Not impressed my partner who is the sole provider for his family did not get he's weekly wages paid. Was told to wait till 6pm for the money and no suprise it never came and the agency was closed afterwards. Rang on Monday as gas electric and food is needed however all they offered was to email the payroll and hope for a MIRACLE so the money comes before next Friday.
Absolute rubbish, Do not work for them!!!

The one star is for the false promise of work , I fell for it big time, I did start a job and was sent to a different location to where the job actually started from, arriving at the job over one hour late and didn’t receive any briefing to what the driving work involved, I met the drivers mate did the 7.5 tonne vehicle checks , drivers mate said the amount of collections were unrealistic after the avoidable late start , we did 18 collections in busy central Nottingham traffic in 5 1/2 hours, each job taking 20 to 50 minutes each including travel between them , the lorry was rammed full and had to manually tip it at Viola depot by 3.00 pm . Drivers mate then called the end of the shift has he was a regular on that job, he said he would sort out the business of the unfinished work with the department and I was sent home.
The following week I contacted the office to confirm to go to the actual job starting place only to be told there was bad feedback, I would not be returning to the job and would not be paid for the shift, I gasped and explained the situation for it to only fall on death ears ,this is criminal and never in my lifetime come across this kind of practice,very disappointing but after reading reviews left by former employees this seams to be a systemic practice.
Frontline please don’t reply to this statement with your previous messages about contacting head office , I was very reasonable and clear at the time and gave you every opportunity to correct this very offensive action and this company should be ashamed of its practices.

This agency had tried and is still trying to provide jobs to as many of job seekers, I scored the agency extremely good as I had benefited a lots from the agency. I have been looking for work and applied for roles with another agency in Nottingham who were looking for staff for the NHS, they are called tmr. They never came back to me, put the phone down everytime I called and never got a call back. I contact this agency, discussed wot I have done before, did there online application form and had a zoom interview and start work on munday at 9.80 per hour which i am very happy with. really nice staff and were very open and gave me all the information that I needed to ensure I am prep for the job. Would recommend

Another agency that thinks it acceptable to ‘go dark’ and not inform applicants if they’ve been unsuccessful with a role. Disappointed as Annie initially seemed genuine and not the sort that would entertain this level of unprofessionalism. Judging by the other reviews it would seem this lot have previous form for both this and other shady business practices. No wonder recruitment agencies have such a bad reputation with this lot about.
Edit in response to Frontlines’s comments: there are absolutely no ‘genuine’ reasons for not getting in contact to let a candidate know how an application has gone! Also, I have left a lot of negative reviews for recruiters but deservedly so - so many are like yourselves! I have however left positive reviews for the rare few that do know how to act professionally; not all recruiters are as bad as you.

Don't appreciate being contacted in regards to a position i applied for and then being belittled due to the fact that i cannot drive even though not anywhere on the application form does it state a driving licence was required. Spoke to a gentlemen called Lauren Allen and because i went into the call assuming this person was a female his toxic masculinity truly prevailed.

Really poor and unprofessional company. Everything will be going well and they will be nice until they have to pay you holiday back. In my opinion they should be paying it out straight away week after giving your notice but for me it took literally ages. Even when I was sending million emails no one was replying me and I had to beg for MY MONEY to be paid back to me. Ridiculous. Would not recommend as place to work.

Upsetting experience.
Front desk is the first red flag. You are given paperwork to fill which is copied so badly that you can't read it and when you point it out you getting rolling eyes from front desk.
Got sold a bunch of lies ! They don't listen to you! One day before induction I got paperwork that was clearly lying about me to my potential employer!
I went to induction but just so I can explain to company that agency was lying to me and them and it could cost wasting everyone's time !
I have blocked they phone number and email! Extreemly unhappy with lost time , effort and petrol !!!
Avoid them in all causes !

The worst recruitment agency I ever came across. There is no communication or professional managment between members of staff. I have done over 10 calls over the course of 2 months looking for a job. Seeing jobs on adverts from their company every time and it matched my previous work experience but they specify nothing is available when clearly a job add appeared an hour ago. Always adivisng the person you need to speak to is unavailable or gone for a lunch or toilet and promising to pass a message and someone will call back. Always laughing with each other while speaking to people who need their help to find a job. I have no idea who their boss is but clearly the boss is blind or doesn't check reviews from people. Upon attending the registration process lots of swearing involved from staff and when picking phone calls can hear staff mocking people that rang while they are being placed on hold (I witnessed myself all staff being available on their desks yet being advised they are not here at the moment). If you have read this review and you still decide to go to their agency just remember everything mentioned here and then compare to what's happening there. I think we hit the JACKPOT!!!

Avoid Frontline Nottingham branch.Don't pay on time. I was constantly chasing for my money and got paid only 3 weeks later. They promised to cal me back several times , but never did. Now I finally have my money, but I would not work for them ever again.

these guys make getting a job really easy, always paid, always on time and the right amount! i know that seems standard but many agencies with national presence get this wrong. these have more work than everywhere else in the area and they keep it simple in the way that they know what i want to do and what i can do, they stick to getting me jobs that match..........

I was told to come in for an interview waited there more than an hour, was told someone will come to you in a minute. I just walked out. Their attitudes are terrible. Once you walk in the office you can tell that those people are unprofessional, especially the front desk. Avoid this agency at all costs . They have stinky attitude. I’m glad that I didn’t start working for them.

These people are rubbish. I contacted them out of hours to let them know I had a family emergency. They never got in touch with the people I was workingfor never got back to me. Also haven't been paid or received a wage slip. Will never go with them again!!! Avoid at all costs unless you want to work for free.

Was phoned up to come in to fill paperwork in , came yesterday tuesday at the time I was told , bloke on reception says hes on his dinner he will be back in a hour , I waited filled in forms etc , in that time office staff taking calls from registered employees , I was told to sit and wait , as soon as they put the phone down they were slagging person off who they had spoke to to workmates , I was told I would get a call bout the job I'd been told to come in for later that day , 2 days on not even a call , worked all my life and never felt so low ever ,
