When I started looking for a new Ram 2500, I figured I’d get the best deal at a high volume dealer. I was wrong! The salesperson (Hayleigh) I was working with had no clue how to sell a vehicle period. I’d be surprised if she even presented my offers to the sales manager. I actually don’t even think she responded to my last email offer. Kernersville needs to better train their sale staff, I remember speaking with a lady there last year that had no clue either about any of their stock and how to read window stickers. That’s another story. I understand the current market and realize dealers can’t offer as good of discounts as previous times. So I didn’t not go into this with unrealistic expectations. I ended up purchasing a 2021 Ram 2500 diesel from Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, an establishment that knows how to make sales! Picture of my ram from Spartanburg!

JR at Kernersville dodge is top notch. Great salesman and not a pusher, let us walk around the vehicle and decide on what we wanted to do and never did what I call “the salesman talk” just knocks your head off trying to get you to buy the vehicle. Not this guy! Worked with us on everything and gave us the best deal he could pull! Amazing service. 10/10

Wanted to thank Annabelle Vazquez for making purchasing a Ram 1500 a great experience. Annabelle worked hard to answer all of my questions and to have all my paperwork ready when I arrived at the dealership. On our arrival we were met by Tom Anderson who did a great job walking us trough the final process of purchasing our new Ram. David Maxson helped us with our financing, he was very informative and forthcoming. Tyler walked us out and answered all our questions on our new Ram. I was starting a Hotshot Trucking company and I needed a Heavy Duty Truck.The choice was between Ford and Ram.Ford played a pricing game and lost my business. Lee Smith nailed it. Dude was down to earth, listened to exactly what we wanted, and got my wife into a really nice truck that clicked all the boxes. Most salesman do the "salesman thing", but Lee was real and honest throughout the entire process. He didn't try to upsell us on a bunch of things we don't need, instead, he did the exact opposite, and got us what we wanted. Would give 10 stars if possible. Great job my friend.

I have shopped for a new Ram 2500 truck at local dealers. Several friends at work had recently used Kernersville to purchase their new truck. Although Kernersville is several hours from my home town, I found it well worth the drive. Dealing with Paul during the purchase process could not have been easier. Not once did I feel the normal stress and pressure I normally experience at most all dealers. Paul helped me with several modifications to the truck through the Route 66 Group. At delivery there was one item that was overlooked but Paul and Nico have been working on scheduling this work to be done. My wife and I will defiantly be using this dealership in the future for our automotive purchases. Thanks Paul!!

Do not go to this dealership expecting to negotiate on price...they will not budge on what they are asking for their vehicle's.
Also, the salesman 'Mack' automatically assumed my truck might be upside down on price, but my truck was paid off....hello. You just lost a buyer who will definitely get the truck that I want and will do so by negotiating on price. I don't care if you drop your price $4k or not, there is still room to negotiate, but I wasn't given that opportunity.

Drove from Durham and bought a 2021 RAM 1500 Limited
Ilana E was my sales consultant and she hustled hard to get the job done, I went through several trucks to find the one I want and she just kept bringing them over for me to check out. Very nice and easy to work with.
After the sale there were some pretty major issues with the truck, the dash and some trim had cosmetic issues and needed to be replaced. Pete P and his service team took great care of me and did an excellent job, been in the automotive field 45 years and I am not impressed easily and very picky, we still have a couple outstanding issues to get fixed but I have confidence that they will get my RAM "perfect" .
For me it's not about having problems it's about how the dealer and manufacturer handle those problems, Kernersville CDJR and RAM are the team to go with.

We bought a 2021 Ram 3500 diesel and the dealership has been incredibly difficult to deal with. We gave them all of our information to register the truck in Florida but they messed up the registration and used our old address in California. The worst part is how quick they were to lie about their mistake. In particular Mary, who sounds very straightforward and honest, just outright lied over and over. They are simply not honest people. Buyer beware. And regardless of what they say in response to this review, you can count on it being dishonest. Because they are liars. And now we have been without valid registration tags since January 4.

Our salesman Thomas was amazing. Was knowledgeable and very no pressure. Our bank took a while to get things worked out and he stayed with us the whole time without complaint. The finance manager I believe Dave was his name was great also very fast process to get us out the door. First time buying a brand new vehicle and was very pleased with the whole process. So after my initial dealings with Kernersville Dodge, I gave them a very poor review. It was well deserved. That being said, they were able to recover and make things right for me. The deal sure took longer than it should have, but the end result made it so I came out whole, and without having to further negotiate the deal with my bank, and other avenues. I will say, this whole mess was the result from one salesman. The guy I ended up dealing with this time around, Charlie, has been great and patient with me. He took care of everything and made sure the truck was right. The General Manager also made sure I was taken care of in the financial department as well. I’ve made many deal at dealers over the years, and the final paperwork is usually a point of interest to them, because that’s where they make some more money. These guys didn’t even pull one game during the signing. Very straight up. Let’s not mistake the fact that they still are a car dealership. However, out of my long experience with many different brands and types of vehicles, Kernersville has been the most honest, and true to the sale out of any of them by far. When it’s time for the 2500, no question at all that I’m coming back here for it.

I was extremely impressed by this dealership. If you go, I highly suggest asking for Bobby Quintero. He was more then we could have asked for in a salesman. He was a HUGE help throughout the process, which ended up being much simpler than I thought. I've been to many car lots in my life, and never seen one ran like this one. If you are looking for a truck, then you absolutely need to go here! And ask for Bobby, he is awesome and knows everything there is to know about trucks. He was very helpful. Absolutely the worst dealership in service .The salesman was the only positive factor in our experience. My fiancé and I drove down to the dealership with a quote given to us from the dealership online . He brought in a 2020 Chevy High Country with less than 10k miles .We brought the print out that was given to us for the appraisal. Just to be told after along wait from the Mgr that the person that did the appraisal online did not do the appraisal correctly and that number was not accurate and they will NOT honor it. We were completely deceived and when questioning the “new” number of the appraisal we were informed that they based their numbers from Virginia prices on vehicles even tho we are making a NC sale. There was no apology no sense of customer service at all. A few weeks after we received an email asking for feedback which we did respond with our experience the dealership has never reach back out . We recommend not wasting your time and money on a dealership lacks integrity and basic customer service.

I have been attempting to purchase a car from this location for over three weeks now.
I have been passed off to several people as if I do not matter along the way, and been given the run around for over a week about a car that will not start that I already placed a down payment on. I have to chase the people I have been in communication with down for every exchange and never get any clear answers on when or even if the car they had available will be driveable.
When I do get someone on the phone, they have acted as though I am a nuisance and been rude to me for wanting to know the status of a vehicle I have already had a credit inquiry over and placed money down on.
I am very surprised at the level of customer service I have received this far, especially when it comes to a purchase as large as a car.

"2021RAM 2500 Power Wagon"
This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Kernersville Dodge and both experiences were about the same. Negotiating the price is always the tough part but I believe I got a fair deal on this truck and what I was expecting out of my trade in. The deal was worked out through phone and email correspondence and my expectations were spend an hour or less once I arrived at the dealership. The two sales reps Zilpha Snow & Nico Rivera that I worked with were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The day I picked the truck up I worked with Nico and he had me out the door in less than an hour. The truck was clean, gassed, and ready to go as soon as the paper work was completed. Overall, the staff made my purchase as simple and easy it could be. The truck is awesome as I new it would be and my experience with the dealership was very positive.

If you are an Out Of State Customer DO NOT BUY HERE, they took almost 3 month to get a tag for my truck, I called my state DMV and they didn't send my paperwork a month and half after I took delivery of my vehicle, both sales person that helped me with the purchase don't answer my phone calls and the worst offender here is the finance manager David Maxon, who will tell you with a straight face and I quote " I'm availiable 24/7 on my cell phone if not send me an email" which he didn't answer neither of them. Will no recommend.
