The covid measures put in place make you feel really safe. The staff are very friendly and polite. I have just moved back into the area after a 10yr absence and to be able to have Judith as my dentist again made me very happy. She is the best dentist I've ever had. She explains everything shes going to do and why. Thank you Judith.

Very happy with the post covid procedures. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Missed the chair in the dentist's room though as I bought my son for a check up.

This is dental clinic like no other . The whole franchise is a joke. The dentist breath stunk and he was breathing right in my face for 45 minutes . I wanted to puke. A dentist with smelly breath is never a good sign

A few years ago overheard the receptionists behind the desk talking about how an elderly patient was being double-charged for their treatment, one of the male dentists came into the room and told them to ignore it and it that was fine and walked off....
They told me I had a cavity that needed filling and I had it done. A short time later the same tooth broke completely in half. Was told by a different dentist it had been drilled way too deep. Had to get a crown to fix the mess they made. Don't bother going here.

Got 3 sealants by dr. Sophia Cleto. One fell out next day, one today (1.5 month later), one still standing. For a minor cavity almost half a tooth was peeled off. Also she did a minor clining after that my gums got so sore that I barely could eat for a week. Very very very disappointed. Won't come back. Thank you very much for the pain, lost time and trust for dentists in general.

Having spent thirty years with one dentist that has now retired I needed to find a dentist local to home. I am very impressed with the extremely low waiting times as before had to wait months between procedures. The dentist I see is the top head dentist and is extremely good at what he does. Perfect service. Im not sure why these other people have 1 star but really cannot fault the service I have received. Maybe they just don't understand how dentists work and how much it costs because there is no explanation as to why they have 1 star. So in my opinion disregard the 1 stars that have been left, this is a great dentist.

This is the best dentist I have been to. I hate going to the dentist both from a cost and treatment point of view. However, as an Nhs patient, the costs are astounding. My dentist, Homi Arab, is kind, informative and good at his work. Would highly recommend.
