I recently bought my 2021 4Runner through Toyota of Cedar Park and I am so happy with my purchase as well as the excellent service I received! Through online, Amber assisted me with finding a truck that was in route to CP. Once I was at the dealership, Adrian was a gem and found the car, made sure it had everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. Best Dealership Experience. I’ve been buying new cars every 4-8 years since the early 80s. Toyotas, GMs, BMWs, Subarus, etc. I made online contact with Toyota Cedar Park via Greg Herrera who found me the exact spec Tundra TRD Sport I wanted and came right to the table with a great price. No negotiation was required. He set me up to meet salesman James Guignard at the dealership who offered exactly what Greg did. These guys are honest and straightforward gentlemen. The dealership is big, modern and beautiful. It’s really easy to join lots of other people doing business there without any crowding. Excellent use of social distancing and safety precautions. The day after my truck arrived there I drove it home. Score !!! The purchase day was the most friendly and respectful I’ve ever been through. Very detailed and informative process via James, the finance guy and a delivery specialist. There was no hard upsell pressure. Just full explanations of my options for accessories and/or extended vehicle coverage plans. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Toyota Cedar Park.

By far the best truck buying experience I've had. Trevor Doyle and Mike Ochoa are absolutely great to work with. They were fair, transparent, and patient throughout the entire sales process (2021 Tundra SR5, Trail Edition). Ultimately, it was their level of customer service that made me want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. This is my first Toyota and I get the feeling that it won't be my last. Toyota of Cedar Park has also been doing a great job of ensuring the safety of their customers/visitors by enforcing a mask policy, having plenty of space to keep at least 6ft apart, taking temperatures at the door, and provided hand sanitizer throughout the dealership. 10/10 would recommend Toyota of Cedar Park to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Toyota of Cedar Park is AMAZING! Let me start by saying that we had been car shopping for a week. It was extremely stressful. We had visited several dealerships. It seemed to take a while for anyone to greet us, if they ever did. I can understand some that one day in particular, it was a Saturday. However, we visited Toyota of Cedar Park the following Saturday and we were greeted immediately by Brad. He worked with us through the whole process and made it worth our time. We left with a new car that same day. Brad was also very attentive and communicative. Oh, and I must say, this dealership is HUGE and modern! Do yourself a favor and skip all of the other dealerships and come here. It was definitely my best experience at any dealership ever.

I sold my car quickly and needed a new car the same day. After visiting a few dealerships I landed here and was welcomed in. The whole experience was casual, friendly, and without that looming pressure you can feel at car dealerships. Michael sat and listened to what I was looking for and my budget. He didn’t push me to max that out and I found a car I love under budget with low mileage. The facility is clean and a family friendly space. Plenty of comfortable seating, a cafe, and amenities while you wait. Overall it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I felt heard and they communicated well during the entire process. Highly recommend & will be using them for my car services moving forward. Bonus it is a woman owned facility and can be seen in the small personal touches.

We bought a used Ford Explorer. Victor was the salesman that handled our negotiations. He did a phenomenal job working with us and responding fairly and promptly. His efforts earned our business competing against other dealerships that had similar offers. John handled our transactions once we got to the dealership. He was a great host, very likable, and easy going. The dealership as a whole was a great experience. It’s a newer location, huge selection of new and preowned cars, and it was big facility with lots of accommodations while we waited. The only reason I’m not given it 5/5 stars is because the wait was a long time. We were cash buyers and we still had to wait behind a long line of financing. It was at least 2hrs by the time we got to pay for the car. Overall great experience. I will definitely consider this location with our next car purchase.

We had a wonderful experience with Irina at Cedar Park Toyota! We had stopped at Round Rock location first, and were very disappointed by the customer service as we had bought a car at that location in the past. We are so happy we decided to give the Cedar Park location a try. The facility was clean, well run, and had a very friendly vibe. We were greeted by Irina as we walked up to the front door. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and honed in on exactly what we wanted. She has wonderful customer service skills, and made us feel like a priority. We have bought several cars in our lives, and this was the best experience. She should be training others!!

Cedar Park Toyota makes it a PLEASANT experience to have my car serviced! The professional and kind employees and the spacious, attractive, comfortable waiting area that provides for all one’s needs make it so. I love the text (email?) from the service technician that includes a video and a full report on my vehicle. That gives me time to think about what’s being recommended before I have make a decision. Before you leave, they offer you a CAR WASH! And finally, on my recent visit, I had an excellent experience with my service rep Tim S. THANK YOU for everything!

We were in need of a larger vehicle. Our family increased by 2 and our current vehicles we not large enough for everyone. Our experience with Debbie and Toyota at Cedar Park was great. We did most of the process virtually. The team worked hard to get us in a Sienna van. The finance department worked with us on our financing and they were able to get us in the van for a reasonable monthly payment. We are very grateful for the team that worked hard to get us in a van quickly and virtually.

When I was shopping for my car I had an awesome experience with Trevor B. He is a fantastic salesman, never pressured me just genuinely tried to help me find the perfect car which I am extremely happy with! However, after I bought the car I was no longer treated as a customer. The finance department treated me like an annoyance, kept me waiting for an hour when I had to come back on a Monday after buying my car due to bank issues over the weekend. I had to come back for a 30 second interaction and was left waiting for an hour. Then I was told the payment I had, which I had expressly mentioned to my finance guy Chris L, wouldn’t work. Kept waiting an hour to be kicked out of an office in under a minute when I’m paying tens of thousands of dollars to y’all? It was unacceptable. And then I was asked to come back again even though they could have anticipated this issue it was put entirely on me to solve. After speaking with finance manager Job I was offered a solution so I didn’t have to make the drive back out only for that solution not to work and to have to spend more of my time and money to come back with my own solution. I was also disappointed to see that masks were not being enforced, many other customers were not wearing them in the dealership. It was a very unfortunate experience. I would not recommend this dealership if you are planning on needing to work with the finance department in anyway other than writing them a check and walking away. I assume that the response coming to this is the same on every single review, where I will be asked to call a manager and (based on reviews I’ve read) will be sent to a help desk. I am wondering why so much of the onus is on the customer to make things right and not with the dealership who made things wrong in the first place.

It was a great experience. I was helped by Chris and even drove an hour to pick me up. The building was amazing with a coffee shop and a place for kids to play. I was only there for a little over an hour and got a great car from a bunch of super friendly people. This is the place to go if you are interested in getting a vehicle.

This is the first time I have taken a vehicle to a Toyota dealer for a service. Megan made the experience easy and painless. Communication was good thru the say. I received texts on the results of the inspection and quotes for work to be performed. Any queries I had were replied within ten minutes. Vehicle was ready the same day and was handed over spotlessly clean. Good, efficient, polite and professional service.

The dealership runs a very efficient post sales and service operation. Check-in was quick, less than 90 minute wait time for service and during this time I received an email with a video of the inspection as well as a report on all tests and the outcomes. My car was returned freshly washed inside & outside as good as new. Very happy so far with every experience at Cedar Park Toyota!

This dealership has all perks - cafe, coffee shop, etc. But they don’t rely on that. I’m always asked am I happy, do I have what I need, how is my service. They switched to a shuttle recently and Chris is amazing, gets me there and back quick and efficiently. Manager paid for my cinnamon dolce coffee at the shop last time. Just excellent service also besides the perks. They keep me informed and educated.

Robert Rodriguez was great to work with and made the car buying experience feel low-pressure. He waited until after the test drive to ask how they could earn our business while making sure we felt comfortable during the drive. At no point did we feel like a source of income; he treated us like humans and addressed our concerns without ever seeming inconvenienced or annoyed (which is more common than it should be at other dealers.) The after-buying experience is always a little... procedural (I just spent A LOT of money and being asked to spend more can feel draining) but Pedro Vasquez understood our concerns and was incredibly kind despite working late on a Saturday.

If there was 0 stars, I would have given that because 1 star still represents some quality. I tried to drop my car for regular maintenance. They told me that it would take 1-2 hours if I get an appointment first. That's what I did. Couple of days later, I dropped my car in my appointment and they told that it would take 9-10 hours. When I went at evening, they told me that they haven't finished it yet and told me to come at the morning. When I went in the morning they still weren't ready. They told me to come in lunchtime. That's what I did. No surprise it still wasn't ready. They pick customers for sure.

I'm very happy with my experience at Toyota of Cedar Park. The facility is large and spacious with plenty of room to sit while you wait. On my first visit I showed up with no appointment and Rosendo worked my car in for much needed services. He communicated with me well and was transparent with my wait time. I really appreciate places that consider my time and was even more impressed when he offered a shuttle to get me home so I can return to my other errands. Facilities , staff , location are reasons I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I had bought several cars throughout my life and I always dreaded going to the dealerships. I avoided them like the plague until now that all changed. My sales man was Michael Garcia. He was extremely professional and non salesy down to earth guy. He made me feel comfortable. I went in for a test drive and when he went to get the car for me he told me the car was ready and as I proceeded outside the car was turned on, all the doors to the car were open, even the engine hood was open. He did an overview of the car part by part. After the test drive he gave me a tour inside the dealership and it was massive! There was a playroom for the kids to play, chairs everywhere with phone chargers, Starbucks inside, gift shop, the service center and a TV. The bathrooms were modern and clean. Definitely the place had a women's touch but I found out a woman owns the dealership :) overall I was very impressed on how seamless and organized everyone was and attentive. I went in by myself thinking I was going to be eaten alive by these men but on the contrary I was treated with respect and dignity. Not once did I ever felt pushed to do something I didn't want to do. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I also wanted to give kuddos to Doug as well. He helped me along the way. He took care of me from the start to finish all the way to the very end and even waved at me goodbye as I drove away in my new vehicle. Everyone was very friendly.
