I have been ordering from Staples for years and years and have never had any problems whatsoever. I run a business so speed of delivery is key and they have never let us down. I ordered some A3 paper the other week instead of A4. I emailed the company who said to return it (which I did in original box) and refund received within days. I really don't understand why so many other people are having issues ... it surprises me.

ALL STATIONERY CUSTOMER, DO NOT GO NEAR STAPLES UK LIMITED. Absolutely appalling treatment I have received from Staples UK as a company. I bought print cartridge from them online and one of them do not fit so I tried to return the item. For a start none of their phone numbers work so I went online for chat to someone and this person told me I cannot return the item because I have taken it out of the rapper. Absolutely insane. How else was I meant to know that Cartridge will not other than taking it out of the rapper. Now I have bought several ink cartridges in the past so I know how to look for one and although I put in my Printer Model number into the search on Staples website which clearly showed me the ink that was delivered was compatible, Staples insists I got that wrong. And if I did, why did the other three ink cartridges fit and the most expensive among them did not fit. And guess what, the items arrived without the return labels, no information in the delivery for the customer to select a reason for the return of items: damage in transit, etc, etc. I have decided to return all of the items I have bought from Staples and take my money back. Now why is that, why is WHICH not taking on Staples and protect innocent customers from this shady behaviour from STAPLES.

Staples has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made an order in January for some ink for my printer. The ink never arrived. I never got updates from Staples. I had to call and email Staples multiple times and every time I was told the ink would arrive and everytime it didn't arrive so I would have to chase again. Today I called back to finally being told the ink would never arrive and that they would cancel my order full stop. No apologies, no notice, no nothing. It turns out Amazon had the same item with 24h delivery so I definitely won't be using Staples ever again.

Pretty embarrassing online cart doesn't hold enough time, Items will disappear after a short while. Not providing sufficient time to think about your items on the cart or unable to check out after coffee break.

Horrible customer service! If this is how Staples handles service, even during the pandemic (because, yes, some companies are doing it very well!), Staples will not survive the future. I ordered printer toner from the website and the cartridges do not fit in my machine. I have tried to email them, request a refund through the website, and call, to no avail. No one responds to my request, or my email, and when I call I am hold for a very long time. I tried to request a call back by inputting my number to "save my place in the queue", and no one contacts me back. In future I will buy my office products from another company!

Very poor service- one start is well to much for Staples! I've ordered printer in November, on the website delivery time was estimated 4-8 days, after contacting the customer service on the eight day I was told that their is slight delay with this order. They have contacted vender and confirmed that my printer will be dispatched in 3 weeks- 15th December!! I understand-sometimes happens- I thought I wait. I haven't heard anything from Staples nor haven't received my order on the 18th of December I contacted them again, I was told that the printer is going to be dispatched on the 29th December now ! Very disappointed now that I have wasted all this time waiting - cancelled the order !

I have had a hideous experience with this shop. I bought a laptop case that was too small and I have now requested a return form twice on my account, emailed the support team and have yet to hear back regarding the return or the refund. Terrible service.

Not fit for purpose. Deliveries take forever, quality is poor. I don't know when the reduction in quality, stock and service happened but the downward slide is palpable. Once upon a time, you could rely on their quality for your personal and business needs, it was not top of the market but was adequate. Now the online service is appalling.

Worth company ever ordered 3 Month ago, they told me it's out of stock and 3 months later without even asking me they decided to charge my card again and dispatch the item. Avoid!
