Aweful place!!!! we went there friday night as a group of 10. we sat at 7pm, order food by 7:15pm our starters came out 45 minutes later. i had ordered the whitebait, i had to ask the waitress who was very rude for some tartar sauce who disappeared off and came back 10 minute later with some cutlery but no sauce. i pointed out that my starter was now gong cold and off she went again to get the tartar sauce that was right besides the cutlery! we had to wait another 25 minutes for our main course to be server by which time our party had reduced to 8 as 2 people had got so fed up with waiting that they left when the very rude waitress told us that the food would get here when its ready and that if we hadn't made such a complicated order (fish, chips & peas) that it would have arrived earlier! i've never heard such dribble in my life or had such atrociously bad service. a full hour and a half from ordering to eating what was in my own opinion very mediocre food. The final nail in the coffin was when we told her that we would not be paying the 10% service charge she had the gall to comment that "did we not think her service was very good" ? well apparently making you wait well over an hour, being rude and blaming the customer is what this place thinks is good service. Honestly the worst restaurant i have ever had the displeasure to eat in!
