Paula had been helping me with various stomach issues for the past 6 months. In that time I have been able to effectively manage and see great improvements in my symptoms. I recently attended Hartwood Health's online 10 day reset programme. Paula brought together a group of experts who provided short exercise classes and sessions on topics such as nutrition, gratitude, meditation, sleep and mental resilience. It was a great opportunity to try new exercise such as yoga and HIT sessions and get great advice. The supporting journal was really helpful to keep notes and track my progress. Went to Hartwood Health today for a therapeutic massage, a highly professional clinic with friendly and highly trained staff. Came out feeling very relaxed.
