They had a fabricated external metal 'barrier' in place when I called 2 weeks ago to ensure a one-way system through the trade counter area which is a fairly small section of the building.
I just wanted the Stihl oil to make up 2-stroke mix for a petrol trimmer which was to the left of the entrance. £3 inclusive for 2 small bottles - enough to make 10 litres of mix.
Knowledgeable staff as you would expect at a trade counter.
They can order in spares too.
At the the other end of the size scale they were loading a 'digger' onto a low-power outside when I called.

Delivery and collection guys were great, as was the price. However, on the day of hire, they'd not booked us in for delivery, so had to phone and chase. Still awaiting my deposit refund over 2 weeks later. After calling today to follow up, I'll apparently receive it today. When would they have processed it, had I not telephoned? Won't use them again.

Can't speak highly enough about the excellent service from these guys, Courteous, knowledgeable and unlike another local Stihl registered dealer, able to sort the problems with my electric hedge trimmer. Definitely use them again and intending to complain to Stihl about the poor service from their other agent!!
