I went to purchase and have fitted a new tire, they did the work and i was happy with the result. Until the next morning when the tyre was flat, so i called them up and rebooked it in with some one who kept saying my wheel was cracked before evan inspecting how the tyre was fitted, as the old tyre never went down i was a bit dubious, i took it there on the Friday and still they were adamant it was my wheel being cracked and no fault of theirs, he seemed very arrogant and opinionated and came across very rude. So i took it down 1st thing friday morning and they took the tyre of inspected and refitted the tyre. when i asked what the problem was he didn't like the fact it was down to his fitter not fitting the tyre correctly and the tyre leaking from where it had not been cleaned up correctly and was fitted quickly and unprofessionally, he was quick enough to blame my wheel for being cracked but not his fitter. I dint evan get an apology for their mistake. i wouldn't trust this place to do any work on my car if there struggle to fit a tyre correctly, they came across unprofessional when speaking to me and having to do the job twice for something as simple as fitting a new tyre. I would not recommend them to do any work on any car.

I had an 8:30 appt. and was made to wait, work was started on the car at 8:45. I was told the work would take 1.5 hours. Half an hour later the car was reported completed. When challenged by the supervisor there were things on the job request that hadn't been completed, so the car was taken back in to the workshop. I was informed tyres pressures had been checked. After the need for the supervisor to chase the operative on several other issues I was not convinced this had been done.
On the leaving the garage I found my leather steering wheel had been damaged but of course could not prove this, so didn't even bother to try. At least the alloy was still intact and not damaged. Every cloud has a silver lining.
I went to a garage later on the same evening to check the tyre pressures and they were incorrect. I don't think I will be returning. I am so disappointed as when we took our other car to the same garage the service was over and above what we would have expected.
Unhappy customer, I will not be returning.

Done a good job changing my tyres but not putting cables ties back on one of my wheel hubs that I gave and it came off and losted it...only just brought them so was quite angry as not cheap

Very very Poor. Con Men. They clearly let the air out of my good tyre and tried to claim it was flat. When challenged they knew nothing of course. Surprise surprise I put air back in the tyre and it has been fine. They tried to take another £130 from me, not realising I needed 2 other new tyres and was testing them.
I arrived at 10.30am. I left the garage at 3.30pm. I went in to get one tyre changed.
I went in for a new tyre, after letting the air out of one and sending me twice on one flat and then a second to buy a lock-key for my wheel nut. They then said the tyre I bought would not go on my car. No F's were given for my safety or the well being of my car (rims). After proving to them there website was crap and the internal system nonsense, I demanded he call customer service for me.
They eventually told him to put the tyre on I ordered and that it was fine. This only happened because I pushed and maintained customer service needs to be involved! The woman at head office knew more about changing the tyre on my car then 3-4 mechanics.
My advice;
DO NOT GO TO FORMULA ONE!!

Came earlier than appointment for tyre fitting and was accomodated. The only thing that I didn't like was that I ask to move the new tyres to the rear and move the rear to the front. They charged me for balancing the rear tyres to be moved to the front. In the first place those tyres were balanced before fitting by the same company in Luton. I don't see the point of re-balancing tyres when you swap them knowing that they are already balanced.

Two days to fix a ‘crank angle sensor’ what a joke! Booked in at 11:30 on the Monday wasn’t even looked at until half 4 when it was then too late to order the part. Very slow service!

would never use as manger nor mechanic new what they where doing when they had my car in to do the tracking the mechanic was trying to undo the wrong nut and bolt and told me i would have to come back and have the bolt replaced would be a big job took to another garage and they did the tracking and they said the mechanic was trying to undo the wrong bolts
