Very good experience at this dealership. I live in Louisiana but I was in town for family business. I scheduled my appointment online. I actually came in early and they were able to work on my car immediately. I really love the video showing what work was being performed and what I needed to compete my service. Great experience. I wish all Toyota locations offer this service. And by all I mean in the Shreveport area and Arlington Texas lol.

Cedar Park Toyota was great. Chris and the finance department worked with me to get the color and price I wanted for my Rav4. They didnt have the color I wanted, so they had one brought in the next day and drove it to my door an hour away no charge. Would for sure recommend and will be back.

My service provider Megan was very friendly and helpful and the techs who worked on my truck were quick. I came in for an oil change and a leak in my transfer case. Left it with them for the day so they could find the leak. They found the leak, had the part on hand and replaced it same day under warranty.

Terrible experience at this dealership! Slimy sales tactics, was told an amount for trade by Roger, then given a trade value of thousands less. Low balling my trade that is defiantly worth more as I have a written offer from another dealership. Sales person he sent to help, was told I do not want to do business with your establishment, he then proceeds to text us at almost 10pm asking for us to purchase vehicle. Terrible experience and waste of my time.

My husband and I were in search of a used Highlander. We drove from Houston to Cedar Park because we found one there that met the specs I was looking for. Right before we arrived we found out the one we came to see was sold. We weren’t going to stop but decided to see what else they had. We met with Belinda, who had been helping us over the phone. She showed us a few more, but they weren’t quite what I was looking for. She offered for us to consider a new one, which I didn’t want to do. We always buy used. Her manager came out to speak with us and since we drove all the way there, only to find out the one we wanted sold before we arrived, was very kind and generous and offered us a deal on the new highlander. It was still more than we wanted to pay. They came back with one more offer for us. After looking over the great price of the new one, compared to the price difference of the used one, we were willing to pay a little more to have the new one with full warranty. I absolutely hate car shopping because of pushy salespeople and finance people that try and up sell more stuff you don’t need. Not once did any employee at Toyota of Cedar Park do this. They were patient and kind and didn’t pressure any decision we made. During the test drive we did notice the tire pressure light came on. When we were going over details of the purchase we mentioned the tire pressure light being low and checked the screen to see one of the tires was at a 23, when it should be 36. The maintenance department was closed (it was a Saturday night) so they couldn’t look at it or put air in it. We said we’d just fill it ourselves. The next day we drove back to Houston. Monday morning the tire was low again. Turns out there was a problem with the tire. We had no choice but to get it fixed at Discount Tire since we live 3 1/2 hours from Cedar Park. We knew the problem had to have been what was going on when we bought it. After several text exchanges with Belinda, the dealership made it right by asking us to send them the receipt for the repair. We sent it in and hope that we do see the check in the mail! Belinda, our salesperson, Alex, who showed me how to use all of the buttons in the highlander and set up the Toyota app on my phone, Jason Laguna, the manager who said yes to the reimbursement, and Russell, who did our finance paperwork, made the car shopping I usually hate, a wonderful one. My husband and I said we would definitely shop there again.

My experience working with Trevor Bannister was nothing short of amazing. He is extremely professional in every way. He was very patient with us and explained all the small details extremely well. He went out of his way to make sure we got the exact car we wanted for the exact price.
We had pre-negotiated a rate for a car with Dominique Conley online. Dominique did everything in his power to get us into that dealership to work with Trevor to buy the car. Hats off to you for pushing so hard.
We could not be more pleased with the experience of buying a car and working with this great team. They are top notch and I would highly recommend working with them.

I went to Toyota of Cedar Park to just look at all the SUV’s. Fell in love with one SUV and it’s price. The service was way above average!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my overall experience was at Cedar Park Toyota. From start to finish the entire purchase of our Sienna was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The manager Roger Mehr and our Salesman Steven Croll did everything they could to make the experience zero pressure and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Best car buying experience I've ever had. All virtual, amazing customer service and "straight talk" from everyone. Dominique was my sales rep, ASK FOR HIM. He was unbiased in his advise, worked very hard to get me the best deal possible, and was all around amazing to worth with on this purchase. Chris dropped my truck off, amazing rep as well! Other Toyota dealers in town are much colder, try to renegotiate at the end, and have tons of hidden fees that are not told upfront. If you want a Toyota, seriously, this is the best spot in TX!

My wife and I loved our experience at Toyota of Cedar Park with Nick B helping us for our car buying experience. This somehow was my first time buying a car, and it was nothing like I expected. Nick made the process easy and friendly!! Gone are the days of aggressive haggling, and we got a great price with a monthly payment exactly where wanted to be.
We walked off the lot that day having traded in our 2011 Nissan Rogue for a Certified Pre-owned 2019 RAV4. Best decision we ever made! We LOVE the car, loved the experience, and 10/10 would recommend friends and family to go see Nick B at Toyota of Cedar Park.
Also, the facility seems brand new and super clean. Everyone we interacted with was happy and very nice.

Service is not great here. But worst of all, this dealership has no problem breaking Federal laws. They have no problem discriminating against people with disabilities by forcing them outside or into a back office where no one will see them. I suggest they update their policies to not be breaking the law, if they want to stay out of Federal court.

Look for Roc, he's the best. He'll listen to you and give real suggestions, not just try to get you to spend more money, and he'll go the extra mile to help you out.
When I first met him, he stayed about 20 minutes late just to help me look at a car that I told him I wouldn't be buying right away. He said he didn't mind, and he didn't push me to buy at all. A month or so later I came back planning to buy a car and Roc even recommended cars that I hadn't considered, but I could tell that he'd listened to me because the cars he suggested fit very well with what I wanted.

Our sales rep was wonderful. He helped us every step of the way and helped sort out a lot of issues we had with other services at the dealership. They didn’t brief him on the hail damage policy and didn’t tell him the vehicle we chose had damage. So we had to jump through a ton of hoops to deal with all that. Then, after the hail damage was repaired, several items were removed from our vehicle accidentally and we had to work through locating them and getting them back. Our sales rep navigated all of that for us, and made it much easier on us. I felt bad that the dealership itself couldn’t get its act together even though the sales rep was on top of his game. All in all, it took my husband and I seven trips from Pflugerville to Cedar Park to get it all sorted out. While I’d gladly give our sales rep business again, I’m skeptical about utilizing other services from the dealership.

This dealership is superior to any other Toyota dealerships in the area. Dare I say the best dealership in the area. We were walked through every step through the process and walked out with a brand new RAV4 at the end of the day. We were well taken care of from start to finish. It was a long process but when is car buying not? The inside of the dealership was amazing and very comfortable to hang around for a while during all the paper work and numbers. Every employee we crossed paths with or interacted with were so kind and professional. If you’re looking for a Toyota specifically or any preowned vehicle this dealership is for you! This is your sign to get over here. I can never go back to any other dealership after this experience. Ask for CHRIS BRADFORD, he will take care of you and will work with your budget. He was one of the biggest reasons that sold us. Shout out to him. I promise you won’t regret it.
