Probably the best dentist I have ever visited. The gentlemen was an assassin. I was in need of root canal treatment before I went away on holiday for a month. He had me in and out of the chair within an hour and virtually no pain with the best advice ever received. Pure artist in his profession.

I had a v thread lift with dr patel. The service was absolutely amazing. Between the professional, friendly receptionist down to dr patel and his service I felt completely taken care off and in good hands. I really enjoyed my time there. In regards to the treatment OMG. AMAZING is an understatement, i keep getting compliments on how im glowing and how good I look. I look forward to coming in for more treatments Dr patel was very patient and he guided me through the treatment very carefully, he answered all my questions, he was careful about making sure I was not in pain. There was not one fault! My first experience with non surgical treatment has been phenomenal and for that, dental and skin have a loyal customer in me!

Thorough examination and consultation. Had a few teeth that I was told would need to be extracted or can not be whitened by my NHS dentist, however Dental & Skin gave me a thorough examination and confirmed that both teeth could be saved and whitened. The information given was very in depth and the service very friendly would definitely return in future.

Dental & Skin has now become my favourite place for regular Botox and Dermal filler treatment. Dr Patel takes great care in providing assessment and provides recommendations, where a minimum amount of treatment would give maximum and the most natural results. I definitely look more sharp with less tired eyes, better lips and chin, I could say maybe 7 years younger. The service is friendly and Dr Patel is always available to answer questions and to give advise. I have been recommending to friends and family as I feel its a perfect place for skin treatments.

I came across Dental & Skin when I moved to Islington, exactly one year ago. I started with skin treatments and now also my dental treatments. My skin treatment took three visits; cheeks, undereyes and lips with dermal fillers with perfect results. Their process was simple and accurate; consultation was followed by a price plan and how long my treatment would take. Dr Patel is very thorough, I always feel like I am in safe hands. Going to this clinic feels like they know me well and everything is personalized. I am happy to recommend.

I love this place. Having always hated dentists, they are so kind and gentle and calm that I now have no fear about going in! I've never had any pain or discomfort in the chair. The offices are lovely and calm and facilities are high spec. I always work with the same people, which is nice, a this means you know exactly who you will see every time and if you have an issue you are never fobbed off to someone who doesn't know your background. They always take time to check in with me and explain fully every product and answer any questions I have. I can't recommend DS highly enough!

I had a dental emergency recently as I'd chipped a front tooth and it looked -and felt - awful, and as I need to look good for my job leaving the tooth chipped wasn't an option, so I called and spoke to the very helpful receptionist and then the dentist and they managed to see me the same day and temporarily fix the tooth. The dentist was very sympathetic, helpful, knowledgable and I had complete confidence in his abilities. The temporary fix is great and as and when I can, I will return to get a veneer in place. The premises were clean and the prices very competitive and I would be interested in exploring some of the other treatment options available in the future. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend the clinic and treatment with Dr. Patel.

I went in for a consultation to straighten teeth at the dental & skin, Islington. The clinic is clean and calm. Everything was thoroughly explained. I wanted to start treatment immediately. They were very accommodating an began swiftly. I recommend dental & skin for Invisalign, from the start to finish, every single visit went smoothly. My teeth are perfectly straight and white. I was surprised by the simplicity of the whole process and would recommend straightening teeth with dental & skin.

Everything about this clinic was awkward borderline unprofessional starting from their receptionist, who by the way can"t be trusted to calculate your bill, to their dentist J Patel's skills and dealings with unhappy customers. Here are just two reasons out of many more why I would never use this place again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
The clinic charges £35 upfront to secure your appointment. They don't tell you that if you cancel your appointment on time you still have to come back to get a refund. The most customer unfriendly arrangement I've experienced to date.
I came to this place for botox injections. Found the clinic on internet and decided to try. Big mistake! I was left with uneven forehead and severe drooping.
Don't repeat my mistake and go for a highly qualified practitioner in this field. Someone who understands the anatomy of the target area, starts with low dosages, and then adjusts to the desired level gradually. J. Patel is definitely not the one.

I found Dental & skin online and decided to attend for skin analysis, my skin was thoroughly and systematically checked for wrinkles, volume, skin problems, measurements using a ruler for proportions. I was offered various treatments like skin peels, miconeedling, skin brightening, scar reduction, PRP therapy and dermal fillers. I felt that there was a lot of options for treatment. I wanted lip dermal fillers, specific shape or enhancement. I felt that I was understood and it was the right choice for me and decided to have one treatment. Paperwork was completed and I was informed of all potential complications that could occur and written aftercare, little scary when you read documents but I felt confident to continue. Numbing cream on my lips took only a few minutes to work. Now that I have completed my fist lip dermal fillers, I would definitely recommend Dental & Skin.

Dr Patel is a really nice guy, who spent a lot of time before and after the procedure explaining the effects.

I visit this dentist for the first time, I have visit several dentist in Islington. Its natural to compare your experiences, I found Dental & Skin calm and relaxing, this is unusual as my previous other dental experiences have been a bit rushed. Its fair to say that for me this is the best dentist in Islington. I was provided with precise care, they took time to understand me and my concerns, I was provided with various choices. I was offered an appointment immediately, all my treatment completed within one week. This was by far the most efficient experience I have had at a dentist. Thank you for providing such great care. No pain, all treatment completed as planned, I feel great. I will definitely visit again.

I had a very good experience with Dental & Skin and plan to go back in the near future. I had an airflow clean, I found it a little messy!, although well worth it. I have sensitive teeth and gums therefore the usual methods of cleaning were very painful. There was a little discomfort, although manageable . Really warm space and staff. Thank you.

I have been getting my skin treatments done at Dental & Skin with Dr Patel for over 2 years. Its a pleasure to recommend the clinic, they have been excellent. They really know exactly what is required to make your skin tighter and younger. My botox results are perfect every time, it lasts approximately 4 months, I recommend especially for botox (they use azzalure) treatment and for dermal fillers too. I had eyebrow lift and under my eyes with dermal filler about a year ago, the results took about one month to take effect, its still there, their long lasting products would be perfect for anyone. Overall the team is always welcoming and friendly, lots of information is provided about options and aftercare. I recommend to go for skin treatments, its definitely worth it. Thank you dental & skin.

I am usually petrified of the dentist but knew I had a problem with a tooth - I actually went in for a tooth polish but the hygienist said she could ask Dr Patel to have a look at my tooth. He was willing to make time for me there and then and if I wanted to do the filling!
Extremely good service with best possible care of how I was feeling. Dr Patel is the best dentist I have received treatment from and will definitely be going back!
If you are at all scared of the dentist, you won't be after seeing him!
Went in for a tooth polish, came out with an amazing white filling and a smile (wonky for a couple of hours)... who would have known :)

My first experience having a hygiene clean and it was fabulous. I think the girl was danielle?? Anyway she was great - she had a nice chat with me, made me feel at ease. She complimented my teeth which made me feel better and was very gentle with me. I have had dentist in the past which hurt me but she was very gentle. the results are fabulous - it was like i had them whitened too!! deffo worth the money 100% - ill be back. thanks so much :)

I had the Hydrafacial and Microneedling treatment at Dental & Skin and I had a very good experience. Shaun explained every part of the procedure to me so I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect and because the Microneedling is a little painful he talks with you throughout which distracts you from it all and you don't notice it as much. Will definitely be booking a treatment with them again!

I went for a dental hygiene cleaning at Dental & Skin and my experience was really positive. The hygienist, whose name was Katalin, was both kind and helpful. She explained the best procedure for me to clean my teeth in future, outlined some of the main issues she could tell from my teeth, as well as suggesting some products that could help. The session lasted approximately 45 mins-1 hour and the results were excellent, the teeth felt and looked really clean afterwards (all brown stains and tartar were removed). I will definitely be coming back to clean them again in future. The only thing I would point out is that the prices are quite high, although that is the case with many other clinics in London. However, the quality of the treatment and service are definitely worthy.

My previous treatment at another clinic was poor. Here at Dental & Skin the results are perfect. I would recommend Dental & Skin for Botox treatment.

I have been to Dental and Skin on two occasions. The first was for teeth whitening / check up I purchased via Groupon and the whole experience was great. Very professional staff and a clean, welcoming environment. My second visit was for a filling as mine had fallen out. The service again was fantastic, I was dreading the injection but I barely felt it, and the dentist put music on via headphones for me which really kept my mind off the procedure. I would defineitly recommend Dental & Skin, and have done to friends in the local area.

Wow, a great skin clinic! Received excellent and accurate advise for my skin. I found my consultation unique, Dr Patel analysed my face, skin and highlighted areas that could be improved. He is very experienced and knew exactly what I needed. The clinic was calm and relaxing, I decided to go for botox treatment as I have had it several times at various clinics in Australia and London. The preparation at Dental & Skin was longer, strength of my face muscles and skin were thoroughly examined, treatment performed. It took a only a few minutes to complete, I went back to work and forgot about it. The results at follow up were perfect, in fact the best botox treatment I have had to date. I will definitely return for further treatments. I am comfortable to openly recommend Dental & Skin.

I was conned and mis-sold a “Tear-Trough Dermal Filler Treatment” for double the price while it was advertised as 69% off from £800 by Dr Vishal Patel.
All advertisers of dermal fillers use either the “millilitres of Filler per treatment” unit to advertise their prices (1ml) or the “treatment area until satisfaction”
He had used the complete “treatment area” in the advert.
But on the consultation/treatment day (after they took my money) he changed it to “0.5ml per treatment”
After expressing my concern, he further misled me into thinking he’s giving me an extra and free “lateral eye filler treatment” but all he did was to reduce my tear trough filler to 1/4 or 0.25 ml and use the other 0.25 in the lateral eye area.
Now I’ve paid £30 to secure a “free” review consultation in 6 weeks. Let’s hope he sees the error of his ways by then and completes my treatment without an extra charge.
New note: Dr Vishal Patel just called me now trying to cancel even my free review appointment as blackmail if I don’t take this review down. Also still blatantly refusing to complete my treatment within the price I paid for the full promised treatment as advertised.

I have had one of the worst experiences at this clinic due to their very poor customer service and quality of services generally. I came to D&S for the Invisalign treatment in May and went through the preliminary checkups. From the outset, I informed Dr Patel of my frequent travel dates due to work and he assured me that he will be able to accommodate them without disrupting the course of treatment - which has been calculated to be 10 weeks. I also let him know that I will be leaving London mid August and that it is imperative that the treatment is done by then. He also assured me that the time frame of the treatment calculated will begin and end in time and will be done in a way as to not be interrupted by my frequent work trips. That did NOT happen. Weeks have passed since my first aligner fitting appointment and I have not been contacted by the clinic to even give me an idea of when the treatment is planned to start. Naturally, I was only informed of the arrival of the invisilign aligners whilst abroad and that the delay was caused by the courier company. I informed the clinic of my arrival date - which unfortunately had set me 3 weeks behind schedule. Upon my return, I have been waiting to be given an appointment with Dr Patel and I only got to see him 2 weeks later. Which means that in total, I have been 5 weeks behind schedule. When I met Dr Patel, he tried to convince and reassure me to begin the treatment, and that it will be safe for me to condense it to 7 weeks!!!!!!!!! Whilst knowing that the treatment will end with me abroad, he tried to deflect his clinic's responsibility of my treatment by trying to convince me to have my aligner tags be taken out by another clinic based abroad. Basically, his clinic has charged me FULL PRICE for the invislign treatment whilst falling short of the services they HAVE PROMISED to provide me. I will seek legal action against this clinic but this is a word of caution to anyone who is interested in their services. Also, I found it very unusual that they constantly have new front house/admin staff who are clueless of their clients and do not respond to emails (surprise surprise: have not responded to ANY of my emails requesting refund)

I visited this dentist and was recommended another service which I pre paid for. Three months later when I was leaving my second appointment I was informed I needed to pay and although I told them I already had they then told me of the £60 worth of additional charges for things I hadn’t been informed or asked about. I disagreed because I’d already paid the original agreed amount but I couldn’t be bothered to argue so I paid again. I never agreed to be in their newsletter yet they persistently emailed me asking for google reviews and offered services. I emailed asking to be removed from the data base because there was no unsubscribe button. In may when by LAW they were supposed to remove anyone who did not resubcrube (when I had never originally subscribed) and they still emailed me. I replied reminding them this and telling them I would finally leave that review they hassle clients for. Here it is. Terrible service, in transparent fees and emails you didn’t ask for.
