vehicle and we did a thorough walk through and then I test drove it before we ever talked about payment, Bobby is the man in charge around there so it seems, he was juggling multiple customers, other employees were coming to him with questions but I never felt neglected or put on the back burner. While I was sitting waiting for the finance officer other sales guys were walking past and every one engaged me, some I even had conversations with witch was nice!
My new (new to me) truck was detailed and ready to go and I’d say I was in and out test drive included in just over an hour....
