They call you and tell you that they have a start at 7:30 next day on site. You pay for transport and get there to be told you’re not needed. You call the office and get abuse from the staff.
This happens on a regular basis and they shouldn’t be allowed to even operate.
People out of work needing money and they mess you around all the time.
Disgusting service. Do not use them!!!

Extremely well mannered confident young lady gets all of your information. Offer you a reasonable wage. ????Once sold. Then jump through there hoops. Even phone calls 7.30am morning when you start.. ## Here's the Scam!! ##
They pass on your details to another company. You need to fill out online. You can't get it wrong. Because you can not get any further.. And website prompts you to there correct answer. Now you work for them. But pay them £17 to get paid your wages they receive your money, they then Stop your 20% tax plus they fee of £17 pay you the balance..????☠️ I doubt Hmrc will ever see the 20%. I personally had 12 hours with them.. Only paid for 7.6 of them. So think about this.. Agency is making money from you.. So is this other company called We apparently who employ you.. As self employed. Who deduct £17 and pay you the balance.. 2 separate companies earn money from you.. 3 if you include the client.. So look at it this way You are doing all the work.. Your earning for at the very least 2 different companies.. These are parasites.. Not only scamming you. They have probably found a loop hole in hmrc.. Remember this.. Self employed are responsible for their own taxes.. So if tax doesn't make hmrc and it flags up.. Guess what. I hope you have not done much for them. Hmrc can invoice you for the tax money that is missing.

17/3/21 around 11am i applied for a forklift job in brent cross, first i spoke with a agent from linsco, gave him all my details and then i been told to wait for a phone call from another agent from linsco which had call me around 3pm, she told me the job is mine so i got the job details and told to start on friday, ''yay',
thursday she called me around 12 telling me the job had been pushed for next week on monday and she send me a online induction to complet before i started work which took me over 1 hour to complet which i completed, AND NOW on FRIDAY around 3:30pm i got THE call telling me what??? ye you guess THAT IM NOT NEEDED ANYMORE.
now from the 17/3/21 from 11am up to 19/3/21 at 3:30pm ive been called by 3 different agencys offering me work which i REFUSED because i new that i had already a job in brent cross and now im jobless

Terrible company. They made me send them all my personal details like address passport & my construction qualifications. Shaun White then told me I had the job and I am starting on Monday. (screenshots can prove this) Shaun said a lady called Nicola would contact me yesterday 18-02-2021 nobody called me. I called back today (19-02-2021) and somebody said to me it's not Shaun's job and it's Nicola’s job and the job has been filled. Shaun told me I had the job yesterday (18th) so I turned down another opportunity to be told the position has been filled internally. What a joke of a company. They don't even have the respect to call me or text me to tell me this I had to call them. I will be reporting them as they have my info and I am not happy about that.

Thanks to good I had not need to deal with the company too much.
I found a missed call from them.
I sent them text asking saying that I got missed call from them.
I have not received any response.
I called them later on. They could not be bothered even introduced themselves.
I asked them simple question why they had called me.
They just said: "it's sorted now, ok?" and before I could say anything they just hung up.
I have been able to find out later on that that that the phone number is theirs and write down this review.
I would not be too surprised if all the positive reviews are just fabricated as so many companies are doing that in these days.

Since leaving this review was asked to phone and speak to someone which was just as much a waste off time than ben who i was dealing with there fore i feel the need to let others know dont waste your time with this agency with there fake roles shame that they need to do stuff like this when theres so many people out off work due to covied shamefull.
Due to the next excuse off why i wasnt chosen for role is nothing thta got said to me when i phoned first time as the recorded call will show.

three days they said that they had a job for me and that I had to wait because they were making documents And at the end I found out that there was no such job
they only respect you if they have money from you, you are only the number. The lady who calls you on Friday and Monday pretends to be polite but then you are number zero.

Linsco Recruitment is the agency that my husband Peter works for. They are really exceptional in looking after him and making sure that he gets the right contracts suited to his needs. Their staff are really friendly and helpful especially Nicola his Accounts Manager and Paige from Payroll. I deal with them purely on a clerical/admin basis and they are excellent. I would recommend them to any prospective business for recruitment and likewise for anyone looking for a position of work.

Staff are a little incompetent at times, I had to call in 6 times over 4 days to get them to send me an email regarding holiday pay and far too many times to sort my wage slips out but nevertheless they've got me some decent jobs and the staff are pleasant to deal with.

They are the worst I have ever used.
I am looking to re locate from Devon to Cheltenham they sent me on a 200 mile round trip to attend an interview for a site managers job on a site they told me was just starting.
When I get there the site is almost finished.
All I got from the agency after was a text to say they hope I am OK.!

A poor and disappointing experience. I had to wait for long time until I got paid. Didn't got the payslips, always blaming the others for their mistakes. I don't recommend it to anyone, more than that, stay away from it, they are plenty other agency's, but this one is the worst.

I have worked in the construction industry for thirty plus years and I have never been so humilitated in my life they called me late Friday night 10.05.19 and asked me to help them out by going to Coventry from Birmingham saturday and Sunday to fit two kitchens. I didn't finish the job completely so I traveled back there on the monday for a few hours. A few days later I get a call from the site manager. god bless him, he received an email from them saying he should sign off on only 12hours of 24 worked.
The site manager said he had to call me and give me the heads up because his conscience woudnt allow him to do such a despicable thing. knowing I had done what was asked of me.
Mr Mcgregor's company is being destroyed from within.
MY question to Linsco is WHY ROB your own staff??? And the company you work for.

Wouldn't even give them a 1 star but didnt really have a choice. Absolute joke of a company no communication skills what so ever. Send people out on jobs to get there to find they dont need them. No apologies or explanations. Messing with peoples lives at the end of the day. The world goes on about mental health especially in men for companys like this to mess with people trying to get work and get by. DONT USE LINSCO THEY ARE SH**!!!

Absolutely rediculouse called me on Friday offering me a job for Monday I accepted sent all my details over cancelled my other job (due to this job being a better offer) then I was told my position had already been filled, although I was told on the phone I started on Monday. Lesson learnt never again.

Terrible
I was contracted to be paid £10 per hour and I ended up working 37 hours. When I was paid, I was paid for only 34 hours and only paid minimum wage. They are avoiding blame and I am still in the process of getting paid the full amount.
