I had a wonderful experience shopping here yesterday! I was glad to see that the staff was taking serious pandemic precautions: not allowing more than two different "bubbles" inside at once, keeping the doors locked in between and requiring masking & hand sanitation upon entering. I didn't mind having to wait my turn outside. I was given great suggestions as I shopped for baby gifts and came away with some really special items. Thank you!

Store is small but the staff are always super friendly and helpful, once even entertained my small person so I could browse in peace.

Truly awful customer service, staff refused to get sun cream from the back of the shop for a three week old baby on a sunny day. Baby was covered obviously but the obnoxious attitude of the staff was just shocking
