As we drove into the parking lot all the salesmen were standing together neat to the building. Out of al the salesman standing there I only saw two employees wearing masks. The rest either didn’t have on a mask at all or had them under their chin. As the salesman showed us the vehicle He said someone else had test driven it earlier. I asked if the vehicle had been wiped down since the last person test drove it he said it’s been hrs since the other person drove it and walked away. So according to this person vehicles at this dealership are not being wiped down after being shown or test driven. The vehicle wasn’t clean on the outside nor was it clean on the inside. You would think they would take more pride in their inventory. With COVID ramped you would think the management would require their employees to follow safety guidelines. Will never buy from this dealership.

My husband and I went to Kernersville Chrysler Dodge to look for a new truck, we had a truck we liked and just wanted one with a bigger back seat area. We ended up with a truck we never imagined we would have. I’d like to thank J.R. Norman for working so hard to get us in it. Bought a 2014 ram from them a couple months ago, couldn't believe they would let a vehicle be sold that has 8 open safety recalls. It isn't law they have to fix recalls but that tells me they don't care about the product or business once it's off the lot. But it gets better, the transmission was leaking and when I found out the trans was a gallon low on fluid. Luckilyit's still running and driving. Not to mention it takes over a week to get ahold of anyone when I had a question after the purchase.

Contacted online as an out of state buyer, immediately was given real responses and information by Erick who actually read my inquiry rather than just hitting paste on the standard when can you come in reply and done.
Within a few emails had a price worth making the 700+ mile trip and even more surprisingly a trade quote worth the risk.
They held to their quotes with 0 issues whatsoever and I was on my way home in well under 2 hours.

Found a vehicle on line called in for information. Spoke to Hayleigh about equipment on vehicle. Was able to negotiate over phone and emails. It was easy stress free negotiations. Flew in to airport they picked us up. All paper work and terms where exactly as I was told over phone. Was able to buy a 2021 Ram 2500 Laramie for less than 2020 models I found locally.

Best experience at a dealer ship. I came to look at a truck to by around 7:40 and they close at 8. But even tho they where closing up Rickey helped me out. Came back 2 days later and asked for the same guy and they sold the truck I was gonna get but he still help me fine something I like and could afford. Anytime you go there ask for Rickey he’s one of the best 10/10 would recommend going here. Plus they have a lot more options then most

From the moment I bought my Jeep to having it serviced, these folks are friendly, personable and reliable every time I interact with them. They send coupons to a personal portal for me and have eliminated the undesire to have my vehicle serviced at a dealership due to fear of high costs. They have kid friendly zones in different areas of the building. Clean and well maintained spaces.
