Excellent customer service. I phoned Fonehouse to enquire if they had a phone in stock that I wanted to purchase, which they did. I asked the sale assistant to reserve the phone for me. On arrival, I received professional service throughout. I was very happy with the phone, brilliant quality and price, also the phone comes with a guarantee! I will definitely recommend their service and use them again! Thank you.

Terrible service I would not recommend going to this shop,I went in for a screen repair they fixed my screen but broke my camera and tried to basically blame it on me ,they had me in the shop waiting for almost an hour and they put my old screen back on .I honestly wish I never went to this shop, so now not only do I have pay for a screen repair again I have to pay to get my camera fixed all because of them .

Be carefully . They add 100 -150 pounds to price if you want took phone (contract we or Vodafone ) in shop. Different prices in system different they show you. Bored guys are not happy to help. Go to carphone. Not recommended

I went to FoneHouse for a screen repair (40£) once that mine was cracked. The staff was nice and the service quick (1h) and apparently effective. Two months after my visit I noticed the very top part of the screen was not sensitive to touch (and as just a few apps use this top part - like instagram - I thought that was a bug with the app. I updated the app, iOS and all systems updates possible and nothing worked.) A week after more then just the top was not sensitive to touch so I could not go back in most of the apps. I went to Phonehouse and they told me nothing could be done after 4 weeks of the fix apart from replacing the screen. Then when I asked how could I be sure that if I replaced the screen again the same wont happen, they just told me that they normally test it before deliver to the customer (they did before and was ok for the first 2 months). So now half of the screen is not working. I don't recommend this service apart if you need an easy fix until you go to other place.

Today they meant to be open till 5pm.Got there at 4:42pm to pop in for 5 mins and they were already closed down.Sutter down too.If you meant to be open till 5pm then be open till 5pm,no matter what.
