This summer Babur celebrated it's 35th anniversary. We normally plan these celebrations many months in advance but with COVID running rampant we didn't think we'd be able to open the restaurant for dining in. So when restaurants got permission to open with precautions, we had to organise ourselves in just a few weeks and the Arabian Tent Company saved us. Not only were they able to supply us with a beautiful Indian wedding marquee at a very fair price, and were able to supply us with all that we needed to make it work, they were able to work with our very tight deadline, help with all the extras we subsequently needed and then make some further changes to the marquee as the weather got cooler. And - most importantly - our guests were all enchanted with the marquee and our Twitter and Facebook pages were awash with rave reviews. Katherine and her team helped us turn what could have been a disaster into a triumph! Thank you so very much!

These guys did an absolutely exceptional job of transforming our functioning barn into a magical wedding venue, as you can see from the images. I have had so many wonderful comments from people who were blown away by the venue.
The team was led by Jeremy, who is such a passionate and imaginative individual. He really made this company stand out from the competitors because it was so important to them to work with what was special about the space, rather than just to make it look like a marquee. He also worked incredibly hard, staying far later than we would have expected to ensure that the job was done to his extremely high standards.
If you are looking for a team of perfectionists to do something truly special with a space, I would honestly look no further.

As a brand creation expert, I ran an event where many of my friends and clients were in attendance. I was looking to create an environment that would surprise and delight everyone who came. OMG did the Arabian Tent Company deliver. Everyone I've met since first mentions the amazing marquee. It was truly stunning in both detail and comfort. With a storm raging outside, once inside, you were transported to another world. The live band said they had never seen anything like it before either. A day for 8 to put up and a day for 6 to take down shows the sophistication of the set-up. Want something unforgettable and unusual this is well worth the investment. Thank you.

Finding and working with Jeremy has been nothing but a pleasure start to finish.
We have been astounded by his personal approach and the dedication he showed towards the project with his willingness to always go the extra mile to site visit and meet with us whenever he could. His personality shines through in his work.
Our planning for the wedding(s) was all done remotely due to work commitments abroad, and it’s fair to say that our brief was a very ‘vague’ idea of a Dickensian Christmas theme which was really subject to much interpretation, but Jeremy was enthusiastic throughout the process and made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. We threw him a few key ideas on the ‘look & feel’ we were after but other than that we were somewhat useless at having any real vision of our own on how to bring it all to life. Despite that, he was able to interpret our thoughts and pull our dream décor out of a hat at both venues.
To say we were happy with the final product would be a massive understatement, the pub venue we chose looked spectacular, like a winter wonderland, with real spruce everywhere giving an authentic pine Christmas smell.
The ceremony venue also looked breath-taking, and without the added lighting Jeremy was able to provide last minute, we probably wouldn’t have any photos to remember the day with.
Jeremy is a very professional and talented designer who is extremely fun to work with and we cannot recommend him highly enough!

I had to leave a review I have never in my wildest dreams imagined that *a tent* could look and feel so decadent and delicious! My cousin's husband organised one of your tents her 50th birthday party. He told me it would be in a marquee; but that word honestly didn't do this justice! The experience of walking into this Arabian 'tent' blew me away. It was hard to believe I hadn't been transported to an romantic film set in the Middle East.
No detail was left to chance: the fabrics on the walls, the décor, the furniture, the lighting, the props, the whole ambiance... It was meticulously planned! I honestly didn't even know it was possible to hire such a beautiful experience for a party in the UK. It was a massive WOW factor. Absolutely the most beautiful event space I have ever seen. Apparently it only took a day to put up!?
Absolutely the best party, because it just took me completely by surprise. I felt quite overwhelmed by how lovely it was for the first half an hour, and I've been fortunate enough to go to some pretty amazing parties and festivals before; so I'd like to think my bar was set quite high.
Thank you so much! I felt like a child in wonderment the whole night. What a gift for the memory bank! I hope some day that I'll be fortunate enough to attend another celebration or party in one. The pictures in some of these reviews are sensational!

I take absolutely no pleasure in leaving this review, but my discontent at the lack of service irritated me so much that I have to leave a comment on working with them and specifically with Kathrine who apparently is the owner.
I rang them to for a small service for my birthday on the 21st August 2021. I spoke to Kathrine and due to my limited budget she gave me a deal for a service of hiring the equipment that I needed provided I set up the equipment myself. I fully appreciated the fraction of the price she agreed to charge me given it's COVID, and I really wanted to give my business to them. She refused to speak to me over the phone or whatsapp instead all communication was via email, which is really frustrating because it took us 3 weeks to reach and finalise the details of the deal. Circa less than a week before the event, Kathrine rang me to say she can't deliver on the deal she promised due to the fact something else had come up unless I was to cough up another £60 for delivery. Again I wasn't allowed to call/ text, and going back and forth on her moving back on her agreement had to be discussed over email. Her attitude was, you get what you get, there was no room for negotiation, no discussion and no integrity of upholding her commitment.
I agreed to adding the £60 change for delivery which shouldn't have been my problem as it was so close to my birthday, and in the final payment stages an agreement was reached that I would pay for the service or the deposit in cash to the driver when he delivered the equipment. I was not comfortable giving cash to someone due to COVID and to a woman who had jumped ship unapologetically on her commitment, I had no faith that without a paper trail if I could get my deposit back. Secondly, should she be doing cash for HMRC and tax reasons. I had no trust that she would give me my deposit back, after she lied on several occasions and the service was poorest of the poor, and she could have fabled a story of damaged equipment to keep the deposit money. She never addressed the fact that how would I get my cash deposit back. I was heart broken as that was the first time I had celebrated my birthday in 10 years and that at the very last min, I was played around by them.
Up to everyone's decisions but absolutely NOT recommended.

We were extremely impressed with Arabian Tents from start to finish. The tent itself was stunning – a complete unique entertaining solution and a real wow factor with all our guests. They were incredibly helpful and flexible on advice and options that would work for us and very responsive and organised with regards to set up and dismantle and ensuring that all ran smoothly. The team worked seamlessly, cleanly and professionally with set up and dismantle. As well as looking amazing the tent survived torrential rain and strong winds without any problems. I would highly recommend Arabian Tents for any sort of outdoor event to make it truly special and memorable.

From start to finish it was a superb and pleasant experience. We used the Oyster Pearl tent for our wedding in the Cotswolds at The Slaughters Manor House in Lower Slaughter.
The quality of the marquee speaks for itself but the project management and customer service along the way was second to none!
I would 100% recommend them and will seek them out if I need a marquee in the future!

The Treehouse, Lake, Boat, Scenery and everything else fits together perfectly. We stayed in the Dome which was one of the best places I have stayed in the UK. We chose the Arabian Tent Company for our daughter's Arabian wedding party. Katherine, the founder and director, was so enthusiastic and helpful that it couldn't have been easier. The same was true of the team who came to set it up, under the leadership of Jamie. They were wonderfully helpful and flexible, and thoroughly nice. the finished result was breath-taking. We are just settling back nto reality after the most amazing wedding we could have asked for this August. We worked with Katherine and her team to create the perfect space and bespoke wedding of our dreams. From the moment we met Katherine we knew we had to work with her, such imagination and attention to detail and a real meeting of minds! Everything was beautiful, from the venue to the unique tents and extras. The dining tent was beautifully decorated and a perfect canvas to work with for dressing the tables. The piece de resistance was the stunning party barn adorned with billowing fabrics, unique furnishings and lighting. Several of our guests commented that it was the BEST wedding they had ever been too. It really was something special and Katherine was a delight to work with and full of ideas to bring our concept to life. I would have no hesitation recommending her and The Arabian Tent Company if you're looking for that extra pazazz and a touch of sparkle! Hopefully we will return to celebrate a future anniversary as ALL our guests want to come back and do it all again! So do we!! Superb.
