Highly impressed with this dental practice. The reception staff are friendly, knowledgable and applying strict Covid standards. I’m a very nervous patient and my dentist, Sophia, is very sympathetic, calm and extremely talented. I’m very happy with the work carried out on my teeth and for someone who would rather be anywhere but in a dental chair I can only highly recommend.

I have been using the surgery for a over decade. I have always been very happy with the service provided by both the administrative and dental staff. I recently had a query which was sorted out quickly and efficiently, with no fuss. I honestly could not ask for a better experience.

I've been going to this dentist for years. Always so helpful, especially in an emergency. The dentists are very competent and genuinely care. Really happy with my recent last minute visit.

They are dreadful. They are dishonest and unreliable. I had an appointment booked for 2.15 to see the hygienist. They called me to ask if I'd like to re-arrange to an earlier appointment which I declined. I called on the morning of my appointment to check the 2.15 which they confirmed. Subsequently, an hour before my appointment they called to tell me it was cancelled because they said I hadn't had a check-up since 2018. That was a lie as I saw them in 2019. I believe the hygienist wanted to bu**er off early and they were trying to get me to agree to an earlier appointment. Never again!

Probably the worst dental clinic in the UK. Rude staff , Abrupt and completely unprofessional dentists. Save your time and teeth and find a real dentist

A great experience, a friendly, quick, nonsense service. Thanks for pulling me in during Covid19. My chipped to is no longer chipped and all the pain has gone. Thank you.

I was a patient here when I was a young boy, back in the early 1990s. When I was only around 8-9 years old, I was given four COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY FILLINGS IN ONE DAY in my back molars, by a greedy and dishonest dentist. The dentist would shove the metal dental explorer into my molars so HARD that it would move my whole head back and I was worried he would break my teeth. The guy was just looking for an excuse to dr$ll and honestly didn't care if you actually needed a filling or not. Even though my mum was waiting just outside, he immediately started injecting me and drilling four of my healthy teeth out (before the anesthetic had even started working properly - it hurt). It was so obvious he didn't want to give us a chance to get a second opinion. In the 25 years since those four fillings, I haven't needed ANY new ones, even in my wisdom teeth, which are harder to brush. Moral of the story: if a crooked dentist says you need a filling (OR FOUR IN ONE DAY, when you were fine 6 months ago), don't let them drill ANYTHING. Get a second opinion and don't tell the next dentist what the last one said. Every 10 years or so, I need those unnecessary old fillings drilled out deeper and they will probably all be root canals eventually because they have to drill out more healthy tooth each time. My parents (who also used to be patients there) told me that dodgy dentist fled to South Africa. He probably got sued by his patients in the UK for all the unnece$$ary filling$ and crowns he was doing left, right and center. I would literally have healthier teeth now if I never went to the dentist as a child. If Google reviews existed in the 1990s, this place would have gone out of business 20 years ago. At least patients have a way to warn each other now.

If I could rate them no stars then I would. This practice is shockingly bad. Submitted a complaint over 2 weeks ago and still waiting to hear back from the Manager. Receptionists are extremely rude and said I had no right to complain about them!! My husband has severe mental health issues, was told by the reception staff that that wasnt their problem. They desperately need training in how to deal with patients and complaints. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like they plague. They're so bad that we're moving dental practices.

I’m a very nervous patient after having previous bad experiences as a child. It took 10 years to get me back in the chair. I went to my appointment, was ‘greeted’ by the dentist by being told to “lay down” and being asked when the last time I had check up. I tried to explain but was quickly quietened by equipment in my mouth. The dentist then suggested X-rays, they then changed their mind when I was asked to confirm I wasn’t pregnant and couldn’t. They sent me away saying I needed 3 fillings. It’s hard to describe, but I felt less comfortable after visiting. I didnt go back. I now have another dentist in Kingston, I’ve had the three fillings with the support of my partner and my extremely calming and understanding new dentist. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist for nervous patients. I felt like a product on a conveyer-belt and didn’t feel like the dentist explained anything properly. May be ok for very confident patients without any previous issues/fears with dentists.

I see Edyta Misalaka, she is honestly the best Dentist I have ever seen. I am an anxious patient and she is calm, reassuring and thorough. I would recommend her .... The Receptionists are lovely too. Nothing is too much trouble.

Consistantly bad,one year after registering with the got a call to book my welcome visit. When I got there I made two further bookings for my two kids. Got a letter one week before the scheduled appointments to say they were cancelled and I would get a call to re book, I have not heard from them again. This was about a year ago, when I called back was kept on hold for 10 minutes being told on a loop I was next in line. Whenever I have been at the surgery the ladies at reception have been far from helpful, i am sad to say.

Phoned for 3 consecutive days to ask about my appointment. left messages and requested a call back. finally on the third day i got through and i had missed my appointment by one day. i am not local so popping in is not an option. i now have a strike against my record due to their incompetence. to add. when arriving for my revised appointment i was ignored by the receptionist while she chose the music to play on her phone.

Impossible to get through on the phone. After spending over £1,000 on treatment last year my dentist took me off his list without notice. I didn't know anything about this until I attended the clinic for a pre-booked hygienist appointment. I was then told that the appointment had been cancelled and that I was no longer registered as a patient at the practise. Despite emails and phone calls (it is impossible to actually speak to someone via phone - it always goes to voicemail) I still have no idea why.
