I have been to many Toyota Dealerships!!! I wanted to see what the experience would be at a Woman Owned Dealership! The experience I had was over the top. I received a video message from the tech walking around my vehicle showing me everything he was checking out on my vehicle!!! Sean was awesome and very personable! I will be back!!!

Another dealership which shall remain nameless ended up wasting an entire day of my time yesterday. So I feel compelled to tell you how different my experience at Cedar Park Toyota with Brad was. My entire experience working with Brad and the other staff was top notch, completely stress-free, and I was even lucky enough to find exactly what I was looking for with no compromises. They were even able to work out a perfect deal with me, which I really needed to make it happen. And I'm not even going to get into how nice of a place this is to get your car serviced. You'll have to see it for yourself. A+++. I would say I'll be buying my next Toyota from them, but my last one lasted me 16 years and could have kept going, so who knows, I may keep this beauty forever! Definitely check them out!

The people who helped me where Belinda and Alex they were both so amazing I went to buy my first car with my parents and they did everything to make me feel comfortable now I have a new car and am very happy with what I have and the people who helped me as well. Although I had just met both Belinda and Alex they both made me feel as though I already knew them Toyota of cedar park is amazing!!

For several years I’ve used a dealership that was a bit closer to me, but became disappointed with their pricing and attentiveness to my needs. So, I decided to try Toyota of Cedar Park, and I’m so glad I did; they were worth the extra driving distance! I loved the video their service tech provided showing my vehicle while it was being inspected and the items he checked during the 30,000 mile service. Every dealership should go that extra mile. And, the Service Adviser stayed in touch via text during the service to keep me updated on the progress. They were not just BETTER than the prior dealership I frequented, they were more competitive! When I made the appointment, the person on the phone suggested I pull up their online coupons as there was one that would save me some money. And it DID! I simply can’t overstate how glad I am that I drove to Cedar Park Toyota. Out the door my cost was $99 WITH the State inspection fee, and the other dealership had quoted me $212 without the fee. A large part of the savings was in the fact they said both my engine and cabin air filters didn’t need to be replaced. I can’t recall ever having a dealership pass up the opportunity to sell me air filters during a service!!!

This guys said me lots of lies. They sold to me 3 different package but when I purchase they were saying all of this packages are free. When I want to cancel this packages they are doing repayment half of price. Also though I have a free Maintenance service package whenever I came for service they want service fee. I am struggling for free maintenance which I already paid. When I purchase my car it was need touch up for some body point. They promised to will figure out this body problem but they never ever figure out this body problems. When I ask this problem. They promising again but no solution Toyota Cedar park terrible place

The guys there are awesome. They made the process seamless. We really didn't even have to have any contact with anyone. They met us halfway and that helped a bunch. They offered a nice deal as well. Very processional group of guys and i would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We had the best experience with Toyota of Cedar Park!! Trevor D. and Raul M. were excellent to work with. They gave us an awesome deal on our new Highlander and a fair price for our trade. Michael made the finance process quick, easy and fun. The dealership is top notch and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. From start to finish, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Cedar Park to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

Terrible experience with service (Nathan Baker) and finance department (Miguel vega) Miguel doesn't and will not return any of my calls regarding finance agreement and a charge that was billed to me for a thousand dollars. I figured it out my self after doing research. Nathan tossed my header console when replacing it after he was told by me specifically not to toss my old console but was told they empty trash 3 times a day. I accepted it as a loss but then he made it good by agreeing to give me a eyebrow tint as replacement for console he tossed. When i came in for my scheduled appointment they didn't have me in there system. Terrible experience at the Toyota of Cedar Park.

Not so happy with Toyota the staff here makes excuses for everything when it comes to sell stuff for your car they have all the time in the world. The only reason why I put 5 stars is because I am very happy and satisfied with Justin Chaves is work he has always been there for me to help me and give me the best advice when it comes to cars giving me great deals. When I first meet him in Mazda he sold me a great car no problems at all and now In Toyota, a Camry. His work is excellent ask for him if you ever want to buy a car he is the to go person I highly recommend him.

The 5 star reviews are not actual customers. They only have 1 review and its at this location, they either work here or have some kind of interest in the company. I have never been to a worse dealership. They said they were going to help me finance through my bank and I was ok with that, but they ended up doing a hard pull on a different finance company. These people really do live up to the slimy sales person stereotype. They do bait and switch. They don't tell you your interest rate when they pull your credit and make you do the calculations yourself
