I am a proud owner of a 2021 RAV4 thanks to David Gonzalez. David was extremely informative and transparent with me during the finance process. I've never had a great experience purchasing a new car...until now!
We called ahead to make sure they had inventory of the Rav4 after another lot across town had very little to offer.
Luckily we were connected with Malia. She let us know the inventory she had was very professional and nice on the phone. So we already knew we wanted to work with her once we arrived.
Malia was super knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy at all. I didn't buy that day. But Malia followed up with us the next day to let me know she had a new one in inventory of the color I wanted. I went right back and purchased that day.
I can't say enough about how easy she made the process. The finance guy I worked with was also great. He explained the options and add-ons without trying to force any of them on us.
The technical guy, Alex I think, was awesome at helping me get everything connected in my car and explaining how everything works.
I've already been back to have accessories installed. And the waiting area is very well equipped if you have to wait a few hours. But of course the dealership exceeded my expectations again and finished the install quicker than expected.

From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership we were impressed. We had the pleasure of working with Trace Jackson, I have nothing but positive things to say about this man. I was looking at 3 specific pre-owned vehicles, he had answers to all of my questions and if he did not know he checked and got me an answer. I ended up trading in my vehicle and purchasing another, we were at the dealership late at night but Trace stayed until I was given the keys (which was over 3 hours AFTER his shift had ended) my husband also decided to sell his current car and purchase a Tundra, Trace came in on his day off and test drove cars, and stayed with us until we got the keys to the truck. Branden from financing was also fantastic, very personal and thorough. He processed the financing for both of our vehicles, and answered questions after we had left the table. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish and will refer anyone to Toyota of Cedar Park.

This was my second visit to Toyota of Cedar Park and I was just as impressed this time as I was the first time. Daniel Crisostomo is my Service Advisor and he is professional, prompt, thorough, and goes above and beyond for this proud Toyota owner. I have owned Toyota vehicles for 24 years. The first two vehicles I owned, I visited two different, local Toyota dealerships for service and found their customer service lacking - from hours-long waits in their waiting room, missing plastic push rivets, or lack of attention to detail. Daniel always communicates the plan of action for my vehicle and gives me a general idea how long my vehicle will be in for service. My latest vehicle service appointment would be long and Daniel knew I couldn't be without a car, so he made an arrangement for a loaner car for me - which was a lifesaver for me. I appreciate the constant communication either from Daniel or the service department, who sends text messages with a link to a vehicle inspection report and video. My vehicle was ready on time and as promised. Daniel reviewed my service report and made sure the invoice was correct. No missing parts or a day of lost productivity. Thank you, Daniel and Toyota of Cedar Park's service department - you have made me a customer for life.

I didn’t know this going in but they do a video of your vehicle issues for point inspections. It was awesome! They showed me the good and showed me the things needing attention. Service was fantastic! The woman who scheduled me on the phone was accommodating and friendly. Xander (I believe?) was so warm, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish - even making sure to schedule my next service because I mentioned I would forget. The video of my inspection was a great added touch. Definitely coming back here for all my services.

Since the first time I had a Toyota recall done at Cedar Park Toyota, I have to say I've been more than pleased by every aspect of the dealership. I travel more than 30 miles just to have my vehicles serviced because they have very organized service department and videos are sent via tiny urls so that I get a sense of what has been done to the vehicle by the tech that actually worked on it.
Recently I also just purchased a car from them. I drove a hard bargain and indicated that I didn't want to purchase any back-end financing products. They were very cool with that and never tried to force something down my throat nor insisted on educating me on those products. Also they were very professional and ethical. I was informed the moment that they were going to run my credit AFTER we settled on price. Shout out to Roc! I hate dealerships that straight up run a credit check without reaching a deal, even though I end up buying, it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I appreciate that Cedar Park Toyota didn't do it.
If I ever need any work done, or buy a Toyota, I would definitely take my business to Cedar Park Toyota.

Toyota of Cedar Park did a great job on Black Beauty RAV4 after being towed there! She has a new battery, her tires are rotated, and she’s so shiny and clean!! Mario and the serviceman were excellent and thoroughly checked everything out to discern the issue and communicated well!! BTW, boy, that Supra in the showroom sure looks pretty! Way to tempt me, Jose!

I dealt with Irina (saleswoman). She was great, and she knows her vehicles and all the specifics of each model. I can’t say enough about her. I highly recommend her. Yes, you have to go to final negotiations and you have to fight for the best deal for you (like any dealership), but they really took care of us. Again, I would go with Irina - patient, kind, and she is not at all “high pressure”. She totally understands buyers and really does a great job putting you in the right vehicle. As for Toyota of Cedar Park, they were great (yes, you have to negotiate final pricing). No complaints.

Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was experienced the way it should have been. I live in Mississippi and bought the vehicle without ever visiting the location. All my transactions, correspondence, and questions were via two guys Chris and Aaron. These guys took the anxiety out of purchasing a vehicle long distance. Aaron and Chris were always a phone call away ready to do whatever was needed. When I called or texted, the answers were pretty much instant. These guys went as far as video taping the exterior, the interior front and back, and video taping the car as is was cranked, showing any warning lights if any, and manually shifting through the gears. During the exterior video, Chris pointed out all scuffs, lights scratches, rim scratches etc... It was easy to tell that these guys had nothing to hide and wanted me to know everything before purchasing. After the deal was made, they worked with the transport service to guarantee the car was loaded carefully. Thanks guys, its people like you that encourage people like me to leave good reviews. Thanks Toyota Of Cedar Park, I have a beautiful car.

Great experience with Doug, Trevor, and Patrick. Doug went above and beyond helping me out with a good price. Trevor dialed in all the Finances and was a true Texas gentlemen when he walked us through everything. There was a little confusion on my wife’s end about which color she wanted.. Patrick the manager called, and he got everything dialed in.

Since I was never shown any oil leaks or where the catalytic converter was located on the car along with the lower control arms I took it to another dealer to point those items out to me. They explained in detail on how everything works with the car. I was so pleased that I had a better understanding. My catalytic converter has been changed and I am waiting on the control arms to be installed. The service advisor should have spent more time with me and not rush me out as if I was taking his time.

It was my first time to schedule an appointment with Cedar Park Toyota center as I usually go to Round Rock Toyota, but I live close to Cedar Park and very happy I scheduled with Cedar Park. Rosendo was my service provider and provided me a time estimate as well as called me with service details. Once I arrived back at the dealership, Rosendo further reviewed my multi-point inspection results. He even threw in free windshield wipers, which made my day as I was unaware how bad mine was. Thank you, Rosendo, and the team that worked on my car to ensure everything was safe and correctly done!

We had an incredible experience at Toyota of Cedar Park. We weren’t planning on purchasing a vehicle that day. We were just checking things out. We left with a vehicle we absolutely loved, and one I had been thinking about getting. I’ve had previous Lexus cars, and the customer service was better than any I’ve had at Lexus. (And they have pretty top notch service)

Nice people and very Knowledgeable about the all the Toyotas they sell, I love my new Rav4 hybrid. But sadly I give them 3 stars because they are terrible when it comes to following up on a purchase. My dealer told me he would call the next day to check up on me but he never did. I ended calling him to see if they could get rid of the cigarette smell coming from the car. He said he would get back with me on Friday and never did. Worse part was I ended up spending money to deal with it because I had a work situation that made me leave town ☹️. Do better in this area your customers aren't just piggy banks for you all.

Trace Jackson knocked this one out of the park(not just Cedar Park). From the moment my wife and I walked in he was attentive, professional and went above and beyond. Trace stayed with us until 10pm when his day officially ended at 7pm and they sale was already complete and we were just waiting to flush out the details with the finance officers. My wife and I had such a fantastic experience purchasing her Lexus that we returned the very next day and I purchased a Tundra. Both vehicles had hail damage from the storm and Trace even came in on his day off to get the ball rolling on my wife’s vehicles hail damage repair. This young man has a pep in his step all about the customer running around to get you answers to any question he can’t answer himself. If you walk in and ask for him, you won’t be disappointed with your time or money spent.

Victor Ochoa followed up, and that sealed the deal. We had one brief phone conversation, but he had taken notes of what I was looking for (Tacoma TRD Pro - lunar rock). When he realized he had an opportunity for me to snag the exact truck I wanted, he called. We worked out the details, and that was that.
I appreciated that he never tried to sell me on what was available or on the lot. Instead, he listened and heard what I was looking for and responded with the exact product that met my wants and needs. Excellent!!
When my truck arrived, Victor immediately called and FaceTimed as well as sent photos. It was an exciting day. Since the sale, he’s called and txt to follow up. I appreciate him sharing in my excitement about the truck and making the experience memorable.
The financing was a breeze. Options were explained, and I never had the feeling I was being bamboozled or sold on anything I didn’t want or need.
The presentation of the truck on the night of delivery was memorable with bows, photos, and lots of engagement from everyone on the sales team. The explanation of the truck’s options was thorough, despite it being after hours when I picked up the truck.
Toyota of Cedar Park made the whole experience effortless, and I’d definitely go back for my next vehicle.

Overall pretty good. Found a truck I wanted and was ok with, but the guy couldn't find any of the ones I had just looked up. Seemed flexible and to work with me but somehow at the end of it all the "taxes and fees" added up to the initial price of what they said the truck was worth. It's only because of the money I put down that I got the sales price they said they would give me. I like the truck and they treated me nice but I'm still a bit skeptical.

As for the Place and the People, top notch. That’s not why I gave them a 2 star. I was told to bring the car in for a quick diagnosis. They told me I didn’t need an appointment because it is less than 5 min diagnostic. Tire Pressure Sensor test. 3 hours later I had my wife come grab me, I’m glad I took work with me. I finally got a call at 6 PM. 10 hours after I checked it in for a 5 minute test. They seriously need to TRIAGE some items. On top of that they were going to charge $380.00 for a $85.00 fix at a very well know discount tire national vendor. But other than that, it’s a great place with great employees. Everyone was friendly and polite.
