I contacted Sami Tipi recently to enquire on their services. Unfortunately they were not able to cover my area but they were prompt, polite and very helpful. Jodie even sent me a list of alternative suppliers that may be able to help us.
Some of the other suppliers (not recommended by Jodie) we have contacted could learn a thing or two regarding customer service from Sami Tipi.
I would not hesitate to book this company in the future, should it be possible.

I can't tell you the excitement I feel when my clients tell me they have booked their wedding with Sami Tipi!
The pop-up spaces they provide are genuinely outstanding in every way and the attention to detail is amazing...and I have seen a lot of different tipi structures in my time as a wedding stylist! (I have even recommended them to my sister when she gets married!)
From the main tents, to the tables & chairs to the flooring and lighting, everything is of such a high standard and is maintained really well over the course of the wedding season.
For the Past few years, Sami have asked The Rustic Wedding Co to style their main winter showcase event of the year and it is always an honour to do so. (I literally look forward to the next event from the moment the last one finishes!)
The whole team at are super professional and their service is second to none. I have genuinely never known another Tipi company to be so good at what they do.
They are always so great to work with from a business to business perspective and will provide all suppliers with so much information such as sizing of tables, floor plans & layouts etc before each event too which is just fab and super helpful.

I recently got in touch with Sami Tipi to ask for a brochure and more information whilst in the early stages of planning our wedding, and I can truly say that Jodie and Craig have been fabulous!
Jodie asked me a few questions so that she could get the detail right for a bespoke quote, and also asked for my address to send a little surprise to us. I had no idea what it was going to be and through the letter box came a lovely bundle of information including a copy of their book! A very thoughtful touch and from what I have read so far very helpful.
The quote I received was detailed, Jodie had thought of everything we might need, and even during this early planning stage Craig has offered to come and look at our outside space options to see if they would be suitable!
Myself and Jodie then went on to have a virtual coffee meet on zoom, during which I felt so relaxed it was just a lovely chat getting to know one another. Jodie gave me lots of really useful advice, answered any questions, and just really got me excited about planning our dream wedding.
If you haven’t already, you must find Sami Tipi on Instagram, as Jodies coffee mornings are brilliant and really keep my wedding planning enthusiasm going at a time when we cannot actually do much.

Our experience with Sami Tipi was amazing from start to finish, Jodie and Craig did everything possible to make sure we had the best staycation. We hired the glamping tipi and wood burning fire for our back garden one very cold weekend in February, Sami Tipi were more than happy to supply us with extra duvets and blankets to make sure we were able enjoy the experience to the fullest despite the cold nights. The tipi was beautifully decorated, all the added extras made it so cute and cosy inside, it was so snug with the fire going we felt like we were a million miles. If you want a tipi wedding, then Sami Tipi is THE best! They're absolute experts ensuring you have the best outdoor wedding whatever the weather! Not only are Jodie and Craig lovely people, their team are also super friendly, helpful and efficient.

We used Jodie and the gang to supply the tipi for our wedding in June 2019 and they were amazing.
They are far more than "just a tipi supplier". The service makes you feel like the only client. Their knowledge of the industry and local suppliers is fantastic and it's thanks to them we had such amazing food and a wedding car.
The service throughout the whole process was second to none and the help to work around the weather was massively appreciated, especially when it's a busy weekend for them too.
We had so many great compliments from guests on the tipis and layout it really made our day perfect.

We wanted a party with a difference to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary so we went in search of a tipi. Having attended a Sami Tipi open day on a cold and windy day in October and met the team we felt Sami Tipi were a company we could work with. Throughout the process, Jodie and her staff were well organised, friendly and always on hand to help and advise us on layout, toilets, heating, accessories, etc. As our ideas developed, we were able to adjust our plans which gave us the flexibility we wanted.
When the day arrived for the two giant tipis to be constructed, Craig and his team were fantastic. They were incredibly efficient and fascinating to watch. With the threat of strong winds their experience and professionalism were reassuring.
Our guests were very impressed. Few had been inside a tipi before especially one with a glitter ball. The fire pit was a particular success, and all were stunned to see an oak door. (A great late addition.) The tipi created exactly the atmosphere and ‘WOW’ factor we wanted. Jodie, Craig and the team made planning the venue simple and enjoyable.

We feel so lucky to have found Sami Tipi just as we were considering a tipi structure for our wedding. First of all, their outdoor wedding book was very helpful. We read it in one weekend and it gave us the confidence that we could transform a private forest into a magical wedding experience.
Our first meeting with Jodie was further proof that we had found our dream team. She asked many questions — some we hadn’t even asked ourselves — and her deep experience in the wedding industry came through. I should add here that we had decided not to use a wedding planner and that the things we leaned from Jodie really helped fill that gap. What we loved about the first meeting was that Jodie had many ideas but was never pushing us to spend more. She was very transparent with pricing and let us figure out how big and bold we wanted to go.
Perhaps one of the biggest unexpected bonuses was Sami Tipi’s network of suppliers. Our recommendations for caterers, bar and photographer all came from Jodie and they were all spot-on. This took away a lot of the anxiety because it made it easier to coordinate our wedding team.
In the run up to the wedding, Jodie’s knowledge really shone through. She knew what decisions needed to be made by when, which helped us a lot. When wedding week came, the Sami Tipi team did a fantastic job putting up our tipi. I’ll never forget the first night when we stood in front of that beautiful structure and turned on all the lights. Pure magic. Even on the big day, we had a small wrinkle in our plan and Craig came to our rescue like a knight in a shining Land Rover.
Overall, we highly recommend Sami Tipi to anyone considering an outdoor wedding. They really know their stuff. They really cared about our day. And it’s clear that they love what they do. Looking back on our pictures, we can’t quite believe what a magical time everyone had. And it’s quite safe to say we wouldn’t have pulled it off without the lovely folks at Sami Tipi.

We are so happy that we found Sami Tipi when we started planning our wedding. From start to finish they were totally amazing. Jodie was on hand whenever we needed and made the whole progress of planning a wedding a lot less stressful than we initially thought, especially as we lived abroad for most of the planning. We were able to have video calls with Jodie along the way which was such a great help, she is super organised and we came away from each call feeling less anxious and more excited for our day. Even though they must be planning so many weddings at once you really felt like they cared and wanted give you the best.
The tipis themselves are stunning as is all the furniture and extra bits we hired from from Sami Tipi, they have thought of everything, which is exactly what you want when planning your wedding!
We hired our caterers, bar service, florist, celebrant and props hire all through Sami Tipis recommendations, who were all amazing too and it was great to know that we had hired people who had worked with Jodie and the team before, this took away the stress of hoping everything ran smoothly on the day.
We highly recommend Sami Tipi if you are looking to have an outdoor wedding, they really did so much to help us have the prefect day.
They truly made it the best day for us and we are so grateful!

Our whole wedding experience with Sami Tipi was a total dream; fantastic communication, flawlessly organised, totally transparent about all aspects such as logistics, costs, requirements etc. At no point were we misinformed at all. We used Sami Tipi for our wedding venue after we went to an open event and instantly got that this is "the one" feeling that no other venue could give. Jodie and Craig were amazing from start to finish, and instantly made us feel at ease with the process and meetings felt like a catch up with friends. We attended numerous open events to gain ideas on styling and layouts and they were both helpful despite our numerous questions.
If you are looking for a venue that isn't just another stately home / hotel, then Sami Tipi is the one. The tipi's are flexible in layout and decor and really special as the sun sets.

The tipis and catering tents are always clean, tidy with everything we need. We are always confident that when we turn up for an event everything will be ready, and we’ll have what we need to set-up. If we ask for anything additional it’s sorted straight away with a smile.
The communication before, during and after is always fantastic, they make sure that all suppliers are working to the same page and keep us updated regularly.
The team are friendly, fun and super-efficient, working seamlessly with our team.

We got married a few days ago and used Sami Tipi and we couldn't recommend them enough.
When we first went enquired they came out to the site straight away and were helpful and friendly and honest.
Then on the run up to the weddings they always answered any questions right away and had meetings with us to keep us in the loop and made sure we were always happy with how things were going.
When the tipi went up the team were super efficient and it looked beautiful. Everyone at the wedding said it was the best one they had ever been to. Then it was taken down and the field was perfect again a couple of days later!
Again if you want an outside wedding Sami Tipi is the best option by far!

We recently got married at Bawdon Lodge Farm and we knew we wanted a tipi wedding reception. From the moment we met Jodie and the team at Sami Tipi they have been unbelievably helpful in guiding us to creating such an amazing venue for our reception.
We had so many compliments on the tipis, how intimate yet spacious enough to feel comfortable they are, and even on a pretty cold day in October all of our guests felt warm and comfortable.
Seriously, the service these guys provide is absolutely outstanding! Nothing is too much trouble, they're always on hand to field questions and help guide you to creating the perfect outdoor wedding.

I’ve had the pleasure of shooting two weddings and numerous events in Sami Tipi tipis. The team are incredible, nothing is ever too much trouble, there’s nothing they haven’t though of and every single member of staff is wonderful.
I don’t recommend anyone else to clients looking for tipi hire for this reason.
