Marcus is wonderful, and supplied us with a marquee for a garden party. He was easy to communicate with, helpful in deciding the right size structure we would need, and also provided us with some lovely extras to use during our event. His team was friendly and efficient, getting the marquee both set up and taken down in less than half a day, and guiding us in how to use the lighting and how we could customise the decorations of the internal walls and ceiling. We certainly recommend Bay Tree Events.

Marcus from baytree events was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
We originally ordered just chairs for our wedding day but due to restrictions we had to quickly change our requirements. Marcus was quick to respond and gave us really useful recommendations.
We ended up using his Capri Marquee and your honestly can't go wrong with the choice. Marcus was there first thing and the set up was super quick with no issues.
I will defo be using baytree again.
Thanks to their team for making our wedding so beautiful during a really hard time !

We had Bay Tree Events for an eighteenth birthday party last month and it was a huge success. The communication with Marcus was excellent, his advice on size of marquee and dance floor etc was great and everything was delivered, assembled and taken down exactly to plan (despite snow falling on the day it was put up!) All the staff were extremely professional and worked really hard. The quoted price was very competitive and not only would we recommend them to friends, we have already booked them for another event later this year.

We had the most beautiful marquee and the service received from Marcus and his team was absolutely top notch. The quote was extremely competetive and really good value. They are highly experienced, professional and knowledgable. Our marquee connected to our house and it was virtually seamless as they kept the floor at the same height. The decoration, lighting, dance floor, bar and seating was perfect and I cannot recommend them highly enough - they took all the stress out of organising a big party and had great recommendations for catering too! You will not be disappointed.

Had 2 Capri marquees from Bay Tree for our wedding in July. Absolutely great communication from Marcus throughout the entire time from inquiring to after the wedding.
Came over to see the site and helped recommend where to place the marquees months before. They installed them super efficiently and quickly 3 days before the wedding. They were all really friendly and professional. Came back the next day to disassemble.

We had Bay Tree Events for the marquee for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Marcus and his team provided us with superb venue, complete with dance floor, for nearly 80 family and friends. What impressed us in the first place was the care and attention that Marcus gave to planning the layout and siting of the marquee. Nothing was too much bother, even a spot of tree work to ensure that we could get our preferred location! The staff were thoroughly professional. The end result was a perfect place to celebrate our 50 years of marriage.

We hired a marquee fully equipped with lights, heating and bar for our daughter's 18th and were hugely impressed with the professionalism of Marcus and his team. From planning, to installation, to on-site support and take down they were a joy to deal with from beginning to end. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. We were completely new to the world of marquee hire and Marcus gave great recommendations on things we needed and things we didn't need, saving us money and giving us a better overall experience.
Marcus and his team still setp up the marquee on time and professionally with one member of the team missing. The quality of finish and the customer service from Bay Tree Events was exceptional.

I used Bay Tree Events for my wife's birthday and I couldn't have made a better choice. After a short call with Marcus ( the owner ) I found him to be professional, polite and experienced in helping people get exactly what they are after with marquees and outdoor furniture. On the day before the party Marcus arrived to set up exactly on time and with a smile. He set up the gorgeous looking Capri marquee in no time at all without issue. I would highly recommend using Bay Tree Events, their prices are great, the marquees look fantastic and Marcus is a great guy. I will without doubt be using their services in again the future!

Marcus, and Bay Tree Events, was the perfect partner for our wedding. We wanted a marquee that would provide flexible space but also be beautiful to look at. Marcus allowed us to see the marquees in advance so we could choose the right size, and was available to answer any questions and queries we had in the lead up to the event. On the day, he arrived promptly, had everything he needed, and just got on with putting up the marquees. They went up a lot quicker than we expected, and we were able to get the decoration done earlier than planned. Marcus also helped us to source tables and chairs which removed the need for a further supplier. Marcus was very personable, easy to liaise with, relaxed, and stayed in contact with us in the lead up to the event as we considered the impact of changing weather on our arrangements
Arriving at the venue the day before, we noticed the area just outside the marquee was not looking as good as we had hoped. Marcus came to the rescue providing additional matting at very short notice.
The marquees looked beautiful, more than we had hoped for, and have no hesitation in recommendation in recommending Marcus and Bay Tee Events.

These guys are amazing!
We hired from Bay Tree Events for our joint 50th birthday party and needed the marquee to attach to an outdoor garden room on the house. by the time they were finished your couldn't tell when one started and one finished, it was seamless. The quality of the marquee and the fittings are excellent and the service level suburb.
If you are weighing up whether to use Bay Tree Events against someone else, use Bay Tree Events, honestly you won;t be disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would use them again as first choice for any event. Well done guys!

The Capri marquees were fantastic. We wanted a marquee that would open up to the garden but could also batten down in inclement weather. As it turned out, that was a very useful feature. Email correspondence very efficient and erection and dismantling happened with us barely needing to be there! Choosing a marquee for our wedding was always going to be one of the most important purchases we made, and after meeting four different companies providing quite standard marquees at big prices, I found Marcus online. We loved the capri marquee - it created a modern atmosphere and when we came back from the ceremony to see all the sides open and guests having drinks it was just fantastic. We had so many positive comments from our guests about the marquee, and Marcus did everything he could to ensure the set-up was to our requirements, even visiting the site twice before the event to put our minds at ease. We have used Baytree Events for the past two years at our schools summer fete. We as a PTA have been very impressed with the service we have received and plan to continue using Baytree for our Summer Fete.
We usually hire the Pub and one of the Capri Marquees each time, the Pub has proved very popular and is very different. This year we put the Tea and cake stall in the Capri Marquee and it looked fantastic.
From the 1st phone call and all the way through to the end of our event, Baytree have been supportive and always ready to help.
I would in an instant recommend them to anyone planning either a small or large event.
