I have called them no less than 6 times to try and see if they have received my order so I can collect it, not once have they picked up and I am instead left listening to the dial tone for 3 minutes to no avail. How utterly bizarre, the products selection and customer service is fine but pick up the phone!!

Exceptional customer service, incredibly well led by the manager. Amazing range of products. The manager was more than happy to help us figure out what we needed and we were made to feel very welcome. High standards and moral values. Would definitely come again.
