We were having a little gathering outside for our daughters birthday and the weather wasn’t looking great so decided to hire a gazebo a couple of days before the event. Daniel was great - knowledgable and efficient and organised the hire. He made helpful suggestions. The gazebo itself was excellent quality and the heating and lighting very effective. I will certainly use the company if I ever need to hire a gazebo again.

What a fantastic company to work with. I was very last-minute in booking with them, but they delivered exactly as I needed. Despite the lack of time available, a lot of thought went into providing the right shelter for us, way beyond what I expected. And the way that everything was tidied up when they collected the shelter was an added bonus - thank you, guys! I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again. Friendly, helpful and efficient - what more could one ask for?

Would highly recommend instant shelter hire, very reliable, reasonably priced and great service. I called them in the am to see if they could get me over a large gazebo for a party I was having as it was forecasted to rain all day. Within a few hours & before any guests arrived they had arrived and set up the gazebo! Again, highly recommended!

Daniel has helped me out twice with shelter hire for parties at my house, once in May - when it rained heavily, and just now in October - when it rained heavily. I hired 2 shelters each time and they worked a treat creating warm covered space in tricky weather.
He’s super helpful, conscientious and careful, and does what he says he’s going to do. He was also very patient as we took some time to position the shelters.

This company is fantastic, I was worried about the weather for an outside party in May (lovely British weather)! Daniel helped me find the right solution for the event, the size, placement of the shelter and we also hired table, chairs and heaters from them. The weather was great in the end but we ended up staying out all night as the shelter was so good! Brilliant service, set up and price. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Dan and the team were great. We used Instant Shelter Hire for our daughters 1st birthday party. Prior to the event we requested a survey just to make sure the shelter would fit. Dan explained that we would need to trim some overhanging branches ahead of the event as the branches would be in the way of the shelter. Good advice provided for how we could lay out the party, as we had entertainers and caterers that would also need to use the space. Shelter was put up a day before the event and taken down the day after. Fab service and will definitely use Dan and the team again.

Thank you so much for your wonderful shelter/marquee, which provided exactly what we wanted for our party. A warm and inviting extension to our home, drawing our many guests out into it. The temperature remained comfortable with the electric heating lamp.

Excellent service, especially as I was not totally sure what I wanted. I was having a New Year's Eve/ birthday party and wanted to stick something onto my lounge. They came and did a sight survey (my back garden) and gave me some options. Did not try to sell me any 'extras'. The erectors (sounds better than erection men) came two days before and had it all up and secure within an hour; a four metre square gazebo, securely grounded with internal lights and heat with a very long wire. New Year's Day they took it all down. Most professional and friendly.
Two warnings: 1. Book well in advance. 2. Nominate somebody to clear out your stuff early the next morning. It would be impolite not to.

We hired a shelter from Instant Shelter and it was completely brilliant. It made the outdoor party on a slightly damp, coldish night in May a real success. Daniel and the other chap were very helpful and friendly. When one of the heaters didn't work they came out to fix it and they very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely highly recommend them and will be definitely using them again for future parties.

Great price and I can’t fault the service.
We got the 8-4 shelter with no floor and gas heating.
Worked a treat for our 18th Birthday party. Note I just needed to pressure wash the patio floor and we were good to go.
Bulb lights were fine - we also had some of our own Christmas white leds which made things look a bit more special.

We ordered a shelter for a January wedding to be put together in our small garden and were thrilled with the service that we received. We had our reception on a cold night and the lighting and lamp heaters provided an excellent atmosphere and experience for our guests. We feel that Instant Shelter were excellent value for money. When installing the shelter they gave us excellent advice and reassurance, we trusted their judgement and it was really worth it as the shelter extended our home into a much bigger space to entertain our many guests.
