Do not pick up the phone or reply to any emails very very poor service. Every time you call says unavailable. It can't be due to being busy because months ago had sane experience. Mad a big mistake changing dental cares

came for a root canal and the biggest thank you to dr Ema! she was extremely professional, helpful and calming. I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists in the past so i’m glad my experience has now changed.

Came to this practise for a hygiene clean have seen hygienist several times in the past but this is by far the worst experience. The dentist left me with a hole in my existing filling and a crack in my front tooth. I called to ask if he could take a look as he caused this and was told to pay extra money. If anything I should be compensated. Was told I would get a call back and never heard from them again. Thankfully I was able to get my filling redone at a different practice by a dentist that actually knows how to do their job.

I go to the dentist every year and a half so I'm used to having hygiene treatments and cleans and have had quite a few dentist appointments. I can say that my experience with Smile Dental Care in Tower Hamlets has been the worst one so far. A teeth clean is usually uncomfortable and might be a bit painful at certain moments but with this dentist it was painfull throughout the whole session. I had the feeling they were getting into my gums more than usual and they even hurt my lip that when I looked at the mirror I realised it was bleeding. As well, I had to hold back to not be swallowing my saliva all the time. They are supposed to be removing/vacuning the saliva as they go but they were not very effective doing so.
My right side of the mouth now hurts when I'm chewing, something that had never happened before since my teeth are not specially sensitive and my general mouth health is good. So yeah, I'll never come back there again, I'd rather pay a bit more and have a clean somewhere else where I don't feel like my gums and teeth are being damaged.

This time service was not good poor . I’ve requested doctor to check my teeth cleaning but they doing less than 15 mn , most of my teeth stain removing not done. Also I had some ulcer told to her prescription last doctor given that particular toothpaste. She told all good . I don’t need . If I feel come again & book emergency . Terrible service

I would NEVER recommend this place. Paid, went to get a check up and after one minute the dentist said "everything is ok" and then I said " wait a minute but on the X ray the other dentist said I had 5 decays" and then she did and x ray and said let me check again and magically found the decay but only on one side. She was such in a ruah and After 5 minutes consultation she sent me away. I asked for a cleaning that was well overdue and I already paid for it. She then completed the cleaning in literally 30 seconds when I said that I was not going to go back in that place as I felt unsafe. Lazy, rude and unprofessional. And they deal with people's health. Very unhappy with the service.

The dentist was in such a hurry, did not tell me what he was doing - at one point he just left me in the room :/ wouldn't of killed him to tell me what his doing - not often your left laying there with your mouth wide open and some foreign thing in your mouth .. "/
Too eager for payments and less concerned for the patients welfare.

The Female dentist at this practice ruins the reputation of this place. She rushes you and doesn’t want you there, she just wants to get rid of you. She’s not even bothered to even check you, let alone treat you! Appalling.
