He I s very thorough and has the time to properly explain everything in great detail. I felt very relaxed and trusted with him.
I have had two treatments with him that I have come away from feeling I was properly listened too and cared for.
And he is practicing great Covid-19 cleanliness.

My wife was most impressed with the service here. It was quick, thorough and efficient. After the ear wax removal she can hear again. A first class service.
She had tried other audiologists in well known opticians but they were too difficult to talk to and seemed only to be interested in selling hearing aids.

Really great service. Easy to book and Micheal was extremely helpful. I have had issues finding someone who will see a teenager but Michael said it wasn’t a problem. He talked my daughter through everything he was doing and was clearly very knowledgeable. Excellent Covid safe service. Thanks Micheal!

Visited today under short notice. Incredibly covid-secure with all precautions in place upon entry and throughout. Easy to find, easy to park and all-round 5* experience.
I have had my ears syringed a few times on NHS for free but this was money well spent to not only experience a much more gentle and satisfying removal - but also receive invaluable advice and guidance from Michael.
I never leave reviews, so actively went out of my way to do so without having been asked. 100% recommend.

First of all, of the three audiologist I contacted, mi EARS was the only one that was available to perform earwax removal on a teenager, and at a time that suited us. The setup is very clean and appears to be COVID-secure. Michael was extremely professional, and explained the procedure every step of the way. I would certainly recommend him.

I was impressed with the online booking system. It was late on a Saturday evening when I booked and was pleased that I could do it without having to phone. Michael provided a very professional service spending time to explain and show on screen what he needed to do. I am now converted to Microsuction from syringing. I have no hesitation recommending mi EARS for earwax removal but I would recommend you have a chat through with Michael beforehand because he gave me some sound advice about pre-appointment ear preparation; I was using a product which in fact probably made my earwax problem worse rather than better!

I don’t normally pick names from the internet but I’ve been struggling with a blocked ear on and off for years and when I came across Mi Ears and the positive reviews I decided it was time to sort it out. I went to see Michael for micro suction this morning and I am so pleased I did. Michael operates in a very covid secure way and I felt safe going in. He knows his stuff and talked me through the whole procedure. It was good to see the inside of my ear on the screen and satisfying to see the wax that came out! The micro suction was not painful or uncomfortable in any way. Turns out I have narrow canals and a sharp bend in one ear, which is why syringing was unsuccessful the last time I attended the GP. I was told then just to continue with ear drops but they did not seem to help and often seemed to make things worse. I am very happy to have found Michael, wish I’d known about him years ago! The relief I got today was worth every penny spent! If you’re having bother, don’t hesitate......highly recommended!

Michael is fantastic! He really knows his stuff and advises where necessary. I haven’t been able to hear for about 3 weeks, Otex made it worse but Michael managed to fit me in the morning after. He showed me the wax build up through a microscope and showed me again after he’d suctioned it out. The relief was instant, everything sounds so loud now! I’d definitely recommend.

Michael explained everything and showed me a photo of my ears.Unfortunately he couldn't clear the wax from my left ear during the session, however, I booked a second session and he cleared it. Michael also gave me a hearing test and didn't charge me for the 2nd session.

Having become completely deaf with blocked ears due to wax, I was told by other audiology companies that I would have to wait two to three weeks before I could get an appointment. I found Michael on a Google search and I have to say it was the best experience as he actually saw me the day I rang which was a great relief. My dad visited as he had a blocked ear.
He was very impressed with the knowledge and information he was given before treatment and after.
Very professional service, relaxed atmosphere, very hygienic and clean.
My dad got information regarding different hearing aids. With no hard sell involved.
He said the service was excellent, and should the need arise he will come here instead of going to the doctors, as the machine was a suction instead of flushing with water, and it was much nicer.

Can not recommend enough! I came to Michael with an issue after seeing my GP and not being able to get it sorted under the NHS due to COVID restrictions. I found him on Google and after reading all the reviews, booked an appointment for the next day. He sorted my problem out quickly and was very knowledgeable! He also had COVID hygiene and PPE measures in place so I felt very comfortable. Thank you again!

As someone who requires regular microsuction, I have over the years, tried a number of independent and national chain microsuction clinics. Miears is now my clinic of choice.

My local GP couldn’t arrange ear syringing due to lockdown. In fact, I couldn’t even see my local GP without waiting weeks so I booked a same day appointment here. It was a very professional service with a hearing test after my ears had been cleared. I was shown the results and given useful advice about future possible issues with my hearing. The procedure was simple and effective. Should’ve gone sooner.

Having having several trips to the doctors and them confirming I had a big build up of compacted wax, but not sure when the surgery would be able to clear them I began looking for an alternative option. I am glad I found Michael at mi EARS. The whole experience was great from start to finish. It was really easy to book an appointment on line, the medical questionnaire was detailed and simple to fill in. The set up of the room and the equipment was great and very clean. Everything was explained clearly before and during the treatment. I had these issues as a child so was pretty familiar with what was going to be happening, and well aware then I would probably require a follow up appointment to complete the process. When both ears had been fully cleared I had a hearing test which gave me the reassurance that my hearing was back to normal.
Thank you very much for all your help and advise, I would highly recommend you to anyone I know.
