Always a good experience when I visit Glenn Hyundai! I love my 5 door Accent, the color, the style, the gas mileage and the salesman, Danny Litteral, was awesome! He did everything to make it happen and was originally from West Liberty so he could understand the southeastern Kentucky accent. Everyone was as nice as could be, always asking do I want something to drink, do I won't to leave and get something to eat, or running around the lot trying to find Danny when I came in. This is a repeat buy and the same principles applied at that time. Thank you, Glenn Hyundai!

Updated! 6/19/2020 I took my GMC Acadia in with overheating problems. I was informed the water pump needed to be replaced. Simple problem/repair, they wanted $1000 for the service. The average cost on this vehicle is $500-600 for this repair. Original 5 star review. The new management at the GMC service department is outstanding! For years we have been dealing with a vehicle plagued with GM problems but the service manager stood up for us and righted many wrongs of the past. They have treated us with respect and that is something lost in the auto industry today.

Just bought a new 2013 Hyundai sonata from Glenn and it was a great experience. I went in expecting the worst as most car salesmen are pushy and won't take no for an answer. Gregg Fath was the exact opposite of that. Very polite, straight up no BS and worked with me in every way possible. Truly a great experience and will definitely be coming back here when I'm ready to get another car

I'm one of those positive and full of energy people, but when it comes to buying a car I'm very skeptical and hard to satisfy. Glenn Auto Mall... I must admit coming here was a great idea. The sales staff is very professional, friendly and reliable. I appreciate a lot all the effort they put in order to satisfy me. Sadly, I couldn't afford the car I liked here. I looked a lot for the same model at a better price and I think if not repokar com than I would have never bought the car I dreamed of.

I have to say when I bought my truck I felt like the company really cared about customer service But I am 2 months out and for a month of that I have been trying to get my truck serviced to fix the back up camera. At my First appt made I beleive around may 21st I was told by the service guy that he and his manager would be on vacay till the next tuesday but as soon as they got back he would set everything up cus my truck would have to be shipped to London and I would get a rental. Well guess what no call back so I wait till the next Tuesday and called him back. I left I think about 3 messages with him and one with the manager with no return call. Actually at this point I still haven’t even received a call back. At that point my husband started calling to resolve the issue and I beleive he made 3 or 4 calls and finally got a call back after telling the receptionist that he was not happy. The manager finally ( after acting like we are a burden ) set up a rental and a time to bring our truck in. I was told when I bought the truck that Don Franklin owner took pride in his customer service and wanted his customers happy. Well I am not a happy customer. Even though we are finally a month later getting our truck in it should have never took that long. UNACCEPTABLE!!

However, this place sold the car I had an appointment to drive at 10. Yet, I did not receive a call to let me know. What place does that? What kind of business of customer service are they running? Shannon Jones has sold my family 3 cars in the past decade and they have all been great. He really listens to what you are looking for and is quick to call and keep you updated as to what is on the lot that would be worth checking out. His no pressure style and dedication are what I enjoy most in dealing with Shannon. He is honest and doesn't play games with pricing/negotiation but lets you do the research for yourself and shows you his data without filter. And if you see him off the lot he is still that same consistent, good guy. We bought an 08 CR-V over a year ago and he still keeps in touch, called on my birthday just to say 'happy birthday!' and I know when it's time to start looking again he'll keep an eye out for us.

Very unhappy. Went in to seriously buy a car and the salesman was not really interested in negotiating or coming to a deal. Very nonchalant. Said that they could get new tires on the car I was interested in purchasing and then retracted that. Got a call from a different salesman a few days later about the car apologizing for my poor experience etc, said he would help me with the same car I was interested in and then quotes me 2k higher on the price than the original salesman did, than the cost online, and than the cost listed in email information HE sent me on the car. I dont know if its my young age, that led to the attitude of the first salesman, and trying to take advantage of my by the second salesman, but this dealership will definitely try to pull a fast one on you. I have never had such a horrible experience, especially one where Im practically trying to spend my money! Happily going somewhere else and getting a lawyer to check into this for false advertising. I do not have time to play games, I am just trying to purchase a car.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Avoid at all costs ANYTHING DON FRANKLIN! Absolutely awful service. They have had our family's hyundai veloster turbo in the shop for 4 months under the original warranty we bought here with the car brand new, ran it into their own garage, and released it back to me UNFIXED on 4 separate occasions as of today. Hyundai corporate just as useless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

I would like to take a minute to tell everyone how happy I was with the service I got at Don Franklin in Lexington KY. I was only looking because I was newly in a lease vehicle from another car lot and Don Franklin emailed me. I told them how long I had been in the lease and that I would prolly be upside down if I could get out of it and I wasn’t gonna do that so they said to come in and they would see what they could do. Well they set me an appointment with the salesman Marc Franco and just let me tell you about him. He was so easy going, easy to deal with about the lease that he didn’t think I could get out of yet either, very outgoing and very honest and straight forward. Which that’s what I want in a salesperson cause I’m gonna be honest and straightforward. He wasn’t a pushy salesman and only out to make a deal. He treats his customers like family and before I left I felt like I had known him all my life. Anyways they got me out of my lease and into a beautiful 2018 GMC Terrain and it was the easiest buying process I have ever experienced. They even delivered it to my front door the following day cause it was at one of their other lots and what dealerships do that. So I went to the finance department to sign the papers and was sent to yet another amazing employee James Anderson. Yet again when I left I felt like I had known James all my life. That was a very easy and smooth process in the finance department also. I just can’t say enough good about these 2 gentlemen and Don Franklin deAlership. I will definitely be going back when it’s time to purchase again. So 3 weeks later my son traded in a boat for a new car and again Marc went above and beyond to make my son happy. You can tell he truly loves his job and customers. My son got a Nissan so Bob Glass went over all the stuff in the car because my family is only familiar with Chevy and GMC products. Bob was amazing and very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car. They all go above and beyond and treat you like family. I wanted to mention all 3 gentlemen so hopefully they will get recognized at work by their boss because they deserve it. Thanks Marc for all you have done and continue to do. Thanks to James for the great customer service in finance and lastly thanks to Bob for explaining the Nissan to my son.
