In my opinion very poor service. Went for tracking a classic car for 8.30. Told at 9.00 am that as the car was old and not on the system they couldn't track the car. Crazy, as they could have use the laser line system to track the wheels from front to rear. Left and took the car to Tyre City and they were able to laser align the wheels.

I called and booked my car in for tyres and brake pads. Upon arrival, I was told the parts had not arrived. A courtesy call to save me a journey would have been greatly appreciated. The gentleman in the garage assured me he would reorder the parts there and then, and give me a call by the end of the week to confirm or deny the arrival of the parts and to reschedule the work. I never received this phone call. Poor customer service. I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

I had my car booked in via the Internet over a week ago. When turning up to the centre they did not have any idea that my car was booked in. They then told me they will try and get the work done on my car. Anyhow to have a phone call 1 hour later to tell me to pick the car up as they cannot do the work. The professionalism is terrible to answering calls on the phone while you are standing there, and taking on more appointments while turning me away. I had to book the day off work and have lost a days holiday pay due to this as well who is going to reimburse my holiday pay ??? I would not recommend ever going there or even booking your car there because they will not bother to look at it even if it is booked in. !

AVOID... Charged me £500 for adjust wheel bearings and fit brake pads, discs and wheel alignment and balancing. Charged me another £100 more than the discs and pads cost. Then went to another 2 garages to check the wheel alignment and was still off after asking them to do it twice. For 2 hours work I was quoted I was there from half 8am till 6pm. They put on a nice face and have a laugh with you to distract you, if you have the unfortunate luck of having to go there best off just going along with It. Otherwise you feel like they will just rip you off more. And the job still wasn't fixed after I paid all that. If I could give a minus rating I would.

Used Once.. will NEVER return. Had a morning booking for a single tyre to be fitted - 3 days notice given. Turned up at 10:15, was eventually seen at 10:35 as there was only one person dealing with customers. I had removed the wheel myself in an attempt to speed up the process however after taking the wheel and tyre I proceeded to wait for a further hour as only ONE person was working in the garage itself! After 1 hour and 15 minutes and seeing the mechanic leave in a car and therefore not dealing with my tyre replacement at all; I told the reception I would leave the wheel and tyre with them and pick it up in 4 hours as I have already wasted the morning. Upon returning at 15:30 the tyre was still not fitted and was told I had interrupted the fitters lunch break!!!... Had I really? Well F1 have wasted 2.5 hours of my day today even after I gave them them 5 hours to change a tyre. The excuse? ... there's only one fitter available today! ... NOT MY PROBLEM... If you can't deliver then don't take the booking... if you can't manage your staff then it is not the customers fault... based on that response if I had waited on site for the fitting to be completed I would have been there over 5 hours!

My bad experience with them started with recharge my ac system. But the guy didn't fill it up with enough gas so it wasn't blowing cold air. Phoned them up booked another time and when I got there the guy wasn't there. I've been told He is on lunch break. It's ridiculous I've had to wait 45 minutes for the guy come back to work. This garage won't be my next choice that's for sure. It's a big NO from me Very unprofessional.

Had a service and MOT Booking was easy availability was good MOT PASSED but had a few issues Would of been 4/5 star but was priced up for shock absorbers that wasn’t required as they were “misting” ??? New phrase ??? after my trip to VW the very next day as this car is reasonably new and under warranty they confirmed they were fine and not in need of replacing at this stage But I was priced up over the phone by a very eager person stating they could start now Hmmmm I think this is fishy So I took my vehicle and had all the advisory repaired elsewhere

Booked online for an MOT and an air-con refill. Paid upfront and booked car onto available slot one week prior to appointment. On arrival I was informed they had not read on the system I was to have an air on refill and they wouldn’t have time for this. I would get a refund once the team that deals with online bookings returns to work after the weekend. The garage were unable to refund the money themselves. The MOT went through without any issue, on time and the man at the office was very helpful which kept the star rating up to 3.

Very disappointed. I had a booking for tomorrow morning and I called today 30 mins before they shut to ask what time to go in. The person said that they couldn’t find the booking. Called back a second time and they did find the booking but apparently I was not booked and now they are 100% booked. Had I not called to double check I would have driven 20 miles at 8am only to be turned away....I shifted my entire week around for this to happen as I have an extremely busy work schedule due to COVID. Now I have to somehow figure out how to get there another day. Really not impressed and absolutely no ownership was taken for this by the person on the phone. (Whether you are new or not) I’m afraid an empty apology is not enough....

Drove the car for 2 back tyres to be changed 3 hours later they rang me to say its ready,when arrived ive been handed the invoice but when i checked the car the old tyres was still on it,few hours later the tyres was finally changed and now I'm left with vibrating stearing wheel when I hit the motorway,probably they skiped the balance. Defenatly using different garage from now on

My partner booked my car to be done for ac system on the formula 1 auto centre dunstable website for Friday 7th August at 1pm. I arrived at 12.56, walked in and a gentleman named Paul acknowledged me and then started answering calls infront of me and saying for me to wait. As in high position my self I would not of ever done this to my customers, paul advised me how my booking wasn't there even though I showed him on my confirmation. At this point we are past 1pm and arguing that I need to book it again, I advised I had taken a day off work, however that didn't bother him, he then said ok well get it looked at, he did. Handed me the keys back and said it worked jt was still blowing hot air.. Well 3 days late I was back in, and asked for a refund. Still waiting refund. Then my partner booked for his car to be done today (Saturday 16th August 2020) 10am, arrived at 10am and PAUL AGAIN, Told us no booking was there. My partner told him it is, he told my partner we can't do it and my partner said u will. However 1 hour later he rings and says to come collect the car, we arrived at the garage and my partner explained that its not acceptable and paul (whoever he was) was actually in the back doing absolutely nothing just couldn't face us.. asked for refund again. Shame on them that have lost out on over £400. Will never never ever go back!!!

After I dropped my car off, there was no indication of when my car would be ready. For example, usually I would expect someone to say 'you are welcome to use our waiting room or we can call you when the car is ready...'. I returned to the garage if my own accord, no one greeted me, no one said roughly how long my car would be. I had to ask, and when was clearly waiting , the two males at the desk just chatted and didn't ask me if I needed help or anything. Then when my car was ready, the man on the tried to charge me again for the service.. of which I had already pre paid.. Ieft feeling incredibly dissatisfied and not valued as a new customer. Doubtful that I will be returning unfortunately.

Initially happy but won't be visiting again. Said rear alignment was out (which can't be adjusted) and quoted for work that wasn't required by the service schedule (antifreeze change). Very expensive for the service considering what was actually changed. Only £30 less than main stealer. Not good value at all.

Stuff not qualified in what are they doing Couldn’t see a problem even if in front of their eyes I did send you an email past Sunday at 10:55 at the email address specified , explained everything in there but still after 3 working days, no-one contacted me What this means, poor service costumes department or don’t care about your loyal costumers BTW you have my number in the email

Booked appointment the date got changed, then the time got changed. When i finally got their the stand in manager i saw was not happy as somebody was still waiting from 9am to have air con done, my appointment was 11.00am.So had to have it re-booked once again for the next morning. That was the 4th attempt . You get told to be their at a certain time but the place is not open, and your sitting waiting somebody to open it.

I had a really bad experience with this company and I wouldn't be going back. My car went in for a service and mot and cost me an absolutely fortune. They had my car for two days and still hadn't run it through for an mot plus when I finally collected my car the young guy had broke my car key, so I've been without a car for two weeks now until I can get my car rewired for a new key. I went back into the garage and the guy just laughed which I thought was unacceptable and the guy behind the counter wasn't particularly helpful too.
